The best for me was the Greek hospitality from the beginning till the end..Maria the ‘concierge manager’did more then here best to fulfill our needs.Also compliments to the rest of the staff,they were sincere and very kind and helpful! The beautiful environment and happy atmosphere gave us the much needed vacation and rest that we were seeking for.

The location could be better ..It’s a little too isolated from restaurants and supermarket etc..so you need a car to explore more. The breakfast in Oku Ibiza was better then Oku Kos!We had more variation and we missed out of authentic Greek cuisine at the menu of the hotel ‘gemista,mousaka for example :-) I would suggest to adapt one luxury room for disabled people ,they offered us an upgrade because our room where some issues with the bathroom and some other minor things but we could not take the upgrade because I could not enter the toilet with my wheelchair and the steps infront and in the room wich was unfortunately! At the beach some extra wood boards too get easier in the sea with my wheelchair would be fantastic:-)

Heaven on earth. Period. Absolutely everything was perfect in our suite and in the hotel, and it exceeded by far our expectations. The team is wonderful and is going out of the way to make your stay amazing in every way possible. Special (and huge) thanks to Elena for taking care of us like we were special guests. We were also amazed by the quality of the food. And of course, last but not least, the beach is divine too.

Nothing. Many other so-called 5 stars hotels could learn from this one!

Beautiful design and layout, relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff, comfortable beds, fantastic breakfast, clean private beach, lovely massages, daily complimentary yoga classes. Would definitely recommend this wonderful resort! Prices are obviously high but that's what you expect in such an environment

Food is inconsistent in quality and quantity. Some dishes are amazing (michelin star quality), others not so much. Some mains are so heavy that the half board option (amuse/bread-starter-main-dessert) is way too much, others are small, which would make à la carte ordering difficult.

Our stay at Oku Hotel in Kos was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with cold towels and a yummy welcome drink. We stayed during the low season and was very fortunate to get an upgrade to a room featuring a private pool, which we were SO grateful for 🙏🏼 The hotel's decor and location are simply stunning, offering a picturesque backdrop for a relaxing getaway. The service provided by all the staff was great . Maria was super warm and friendly from areival, she checked in with us each morning and gave great advice on local attractions. As vegans, we often encounter limited options, but the staff at Oku went above and beyond to ensure we had a variety of choices. Their thoughtful gesture from the pastry chef of preparing different cakes and cookies for us was greatly appreciated and truly enhanced our dining experience. Overall, our time at Oku Hotel in Kos exceeded all expectations. With its exceptional service, breathtaking surroundings, and thoughtful attention to detail, it's a destination we eagerly look forward to returning to one day.

It would have been great to have a TV that had Netflix options on it.

OKU Kos is a super relaxed environment, with amazingly friendly and helpful staff who are always looking to help in any way they can. As expected from OKU hotels the food is fantastic, the cocktails amazing and the ambience stylish in a laid back way. The hotel's beach is really nice, spacious even when full with a handy beach bar ;)

Nothing really. Occasionally drinks took a while if coming from the main hotel to the beach, but I didn't have anything else to do! It would be great if all the spa facilities were open every day, but this may be a seasonal thing too... still worth a 10!

The room was exceptional! The grounds were utterly beautiful. The beach was fantastic. Staff at the spa went above and beyond to make our experience there on the 2 days we used it so wonderful. Can't fault the location at all, and breakfast was amazing.

The menu options for half board at dinner were not in keeping with the high standard of everything else for the rest of the stay. On a couple of occasions the food came out luke warm instead of hot. For the quality of the hotel, the food was fairly bland and left us a little disappointed.

We loved this oasis of a hotel. The staff was incredibly nice, friendly and made us feel welcome from the very beginning of our stay. Nothing was an issue for them and they had great recommendations for what to see on the island. This resort, however, is that kind of place where you will want to spend the majority of your stay at Kos. The beach was splendid, with great views, clean water and sand, and very comfy beach loungers. The walk to the beach through the sand dunes was a bliss on its own. The pool was also very nice, clean and comfy and when it was a little windy (mind you, it was the end of October), the pool offered a cozy alternative to the beach. The room itself is beautifully designed, the beds are comfy, and there all the amenities you may need. We really enjoyed the outside area of our room/bungalow with lots of options to sit, lay, chill, do yoga. One could also take a quick dip in the shared pool. There were days where we left the room only to go to eat something because we didn't feel like leaving this home away from home. Food options were solid. Breakfast was truly amazing, featuring local and fresh produce. The other food options were also yummy, albeit a little expensive. Last but not least, we found it really lovely that the hotel organized all sorts of cozy and laid back events, such as movie nights, free yoga classes and more. We will definitely come back.

The only thing we didn't like were the cleaning ladies. They were oftentimes very loud, yelling at one another or loudly facetiming with someone when cleaning the room next door. This was quite annoying on the days we decided to stay in. They also came into our room unannounced on two occasions, despite the "do not disturb" sign on the door. While everything else felt like a true five-star experience, this minor thing didn't. And a suggestion – We felt like there could be a slightly larger variety of simple/comfort meals on the menu so in case someone stays for 14 days like we did, the food doesn't get monotonous.

Hotel attractively laid out. Staff excellent, especially in beach, pool and restaurant areas. Breakfast excellent. Dining in evening very good Asian fusion but if staying for more than a week the menu is not huge. Private sandy beach one of the best features. Spa and gym immaculate. Practical items like ironing board/iron in room.

The hotel has a very pared back design ethic but our room was small and took the minimalist decor to the extreme!! Lack of wardrobe space for 2 people. Bed a bit hard. When you are a certain age a degree of comfort is needed. Small things like a box of tissues in the bathroom.

Beautifully designed with thoughtful touches (art, design and landscaping) and the most lovely staff. Amazing buffet breakfast, stunning beach, daily yoga, peaceful rooms, excellent toiletries provided. A touch of luxury.

The restaurant is trying too hard with pan Asian cuisine with dishes that missed the mark. We come to Greece partly because we love Greek cuisine, and would have preferred really well crafted local dishes such as calamari, but this was missing from the evening menu, except for a couple of things eg Greek salad and some not very inspiring Italian pasta dishes. Food and drinks are very expensive for Greece (priced as per Oku’s other hotel in Ibiza, not as expected for a high end Kos restaurant). As the hotel is remote and designed for you to stay here almost full time, we wanted the restaurant to be part of the experience and were a little disappointed with the choice of cuisine.

Beautiful property, carefully designed and maintained. The pool area is clean and comfortable, as is the wonderful private beach area. The fitness and yoga areas are great for getting some exercise in a nice setting. Breakfast is bountiful, well presented and delicious.

The food is very pricey, not in the slightest bit local and doesn’t taste particularly good (judged by the price range). We had dinner in the restaurant once and did not return. Hot tip: try the Taverna Perasma just outside the property for very nice greek food.
