The room was very comfortable and clean. The airport shuttle was reliable and the drivers very helpful with the loading of our luggage. They were also friendly and drove safely to and form the airport.

The reception staff were not very helpful or friendly when we checked in. I also requested complimentary shaving cream on the morning of our departure. I was informed quite abruptly to come down and collect it from reception only to find the 2 staff members there giggling over a video they were watching on a cell phone. I consider this to be unprofessional behavior. It was early in the morning, they clearly had no work to do, and the least they could have done was bring it up to my room. We did not have time for breakfast and we did not make use any of the hotel's other facilities so I cannot provide feedback regarding this.

VERY nice professional check-in female member of staff - she is a credit to the hotel. Restaurant and bar staff very pleasant. Food for breakfast very good. Minibus staff on both shuttle runs very friendly, again a credit to the hotel.

Check out staff could have been a bit better - ask how was our stay was, was everything as we expected- a real shame she just took our key. Re the shuttle bus, j would advise that you have a bigger coach/mini bus as we saw one group who sadly could not fit in due to no spare seats. Maybe stress to those getting picked up at the airport that they must book fir a certain time in advance when they expect to be outside the arrivals section so that they are guaranteed a seat in the minibus.

We were very happy with the complimentary airport shuttle, especially since we were able to book our departure time the evening before. Accommodations were clean and comfortable. Front desk experience was pleasant and professional. Dinner at the onsite restaurant was convenient and satisfying.

No serious complaints. There was some road noise from time to time, but that was easily drowned out with the fan in the room. There were two chairs, one upholstered and comfortable and the other much more spare. Not a big thing, but two comfy chairs would've been better.

The shuttle to the airport was fine. Th location near the airport was why we booked it; it is an "American" style hotel which was different from our usual choice when we travel.

The waiter in the restaurant must have thought we didn't belong because his attitude was a little aloof. We had just arrived from a 28 day stay in Greece, walking Athens, sailing in the Islands, ending with a 13 day driving tour of the Peloponnesus. Maybe he is more comfortable serving business travelers rather than two older adventurers. Oh well.

We needed a place to store our bags as we had been on a cruise for nearly two weeks and planned to stay an extra night in Athens. When we arrived from the ship before 9 a.m. we were able to check in almost immediately. This was a great advantage. The room was clean, well-equipped, and situated close to the International Airport. Best of all the hotel shuttle was up and running for our 2:30 a.m. trip to the airport.

staff excellent very clean I couldn’t have a bath as the plug didn’t seal, I’m sure they would have fixed it had I mentioned it but I was very tired and had already had a moan about transport so reported it the next day

the write up is misleading as the shuttle bus doesn’t run 24/7, but the guy on reception was very helpful. Dinner was excellent be good to have a coffee machine in breakfast room and boiling water even if a kettle as hot water in jugs never works for a proper hot cup of tea. shuttle bus going to the airport was excellent.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff at front desk were courteous and helpful. Picked this hotel because it had a restaraunt for dinner and offered breakfast so we didn't have to go searching. Didn't disappoint. Also selected this hotel for courtesy shuttle to airport and again didn't disappoint.

No USB's in room but we were able to borrow chargers from the front desk to charge our phones. Hotel is not in an area with many services or activities. This was not an issue for us though as our our purpose was to be close to the airport and relax.

Booked the suite and it was spacious and very comfortable. Staff spoke excellent English and were efficient and pleasant.

It seems like a trivial perk they could offer but they didn't supply bottled water in the suite. At lunch I asked for a glass of plain water and was surprised that they charged me 2 euros. Even at the prepaid breakfast they wanted to charge for a bottle of water.

it was clean and staffed by friendly Greeks .. the room was well laid out and everything was comfortable

it calls itself an airport hotel but it isn’t really.. only the Sofitel is a true airport location as this one is 5 miles up the highway. There is a hotel bus running on the hour - which if like us you miss, the taxi is 25 euros. My Greek friends use this location for conferences as it’s slap bang in the middle of the motorway… so don’t expect elegant landscaping. All sounds a bit critical but I’d have no hesitation in recommending it!

Modern clean rooms in close proximity to the airport, shuttle service was excellent and well organised. Lobby and check in experience was great, they even offered to hold my luggage until we checked in time. Took the opportunity to visit downtown Athens. Room service was great, restaurant looked a bit dated and communal facilities business centre was quite exposed.

Would be great if a luggage scale was provided. Nothing around the hotel available for some essentials ie milk etc.
