-The hotel needs a “facelift”. We did not miss anything but there is a sense of “oldness”. Even the kitchen amenities looked old. And definitely the mattresses! -The air-conditioning system was noisy. -In the pool I witnessed a small girl peeing in the small pool - actually with the encouragement of her mother! I know the lifeguard’s job is primarily to save lives, but maybe some more vigilance should be attached to the pool hygiene.

The sheets and towels were changed every day which actually was a first for me in an apartment, it's usually every two or three days. The breakfast was delicious and the coffee did wonders for my morning work. The coffee served at the pool bar was excellent and the pool itself was wonderful and made you feel like you took a real rest after the a visit at the beach.

the air conditioning in the room caused the fireplace to smell after a while so it was a choice between getting a bit cold and sneezy in the living room area or having the area smell like ash. Also, the water from the shower in the bathroom wasn't directed towards the drain, because the bathroom floor wasn't constructed properly, the flow wasn't secured to run towards the drain, so the bathroom was drenched most of the time. These are two small problems in an otherwise excellent accommodation and stay.

An extremely pleasant hotel located in a quiet and peaceful place. Close to both beach and boardwalk restaurants. Very friendly staff, ready to help you whenever you need. The pool is also very clean and the water is warm. Large and comfortable terraces. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a longer stay. We liked it. I recommend!

The shower cabin is very small. For larger people it is difficult.

The location of the hotel is very good as the beach is within walking distance. Our room was spacious and cleaned regularly and thoroughly. But what we loved most was the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. They are flexible and always ready to help. When our car broke down, they immediately called a mechanic and the problem was easily solved. They are the ones who make this hotel special and highly recommended.

Friendly staff, nice pool, good breakfast, very beautiful garden and flowers, perfect location, huge balcony. We east side - so there was no terrible hot at the afternoon. And we can sit at the balcony

2 things to improve: 1) I think pool area should be "no smoking". As it's not big enough and smoking reaches people in the pool, as well as small children there. 2) I think it's time to change mattresses on some the beds. As springs are already felt

Nice pool; tall and unforgettable palms; clean and comfortable rooms; kind hosts; delicious breakfast; proximity to the beach; cultural events for children at the hotel ... We stayed here more than ten times and we will definitely come back next summer again- all being well :)

The shower! Tiny showers seem to be a thing in Greece, at least this one was a little larger than others. Not enough cooking utensils and no kettle.

Cleaning done almost daily, towels changed daily, very spacious apartment with 2 large balconies on two sides, the mattress and pillows are ok and sheets are changed every 2 days

Old furniture and appliances and a few kitchen accessories

This was our first time at the Sun Rise Hotel Apartments in Eretria. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was family friendly, very clean, large rooms and conveniently located - 5-minutes walk to the nearest beach and to the pedestrian walk-way where all the restaurants are located. The apartment has a kitchen area - with a good sized fridge and small oven and all the utensils so you could cook, if you like. We would have breakfast and lunch in the room and then in the evenings, eat at one of the many tavernas on the pedestrian walk-way. There was an open fruit and vegetable market on Saturdays that was short walking distance from the facilities and we were able to stock up on fresh fruits and veggies for snacks or lunch. There was also a basketball and tennis court on the facility and our son would play basketball every evening. Our apartment was close to the basketball court and had a view of the courts. Even though we were so close, the balcony doors were soundproof and we could not hear the noise from the courts. The pool was a highlight of the stay, as we spent many hours there. They even had a lifeguard present for the young kids. The pool was very clean and well-kept. The staff did a very good job overall keeping the facilities cleaned and were very friendly to the guests. We will definitely return one day.

There wasn't really anything we did not like. We were beyond satisfied with our stay there and will definitely return one day.

Excellent swimming pool, very clean, very friendly staff and helpful. I recommend for families. The area in town is not very animaited but close ,like 200 m u have restaurants, tavernes and u can spend nice moments. The beach is at 150 m from the hotel but the water is not very wow , if u want to see wild beaches u can go like 50 km from the hotel and u find wonderful blue water. For visit Athens is like 1 h on the highway. Enjoy !!
