Good location, free parking + own rc for gate, big apartament with 2 bedrooms, well mantained swimming pool with clean water, nice garden full of various plants, not only dry grass and rocks. No problem with communication to the owner/staff - nice talk and advices about local attractions.

Hotel needs to be a bit refreshed - it has big potential but doesnt follow current standards a bit.. . The same breakfast every day, however fresh :-)

This place has lots of charm. A little old fashioned but real character - our seven year old daughter thought it looked like a palace! A lovely big pool, and just a short walk to the beach or town (though you do have to walk a little way along an unpleasant busy road). The breakfast was generous and varied - coffee, yoghurt, honey, omelette, plums and peaches, cake etc. the staff were extremely friendly

It's a great place if you know what to expect! It's not newly renovated or anything, but you wouldn't get this type of vila for this price otherwise :) the location is perfect if you have a car - there is a beach close by, but to go to the city you have to use a bit busy road which is of course doable but not so nice on foot. Lastly, the owner was very nice and helpful, very accommodating!

There were a lot of cats that need a lot care. Furthermore, I think it would be very nice to have a few glasses and small plates in the room. We got everything we needed after asking, but it would still be easier to find them there :)

Beautiful villa, nostalgic interiors, very warm and homey. Great pool with refreshing clean water. Ample parking, strong WiFi and the beach is just across the street. Our junior suite was very spacious with 2 double beds separated by a parawand. There is a balcony with pool view. The owners are an elderly couple who are very friendly. Breakfast is continental, so don't expect anything warm. Then just few minutes drive from Villa Olympia is the lovely town of Galaxidi with a little harbor and lots of traditional taverns, coffee shops, bars and boutiques...

Coffee could have been better and perhaps some sliced fresh Tomatoes, Feta Cheese and Olives.

It's a hotel but almost like staying at someone's home. Staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. At least in June (not the high season yet) the property is very quiet and we had the whole pool area pretty much to ourselves. We stayed in two bedroom suite which is huge. Good breakfast as a bonus.

Excellent location a minute away from the beach, secluded tranquil place and beautiful garden, nice cats roaming around and the highest Washingtonia palms in Galaxidi are in front of the terraces. The staff very helpful.

The size of the room was quite big.

Breakfast without many choices in a medium quality. Refrigerator didn't operate. A local radio station music in the swimming pool (i.e., we were listening a local sport event instead any kind of music).

superficially looks good. in depth it is not at all on the rule. 1. you expect the beach to be 150 meters away according to what the host said. probably 150 meters if you can go straight by plane. in reality it is 5-600 meters away because the direct access roads that are also suggested by google maps are private properties and are closed. you have to go around the main car road. we decided to take the car to get to the beach 2. bad breakfast. coffee is coffee flavored water. the main options are: two types of sausages, boiled egg, cheese, yogurt, butter, jam, cereal and cake. this was on both mornings. they didn't even offer feta cheese. in one day they at least had tomatoes. there are no other vegetables, there is no other basic dish like omelette. the sausages and cheese are warm, they don't seem to have been kept in the refrigerator. very poor for the money given, for 10 euros at restaurants you eat healthier and better breakfast. 3. the apartment is large and spacious. but dirty if you look at the whole, everything seems ok, but when you get close to anything, you see dirt, rust. when I entered the room for the first time, the trash cans were not emptied, including the one in the bathroom. 4. hot water: on the first day I had hot water, on the second day it was as hot as the water in the pool. 5. the beds: the ones in the bedroom with two single beds are broken at the ends, in the sense that the mattress that looks ok sinks into the bed structure. 6. I didn't have any glass in the room, I asked at the reception, they brought it to us on the first day, but the next day they were taken by cleaning :)) I didn't ask them again. 7. THE SMELL IN THE ROOM: the biggest negative point, it smells old, not in a good way, in a very bad way, as if it hasn't been ventilated for 300 years, it's terrible, you can't get comfortable. 8.
