The host was very hospitable and kind from the very beginning of our stay at Peter’s Place. The room was spacious and clean with all necessary amenities. Everything requested (e.g. beach towels) was provided. The location is excellent (close to the old town, Lindos, Faliraki and all the nice beaches like Tsampika). Before checking out, the host provided us with some gifts (local honey and drink) and told us that we could check out later than the predetermined time so that the checkout time would better align with our flight. Overall, we felt very welcome at Peter’s Place and the host made us feel valued, rather than just being solely interested in taking our money.

Everything was perfect.

The host welcomed us warmly upon our arrival. Peter and his wife are extremely kind and attentive. The room was very clean, with regular maintenance. The apartment, nicely furnished, is located near a road axis facilitating access to Rhodes and Lindos. The room is quiet, and you can't hear any noise once the windows are closed. The air conditioning ensures optimal comfort in case of heat. The jacuzzi, for its part, is clean and works perfectly. Upon our arrival, Peter offered us two bottles of wine and, upon our departure, he even gave us each a small gift. He also recommended a rental agency nearby to benefit from good prices. What more can I say, except: thank you, Peter, for this place and this unforgettable stay!

Nothing, everything was perfect.

The property was spotlessly clean, with the room being cleaned often throughout the week we were there. Peter was a very friendly man and would do anything to help, even helped us with lifts in to Faliraki and the airport which is very kind.

We cannot fault the property itself as it was very clean, comfortable and good value for money. The only negative would be the 20+ minute walk in to Faliraki daily in the blistering heat (no fault of the property of course) and flagging a taxi is near impossible on the main road. Also, taxis from Faliraki - not one taxi driver knew exactly where Peters Place was so we had to keep showing them on google maps, we figured this could be due to Peters Place having no signs outside, but we found that taxi drivers knew where it was if we mentioned the hotel next door.

Peter, his wife and daughter were very welcoming, very helpful and really friendly. Their property is spotlessly clean, the beds are very comfortable, basic kitchen facilities with fridge. There is air conditioning ( I didn't pay any extra for this) and a safe if required. There are no cooking facilities but who wants to cook on holiday? I arrived a little early (my fault entirely) and my room wasn't quite ready. There were profuse apologies from Peter although not his fault. I asked if there was somewhere I could go and get a coffee, Peter promptly took me next door to Artemis Pool Bar and Apartments, where you can use their pool, snack and bar facilities and only a minute walk, if that and introduced me to the owners who were also very friendly and welcoming. Although Peter's Place is quite close to the very busy dual carriageway, it is set back a little way. The rooms have double glazed patio windows so any road noise is minimal. It didn't disturb me at all and any noise usually does. Peter' s Place is about a 15 minute walk into Faliraki main area and to the beach. It is very close to the main bus route from Rhodes Town through to Lindos (bus stop 15) just a few minutes walk away on the main road. A big "Efcharisto" (thankyou) to Peter and his family. I would stay here again, it was very good value for money and would thoroughly recommend Peter's Place to any one.

The cleaning is done every 2 days and is excellent. The host Peter is super friendly and helpful. We asked for an extra toaster and got it with no extra charge. The lighting behind the artwork on the wall gives a cozy ambience to the room. The balcony is nice and spacious, and the curtains cover the big glass door nicely during the daytime. At the end of our stay Peter gave each of us a cute parting gift which gave a nice personal touch to the experience. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. Really good value for money. Thanks again!

The shower could have a curtain so the whole bathroom doesn't get wet, easy small fix. The bed was a bit too soft for my taste but that's a personal preference, it is super soft.

Peter and his wife were super nice and helpful, they helped us to find car for rent, showed around the most popular places in Faliraki and were overall great hosts. The place was very clean, room had small kitchen with most important appliances, air conditioning, balcony with view to the mountains and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The communication with Peter was easy, he was extremely helpful, even provided us with some champagne and fruits upon arrival for our honeymoon and everything we needed for breakfast. The place was a bit further from city centre but we could still comfortably walk to bar street in about 20 minutes which is a big plus. Also there were free parking on the street.

The room is very clean, well-groomed. Everything works in the room, air conditioning, TV, etc. Good location, 2 km to the city, so in the evening you can go out into the city. Thank you very much to the owner of this place for the hospitality, it was an unforgettable vacation, and I highly recommend coming here. I hope that I will come back here again

All is good

Peter and his wife are 2 wonderful people. We felt to be like at our home since the arrival, when Peter asked us to join them for the dinner. During our holiday, he was always available for our requests. The last day, they were so kind to let us use the room until the evening, even if our check out was at 11 am. The house is very nice and modern, provided of many comforts. The position is also good, 1,5 km to the centre of Faliraki.

We really loved to be here. Peter is a very nice person. We got a clean every 2 days and asked if we need anything. The location is next to the main road, so we could get anywhere easily by car. Shop and pharmacy are 2 minutes by car. Local beach is also 5 minutes from there by car. I just can recommend this place! :)

The room was very clean and tidy; the wi-fi was fast and worked. All facilities worked properly. There is a little walk from the centre, but not far from the beach. The fridge was working and there was a coffee filter machine to use.
