The hotel is located on a beautiful beach and offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The rooms and architecture are stunning but what really makes a stay at the Domes of Crofu are the staff who are constantly looking after the wellbeing of their guests. A special thank you to Stratos, Niko and Maria from the beach bar who served us with their lovely manner in all matters. Another highlight were the evening DJ sets by Kristina which made the sunset a perfect experience. All in all, we can only recommend the Domes of Corfu.

Room cleaning is sub-par Coffee cups not washed even once during our stay, ashtrays not emptied, toilet not cleaned and no top-up of soap and shampoo that run out Food at the Agora was OK but drinks are over priced. Restaurants are just not worth the visit - you better go out to the local taverns for better quality (and cheaper) food.

The staff are consistently EXCEPTIONAL and work consistently to provide stellar customer service. This includes all of the grounds staff, room service and catering. In particular a big shout out to the lady in charge of the eggs- she makes brilliant omelettes. Breakfasts were fabulous. The property has a beautiful aesthetic and all of the facilities are excellent.

It’s irritating that the policy of not reserving sun beds around the pool and beach is not upheld. We went to Corfu to lie on the beach and around the pool and spent 8 hours there every day. Each day we would arrive at 10 am to find all of the day beds at the adult pool and all of the front lounges at the beach reserved and no people in site. We found these people would turn up for a couple of hours in the middle of the day. If the property cannot uphold the policy they need to empower guests to remove the blue property towels that are used to ‘reserve’ lounges. clearly the property is aware this is a problem and it needs to be addressed so as to not diminish the overall experience

Management needs to be recessed and staff trained to care and not be repetitive to every client with the same story! A glass of bubbles and a sit down to wait for an hour for check in at 6pm in the evening because your room it’s not ready, then leave a note in your room with the wrong name on it!!! Not great service! Then to hear after speaking with other guests it all happened to them too! Well I think you have a problem! No concierge available, no valet, and suggest parking down the road and hill at a public beach!!! Ah no!!! Need to improve! Memorable resort for wrong reasons! Was disappointing!

Everything was amazing! I especially appreciate the customer service - people were smiling and asking constantly if everything is good. I really want to thank all people whose names I cannot memorize that attend guests on the beach as well as in the restaurants. I had a surprise to receive an upgrade to a room with sea view which was a vey nice gesture - it was super comfortable and spacious. Since I had a super early arriving flight I was welcomed for breakfast and then enjoyed time on the beach until the room was ready. Ioanna was very nice and pleasant at explaning the sorroundings. Each day everything was perfect - even in the days with storms and rain. And the day for which they announced a strike of personnel in all hotels on the island I sensed no change in the service. Restaurants were great - I especially loved Meze (the seafood and fish one) and the special nights - the greek bbq and the spanish one. Beach was great - plenty of sunbeds each morning, great service on the beach. I also had two massages in the spa - they felt super relaxing - I could recommend the Koryfo of senses. I could not recommend more this hotel and extend my gratitude for the treatment I received here.

Not the case

The whole resort is absolutely stunning. It is maintained very well. You can chill on their beach with drinks delivered to your side (reasonable price). There are three pools you can use and none of them is over crowded. There are also several common area to rest. Food there are good. A lot of options. Their staff is so friendly and so kind. We really enjoyed staying there and will definitely visit again.

The room is a little bit small and there is no light in the shower ( light in toilet but she the shower is still dark). Their staff are really helpful but sometimes lacks a little bit of organising. For instance, we pre booked a taxi 1.5 hour before but we waited another 1 hour for taxi to arrive.

Food in the buffet wasn't great ,and a lot of flies around the food .rooms were small and could have been a bit cleaner ,my view to the beach as requested wasn't great. I asked to change rooms and was told I would get moved the next day ,never heard anything back .while the location was nice ,there is nothing around . The Asian restaurant only opens 3 nights a week . I also found drinks and food expensive . My son and daughter in law and their child stayed in another room,I stayed alone we both paid the same price ,so no single supplement. I did stay at the Domes in Crete a couple of years ago which is of a much higher standard On a positive note, the staff are amazing ,the kids club is great ,pool is gorgeous and it was a nice break .

All of the staff are super-friendly, professional and accommodating. This made our trip an amazing experience. The hotel itself is extensive and has a lot of facilities and amenities and if we didn't venture outside of the hotel complex (which we did), it would not have been a negative, as the hotel provides everything you could need for a relaxing holiday by the beach/pool. We stayed on a half-board basis and this was a great experience, as the variety of food (every day) was amazing. There was not a single day during our 7 day stay where we felt that the food variety was insufficient or repetitive. And the quality of the food was also amazing. For our stay, we were provided with a voucher for a 3-course meal at one of the a-la-carte restaurants on the premises (the Asian one) and apart from a bottle of wine, which we had to pay for, the voucher covered a very substantial meal for the family - and the quality is of Michelin star quality in my opinion. The pools are big and there is a smaller pool for adults only as the resort does attract a lot of guests with young children. So that option was good to have. The beach if literally 1 minute's walk from the hotel and is a lovely beach with plenty of loungers to choose from. One of the best holidays in our experience and we will definitely be going back there again. It was my wife's birthday while we were there and the hotel sent a lovely chocolate mousse cake and prosecco for us celebrate it with a lovely congratulations card (and didn't charge for it either).

Some guests have complained of the fire alarm in the bedrooms having a flashing light that has disturbed their sleep. I can see how this might ne a negative, but with closed eyes, it didn't keep me from my sleep at all. In fact, for anyone who feels this might cause a loss of sleep, I would recommend bringing some eye shades for sleep. At times (only a few), I felt that pool bar area was short staffed and the wait times for a drink could have been better - by wait times, I mean 10-15 minutes, which on a relaxing holiday away from work and general life, if I can't wait for that long, then I am really not letting go of the daily bustle of everyday life and am too impatient (in my opinion).

This hotel was a little bit out of the way. It's about a 55 euro taxi to town. However, the staff and facilities are fantastic. Everything is clean. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The cleaning staff was excellent. The room had wonderful olive oil toiletries. I was traveling with a service animal and the hotel was dog friendly, so I could take him everywhere including the beach. The view was amazing from my balcony and from elsewhere in the hotel. The beach was gorgeous. Clear blue water and a magnificent view of the mountains while swimming on the hotel's private beach. This was overall a great experience, despite the distance from town. It was a good value. I can 100% recommend this hotel. I stayed at the Grecotel Eva Palace my last two nights, and this place was much better. Better beach, better rooms etc.

The spa doesn't have sauna or steam room, just treatment rooms. I don't recall seeing a spa at the pool. The distance from town and everything else was a little far. It's a bit isolated, but the hotel is so nice that it makes up for the taxi ride to town. It was a better value than another more expensive hotel where the rooms were in need of maintenance and upgrades.
