The room was spacious and very clean. Nice patio to sit and have morning coffee. The kitchen had everything you needed to make a light meal and a large refrigerator. I would definitely recommend this place. Close to markets restaurants and the beach. Madeline at the reception office was very helpful with information to town and nice beaches.

We could have used more soap and shampoo. Not enough for 2 people.

Very clean and modern apartment (they clean it daily), the bed was comfortable, we even got a complimentary wine bottle, juice and coffee! You also get a parking space. The hosts are super friendly and gave us great recommendations for activity, and they let us use the pool and facilities on the last day after we checked out because our flight was in the evening, thank you!

A fantastic apartment spacious enough for 3 couples. Great kitchen facilities, a large fridge for all our food and drinks. The air con in the property was brilliant. The showers are fantastic, the beds are comfortable. We made lots of use of the outside area. It was a 10 minute walk to the hotel resort and pool which was a brilliant area and the pool bar was good too. The staff were excellent and the maids offering daily room service did a fab job everyday. This apartment is in the centre of Gouvia with an excellent restaurant across the road and more options along the street. We hope to come back here again!

Everything was good, very clean, nice stuff, especially cleaning lady Christina, the kitchen was with all you need and even more:) But there were some minuse I can't sleep with open window because near my window was noise from conditioner

It was exceptionally clean and well equipped. Everything you could need has been thought of. Close to everything but still peaceful. The lady who serviced the apartments was amazing, she was really fantastic at her job and could not do enough to make our time there comfortable.

The apartment is newly renovated, well equipped and was very clean (daily cleaning service!). Sofia and Madeleine are outstanding hosts. They gave us a warm welcome and lots of tips for the island (sightseeing, restaurants, bars, etc.). The central location makes the whole island easy to explore. Rental cars or scooters can also be rented in the direct vicinity.

Cristina our cleaner was superb, she looked after us very well. Gave extra blanket as it was chilly in the evening and the apartment was exceptionally clean.

Direction to the remote reception could have been clearer

Clean renovated rooms. Good AC for the heat. Nice bathroom. Easy access and parking spot.

Our room happened to be close to a bar and it could get loud in the night. This was not so much of a problem for us, but could be for others.

The property was perfectly situated and clean due to the brilliant work of Christina , nothing was too much trouble for and she was so friendly

Really comfortable and clean place, super helpful info provided by hosts & a great location with many restaurants and bars close by who were all very accommodating too! ☺️

The reception and pool was a little bit of a walk away since no way to cut through
