The hotel has exceeded my expectations! The staff is super friendly and the rooms comfortable and clean. Great location with direct access to the beach. Swim up rooms have a wonderful sea view. Food is very good with large variety.

It's a 1.30h drive from Heraklion. Renting a car is cheaper than taking a taxi and the drive has very nice views. Swim up pool water was a bit cold in September.

Could be the best/nicest hotel I've stayed in! Staff was very nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Lots of stairs, but that is only a nice little exercise;)

I can't think of a thing I did not like. Pool water was very cold, but it was end of October, so understandable.

Where do I start - we truly enjoyed our holidays at Enorme Santanna Beach Hotel. The facilities and rooms have very nice, clean design. From the hotel there is a nice view to the city and mountains. Hotel is located next to the beach which is fully equipped beach with comfortable sunbeds and beach bar. The beach is rocky - black rock and sand beach, but I really liked the character of the beach. Although the sea bottom itself is rocky, still it is possible to comfortably enter it and swim. Food was excellent - fresh and delicious, I especially enjoyed breakfast and dinner, it’s wide variety of different cusines and desserts were outstanding. The staff is friendly, kind and always ready to help you, so for the hotel staff itself I give 10/10. You are great and doing a great job there! As this was the first part of our trip and we did not want to do anything much just sunbathe on the beach and relax, we found this a perfect choice.

Room for improvements: 1. Do more regular beach (sunbeds & table) check-up, as the small rocky bins on the sunbed tables were not cleaned everyday and sometimes there was rubbish on the beach. 2. It would be great to have still water available free pf charge at the dinner. Overall tap water should be available for free 24/7. 3. To make it perfect, entertainment/activities would be highly appreciated - volleyball, football, beach tennis at the beqch or ping pong at the hotel. As well, some live music couple times of the wee would be nice.

The buffet for both breakfast and dinner was excellent variety. But the outdoor dining was very cramped for space and the 1st bottle of water should be complimentary in our opinion. The staff were friendly and accommodating, everything very clean and well maintained.

We were disappointed that there was no entertainment in the evening. All the music English, no Greek music anywhere, not even on the beach. After all we are visiting Greece, I can listen to the Weekend at home! There is no where to go for a walk in the evening, so you need a car.

The staff is really helpful and friendly. Really good service and quiet accomodation, however you will definitely need a car to get there.

There is not much privacy in general in all the hotel installations. Our room was not as expected and was different as the one shown in the pictures when we selected it. Really really small, on one side of the bed, you could not even walk through normally. Our balcony was in front of the bar, so you did not have privacy at all. The pool water was super cold, they were always empty, impossible to enter and relax. The beach overthere is not that nice as in other locations .

Nice views, a lot of pools, tasty dishes (breakfast and dinner) and great staff. It's a good place for relaxing, it's quiet and calm. Also, they provide a lot of interesting facilities for making the vacation greater.

I don't think there are cons regarding the hotel. However, there are few related to Ierapetra area - the hotel's beach is not so great (mostly rocks, not sandy beach). Also, the wind is very annoying sometimes - I understood that in July & August the wind is more powerful, so when I travelled in July it was very windy (constant windy weather).

Wonderful hotel offering any comfort needed, ideal for a relaxing beach vacation. Nice set up with different pools and rooms spread out in different bungalows, therefore you never have the feeling it gets crowded anywhere. Delicious food with great variety at buffet. The hotel offers some evening activities like live music, DJs etc. Awesome staff!

Very remote location, which is nice as the hotel offers everything needed. Yet, shops only in ~15-20 minutes walking distance (if required)

We could not asked for more perfect place then Enorme Santanna Beach hotel for our little holiday. The hotel is fantastic! very new and modern and you can really feel you are in a luxury resort. The design is so simple but so sleek and aesthetic. Everything was spot on! Or room was lovely and the privet swimming pool that we had with our room was an extra bonus and it really helped you relax for example after whole day on the beach, which by the was was also incredible! just meters away from the hotel it was perfectly located and the huge sunbed were the dream to lay down on all the day in the sun. What is the most amazing about this place is definitely all the staff members! they make you feel more then welcome and everyone just seems to be like one big family! they treat all the guests with such a care! A huge thank you to all the restaurant and beach bar staff who made every single day of our stay even more pleasant! Specially the lady Maria from the kitchen who always greets you with the huge smile and was always preparing my ginger and lemon for me before I even asked for it! The hotel itself is not too big which means it doesn't get overcrowded and the way how the rooms are designed it gives you a perfect place for relaxation and also privacy. even tough the hotel was fully booked during our stay it still felt like we were there almost alone. Could not recommend this place more!

Excellent selection of food at breakfast,good variety at dinner. Excellent service at t pool bar and t beach. Large Sunbeds making easy to spend the day on t beach even though we had a private pool in our room. The individual pool Absolutely stunning.

We had some issue with the bed cover on arrival but the staff managed the complaint professionally and promptly.

Everyhting about this boutique hotel was exactly what we were looking for for some Autumn sunshine and to really disconnect and relax. The pool areas are fantastic, the pool bar staff were great as we the cocktails and snack. I recommend order all of the Sushi. A special mention for Giannis who looked after us every morning at Breakfast. He was excellent, and a big reason why i we were to return to Crete we would stay at this hotel.

We had a small issue with the Hotel Spa, which is managed by a 3rd Party partner. I booked 2 massages for my fiance and myself and they was a pretty poor breakdown in communication. It took me nearly a month to get a refund and I had to chase them at every stage. The hotel manager made promises that he simply wasnt in a position to make, which created further confusion and frustration. Overall, not reason enough not to come back, but it was very frustrating at the time.
