The property is nicely located within a very short distance to the tram (less than 5 minutes). Ten to fifteen minutes from town centre. The location is airy and bright. Good value for the money. Breakfast was more than adequate. Above my expectations for the off season in late October. Coffee was great. Buffet when the hotel was busy and individual eggs with toast & fruit on the days when there were few in the hotel.

There are some areas that are rough around the edges. I had a plastic tube sticking up from the floor of the room. The shower sprayed water beyond the confines of the shower and required some drying afterwards. Very positive overall but needs done card to give it higher rankings.

A nice homely hotel. The room was small but very comfortable. The noise from the busy road outside was easily excluded once the doorway was closed with its double glazing. Good shower and very comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We were out of season (October) so no buffet breakfast but we were given a very nice selection of both hot and cold food at the table. The only suggestion I would add is that it would be good to add some fresh fruit. The breakfast was very high in carbohydrates which wasn’t good for my husband who is diabetic. I’m sure the staff would have provided him with alternatives if we had stayed longer than our one night.

A cozy little hotel. Very hospitable, professional staff, always ready to help! Warm, calm, family atmosphere at the hotel. Modern rooms with bright lighting. Clean and very comfortable. We have felt like our home! Quick check-in, despite the early arrival our room was ready! We have excellent rest at Minavra hotel!!! We hope next time will come back to the Minavra hotel only!!!

The shower cabin is not completely closed and water flows out of the bathroom. The pillows are little and hard.

Location is perfect for tennis-players. There is a tennis-club just across the street. Also the Voula-beach is close and late October the beach was not crowded. Our room was quiet and comfortable enough. All staff were very helpful! Air conditioning worked well.

The breakfast was very limited and sometimes there was not enough for everybody. The shower didn't have a door or curtain, so the whole bathroom got wet. In the end of October there were no dinner places close to the hotel.

We found the hotel easy. It had parking for our car. The service by check in was very good and really service oriented. The room was very good, clean, looked like renovated meaning in good shape, bathroom clean and nice and comfortable. I liked the balcony with sea sight very much. Overall me and my wife were super happy for that hotel, the location, and also the service and standards. We also got a good price for the breakfast and the breakfast was very good. I have nothing to say here. It is as I wrote above, really good service from the personnel, the Hotel room was clean, nice, etc. Nothing negative that I can say about this Hotel.

Hotel is good. Room was air conditioned. Reception was helpful. Breakfast was fulfilling. I can only recommend. Our room was facing the street, but it was not noisy at all as air conditioning could mute reasonably well. There are plenty of places to eat and you can also order food directly to the hotel.

Not much. Rooms are a bit smaller than I like - but I knew what I was paying for.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was really clean and tidy. Beautiful Voula sandy beach is just 3 min away by foot so that was perfect for our 4-year-old. All you need to do is cross the street and you are there.

The shower is a bit small and beds are too soft. But maybe thats only my problem. :) If you like soft mattress than you will enjoy it. If not, you will likely be like me waking up with a backache. But this it is managable for only few days. If staying for a week it would be difficult.

Really lovely staff and really comfortable beds, great shower. Walking distance to lots of restaurants, bars and shops. Airport bus stop being right outside hotel.

Room wasn't as spacious as expected but it was still lovely. Having to pay to go onto the beach.

Nice room, comfy beds, good A/C, available parking, good location. Friendly and helpful staff and very nice breakfast with quality products on the balcony. Felt like something between a family run and a chain business hotel, which was a nice combination.

Nothing really, all good. Maybe a bigger bathroom, but it's just nitpicking.
