The hotel is really nice , I would strongly recommend this hotel , from the second we walked in we were greater with smile and very friendly staff no exceptions, everybody that work at the hotel is very professional, helpful and friendly . The layout of the main pool and the rooms are the best.

Ok there is one thing that I found inconvenient, the toilet at the pool side is located behind the restaurant in the basement, we had to go back to our room to use the toilet Becuase the room was closer to us than to walk all the way to the basement of the pool side toilet, other than this the hotel is immaculate

Everything was so modern. The pool was lovely, the private beach was great. Easy to order food and drinks through the app, regardless of location within the resort. Staff were extremely kind and welcoming. There was the option for room upgrade on arrival with 50% off. Welcome drink at check in was a nice touch.

Really difficult to critique anything to be honest. The only thing I could say is, the menu at the a la carte restaurant is fairly limited for those who are fussy eaters. Other than that, the only thing I didn’t like was having to leave!!!

Very peaceful location and the staff are extremely nice. The hotel is lovely and very relaxing. New modern design and has parking for your car in 2 seperate areas. A car is best to stay here. Directly on the beach and the pool is very big. The beach is nice with small pebbles and sand. Nice clear water for swimming and very relaxing. Nice big balcony but somewhat noisy at times depending where you stay in the resort. The room is almost soundproof. The curtains let light in so are not block out but they are still okay. The room was clean and comfortable. Sheets changed once every 3 or 4 days. The bed was medium firm. If you prefer soft pillowtop then this may be abit firm for you. There are several pillows to choose from at the front desk. The food at alacarte restaurant was very tasty, lovely, good serving size and well priced for a resort. Nice spot sitting by the pool. The poolside drinks are a bit on the higher side. All the staff are very friendly and relatively prompt with requests but the resort was not extremely busy when we stayed. The breakfast buffet is very good and has ample of each section for everyone. Hot selection was abit basic but still okay. The resort looks exactly the same as the photos and really pretty at night.

Sauna and paddle board were not free facilities and were 20 and 25euros for only an hour. For a 5 star resort all these types of facilities should be included, except spa treatments/massages of course. Could do with some other sporting/fun facilities to boost its rating. Rooms abit on the small side for the price you pay. Could do with a few proper places to hang your towels in the bathroom. Also some extra cupboard storage if you are staying for a while. Bedroom aircon directly at bed so some times hard to sleep. Bed was a bit hard/firm for us. For a 5 star resort a few things should be improved and a few things fall short. I would give it a 4 and a half star rating. I only say this as it is pricey to stay here so you expect a little more for your money.

Absolutely gorgeous complex with stunning interior and exterior. Check in was very pleasant, upon arrival we were offered a drink of water, freshly made lemonade or a glass of Prosecco and the choice to upgrade if we wished at a good price, but we were happy with the room we booked. Staff were very welcoming and helpful and the food and service at the A La carte restaurant was exceptional- such beautiful staff there. The outdoor pool is so beautiful. You could also spend time on the private beach and as it was end of the season we had the beach to ourselves. We really appreciated and thank the hotel for kindly letting us stay and use the sun bed after check out, as our flight wasn’t until the evening. Our only discomfort was the neighbour smoked a lot which prevented us from enjoying time out on the balcony or even being able to leave our door open for the gorgeous sea breeze if we so wished. This is not a negative reflection on the hotel.

There was nothing to dislike about the property.

We are a Portuguese couple that found it absolutely amazing. The people and the food were the best part and made us wanted to stay more days than planned. The bedroom is also very comfortable (even though could be a bit bigger). The common facilities, mostly the pool area, are amazing. The manager and the remaining staff were always super available and nice, which made the difference. We really appreciate these approaches.

The breakfast had a lot of variety, but we think that in some parts could have better quality - we found the eggs (mixed for instance) very industrialized and personally we did not like it.

We are always going to read the reviews about every hotel before we are going the book, and for first time i was a bit sceptic about the service and food. So i would like to write now my opinion after our vacation here. I was working a lot in 4-5 star hotel in my past life as teamleader supervisor and normal employee as well. I knew exactly where can be the week point of every hotel but we gave chance because on the pictures was very sympatic for us. And we had the best decission to ever. Big surprise! I really dont understand the bad reviews on this ecomodation. One of the most beautiful hotel ever i been. From the first moment till the last they were checking all of our wishes. The hotel is lookd brand new, perfekt room, beautiful pool and garden, excellent clean everything, the staff is very very friendly and nice. Location is very calm, quite and privacy. Exactly perfect good to escape from the reality and worried about nothing, just relaxing. The food was just unforgiveable spirit of the Greece cuisine. Always fresh and enough big sortiment. Snack ala carte bar with room service also very tasty and fast. Maybe only one small things that they should cover the food before take to the room because will be cold. WiFi in every corner of the hotel ultrafast also at the beach. Unfortunately we had a bit accident on the steps, reception was very helpful, they managed everything for us. We got upgrade for our last night to the most beautiful suite with the private pool and one bottle of prosecco on the roof as gift from the hotel. Wich is just amazing. We are very very thankful and appriciate for everything. Specially for Zambia, Emanuel, Tina, Helen and for the whole staff. We stayed in this resort for a week and loved everything about it. The staff were so friendly and hospitable. The rooms were clean and maintained that way everyday through housekeeping. The size of the room and the facilities in general was great. We couldn’t ask for a better stay.

The only thing we could maybe mention is the laundry service. It wasn’t easy to navigate via the app they have you download. On the app, it said “laundry pickup” so we thought it would be picked up from our room but then we called them we got told it would need to be brought to the reception. And it wasn’t clear how long it would take for the laundry to be done. But in the end, they were quick enough to solve the issue. So no complaints on that end.

Clean resort with lots of facilities, friendly and helpful staff everywhere. Spa and indoor pool facilities super clean and good. Really nice resort for a relaxing holiday. Private beach was beautiful, clean and sunbeds were always available. We had a shared pool with our room which was also clean however not heated so we only really used it in the afternoons. Large room with super comfortable bed, lots of space, large shower and all amenities provided. Massage and spa was great. Thank you to all the lovely staff who answered all our questions whilst we were there.

As veggies, food options were limited at both restaurants. They have a limited vegan menu however as the resort is out of the way from other main restaurants, the options are limited. We had an unfortunate mislabling error on one of the morning options however this was sorted out super fast when we checked with the staff and the manager offered to book us for a complimentary massage for the mistake which was a treat. Location - great for a relaxing stay at resort but if you want to travel into Chania Town or anywhere else outside of the resort, it's about 1 hour on the bus (public transport) which wasn't very reliable and nearest stop about 10 mins walk. Taxis can be booked by the resort (at an extra cost).

The size of the room was pleasant. The breakfast and dinner were spectacular! beautiful private beach, comfortable beds The staff were experienced ,professional and kind Inner and outer decoration of the place is stunning Very quirt as we expected from an adults only hotel. close to Balos beach attractions. We decided to do the Samaria Gorge, which is 40 min by car from hotel.

, The timer of the air-condition while opening the door/s. It didn't restart immediately when closing the doors, but took several minutes, unless you start it manually

It was perfect. The hotel is beautiful, clean, classy. The staff is wonderful, always going the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. The beach is amazing. The location is also great. There are some really nice restaurants around. But for those who want to just stay at the resort, you can be sure that there is everything you'd need. We loved our stay so much that we extended by 4 nights.
