The location of the hotel was perfect in the center of the city. Just a 10 min walk to the port. Close to the bus for the airport (2 euro) and the hop on hop off bus (20 euro for two days). The hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly all the time. They always tried to accommodate all requests. I even got a late check out as my room was free at the time and they helped to print my boarding pass as I got a message to say one on the phone was not good enough. The breakfast was very consistent and tasty. My room was an economic room so had no view and a very small bathroom but I did know that when I booked it. Given the amount of time I spent in the room it was no problem.

It was nice to have music on the roof at the pool and bar but it was quite disturbing in the rooms. I was on the 3rd floor out of 4. The lifts were very small and slow so used the stairs as much as possible and that was good given the number of good restaurants around the area.

The location was great and the room was decent. The rooftop pool and bar were great for hanging out before and after dinner. We had to leave really early and there was staff at the desk at 4am.

The bathroom needs some upgrading. The shower head would not stay put while the water was running. Pretty dated. Unloading the car was a bit hectic as it is on a busy street. We had to double park on the street to unload. They did not have shuttle service to the airport which they list as a service on booking.com! They helped me make arrangements with a taxi company that worked fine in the end for a very reasonable price.

Pool on roof. Comfortable room with patio overlooking square all we needed. Really weird but great - we were offered free evening meal. Also, hotel made arrangements for us to have earlier than usual breakfast because we had an early flight. Speaking of which, the hotel is located right next to museum, bus terminus, old town and was great for access to airport.

Nothing in particular. Is no parking on site, though the hotel has an arrangement with a nearby provider. However, we found some nearby for our two cars so no problem.

Central location with easy access to museums and shops. The Archaeological museum was excellent and right next door. We used the hotel discount at a local jeweller. There are a lot of things within a short drive. We went horse riding among other things. Good restaurants within easy walk, and the one in the hotel is also pretty good.

Valet parking is essential, and just getting a car close enough to unload is a challenge. This wasn't even in peak tourist season.

The service was outstanding, with special thanks to Giannis from reception and Orsheda from housekeeping for their exceptional hospitality. The breakfast was also delicious and had a great variety of options. The location is amazing, as it is in the heart of Heraklion and the rooms are soundproof.

Although the rooms could benefit from some maintenance, it did not detract from my overall experience at the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a centrally located accommodation with great service.

Excellent location! Highly recommend and I will be back! This place has very easy access to heart of downtown. I walked around for souvenir shopping, restaurant, grocery stores (AB Supermarket is 05 min walk!) Venetian pier, and to the Archeology museum. I took public bus from airport (1.10 Euro one way and runs every 15-20 min for about 15-30 min ride, Sept 2022 time) and to Palace of Knossos (1.50 Euro one way and bus stop right front of the hotel! ). Breakfast was delicious and great selections. Top deck pool was very nice, but I enjoy walking around town more, so did not spend much at this beautiful pool. Hotel had mini refrigerator which was great! Hair dryer and safe I can place my laptop was great help. AC worked very well! Hotel team were very friendly and helpful. Love to come back! Great location, comfortable, clean and excellent value.

Location was perfect. Just in the center and close to everything that you can do in that city. Breakfast had big variety to choose from and was very filling. The room was clean and comfy but the bed was a bit too hard for my taste but for few days of stay it was okay. The pool was on the rooftop which was a very nice place to hang out since there isn't a beach in Heraklion to go to. For this price this was a very good choice of stay for two days in the city. Heraklion has such an amazing choice of restaurants and breakfast places that we were blown away.

The hotel had a gym that was a plus but it was very small and you could only book it for 50min. But for holiday training, I think it is enough. Don't expect to do training with big weights though. The apartment was not soundproof and you could easily hear people talk on the corridor and vice versa.

Friendly staff Great buffet breakfast, very fresh and great variety. Excellent facilities. Allowed me to use the pool after I had checked out as I had time to kill before my flight. Lovely food and drinks at the bar by the roof top pool. Great luggage storage service and lobby. Excellent location near eateries, shops and transport. Airport bus stops across the road which made my transfer very easy.

Location close to Heraklion city center and still reachable by car. Most Iraklion attractions are in a walking distance. Vallet parking (10 EUR/day) is a good offer - finding parking in this part of the city is close to impossible. Our balcony was tiny with two airconditions installed and poor view, i.e. it was not attractive enough to use it. Instead we spend the evening in the restaurant/bar on the roof: the little swimming pool (have not seen anyone in the pool and it was not tempting but it has a nice attraction), beautiful view, friendly staff, nice food. The music was a bit too loud but the song choice was good to our taste. Very reasonable breakfast (except drinks).

Restaurant in 4* Hotel on Creta must have fresh orange juice for breakfast! The terrible yellow liquid you called "juice" was absolutely not drinkable. Beds are not fixed together and were moving apart very easily. I almost fell down in the gap beetwen them during the night - now we are laughing about the accident but at that moment it was not funny.

pool, views, sunset, DJ, breakfast and location were fantastic.

We were upgraded which was great. but it meant going from two rooms with a double bed and bathroom each to having large suite, a shared bathroom and only one bed and one sofa bed. air conditioning was dripping aswell. level 4 rooms were quite nosey being close to the rooftop or any street parties.
