It started with a great service for arrival. I am sorry I cannot name them directly as I do not have it, but one of the agent sent me a detailed guide with pictures and arrows to get from Athens airport to Attiki where the property is. I am not sure how long this took, but I was certainly impressed by the detailed guidance. The property itself is in a good location not too far from main attractions in Athens, and the neighbourhood is fine even if it gives you slight anxiety. The state of the property, the apartment itself was immaculate. The bed was soft, the pillows too and the room was spotless. It had tiny plants, reed diffusers making sure the room smelled lovely, a microwave, a fridge, a sink and lots of utensils. I stayed for 4 days and the property’s rule was that you get a refresh clean if you stay longer than 5 days, but they gave me a goodwill gesture and gave me a refresh - it was really useful because I was sweating a lot under their Greek sun, so clean fresh towels really helped with my comfort whilst staying there. The property is advanced so if you are good at remembering number, then you can enter the property digitally and don’t have to worry about taking a key and losing it outside. Although the door makes a loud noise when you use the code and it feels like you are disturbing the neighbour even if you are really trying not to disturb them (maybe the property can think of making it slightly less loud). But overall, I have already decided that for my next Athens visit I would absolutely go with this property again. I just hope that my return would please them as much as it would please me.

There is nothing I did not like.

Well maintained great style room. The bath is so pampering (thou it takes a lot of space in the room). Self check in was easy and the property manager was very attentive and responded quickly to our messages. The metro station is about 5-7 minutes walk.

Our room was on the ground floor with the window facing the inner yard, therefore we couldnt have any privacy with open window or curtain. We stayed for a week and it was a bit depressing to be "in a box" regardless of how nice "the box" is. Other than those marginal discomforts this property totally worth to stay at. Bare in mind that the neighbourhood has some shady people walking around at night. It is not so bad as other neighbouring areas but I wouldn't feel comfortable walking there alone at night. Good I had my husband by me when coming back late.

Firstly I would like to say the fact that the you get your own unique code to enter the building and also the room is amazing , it gives you the feel extra safety! Also I was amazed by the fact that as soon as you enter the building there is a screen that shows all the check in check outs(never seen that before in my life) Also there are few things that you can take to your room such as tea , coffee, toilet paper, sleepers. Which I thing was really nice of the owner to do. The room was beautiful very clean and comfy the bed was 👌, plus my favorite I could say is that you have an espresso machine a really big deal the coffee issue for me! Even though I didn’t see the owner in person I felt welcomed and safe! Really nice place to stay even for one night if you find yourself in Athens. I would definitely go back!

Easy walk to Attiki metro / 723 bus downtown, very modern accommodations, quiet enough, good coffee machine, hot water, good shower, very cozy bed, solid wifi, fast communication with extraordinarily helpful owner. People don't like the effort at energy conservation by pressing a button on the fuse box for hot water, but it heats up fast and was no problem for me. Please note: the box is behind the front door and all you do is press the green button once. Owner has posted signs.

The AC unit didn't work well on heat setting – it almost seemed to suck warm air out of the apartment. Not a critical failing but it was a little chillier than I'm comfortable with. The couch in the main area is funny, you just kind of slide off of it.

Room was what it said on the tin. Cheep and chearful. Clean and well located just outside the city which is 3 tube stops away. Because its a city break much time wasn't spent in the room so book this place and have more mo ey for tours etc

Location as in I arrived realky late at night and the area had a few drug takers right out side the tube station, so I felt a little scared when I arrived. However they left you alone said nothing and after the first night my fears went away.

Very good value for money for the services provided. Good location, clean, friendly cleaners and messages from the owner.

Could use a bigger trash bin in the kitchen and a quick coat of paint to clean up some scuff marks on the wall but thats just very small things and didn’t effect my stay at all. The sofa in the living room was quite uncomfortable though.

Great modern property with clean facilities and convenient location near the metro station. The host is very easy to contact and we had no issues checking in or out. We even arrived early and were able to check in early!

I have no complaints about the property. Many of the reviews complained of a bad/unsafe area or inconvenient location but I have to disagree. The area is a bit outside of the city center, and therefore is it not as pretty as other areas of Athens but i never felt unsafe. It is a short walk to the metro station that takes you directly into the center of the city by all the attractions. There is even a great tavern right up the street with friendly staff and great food! I would happily stay here again if I ever come back to Athens!

The location of the property is close to the neighborhood, and it is easy to find. The room is clean and nice. There are a few local back alley restaurants around, which are really nice for those who want to taste local. The staff is nice and keeps in touch with me, very frinedly.

Maybe a little bigger trash can or how to dispose of garbage would help. But it's easy to figure out, and it won't be a problem for people not to stay there longer.

The apartment was beautiful, clean, modern, spacious and fully equipped. It is located a few minutes by walk from metro station and also from Larisa train station. The neighborhood was quiet. Water, coffee, tea and slippers were also available. One of the best accommodations we have ever had in Greece. We highly recommend it. Thank you!

We loved how clean and modern our room was! We could genuinely relax here after a day of sightseeing. There were great facilities in the room too - a water filter, coffee machine and air conditioning in our lounge and bedroom. Will be recommending this to all of our friends and family that stop in Athens!

We booked without looking into the area, other than how central it was. There were some areas that we felt unsafe walking by (drug use etc.), however were never approached by these people. The room was so great that we could overlook this!
