Central location, right in the heart of the shopping & commercial district, as well as opposite the ancient theatre. Within walking distance to restaurants, bars and cafes.

Never managed to get breakfast as the hotel was fully booked and there was a long queue waiting to be seated. After 10 mins of waiting standing outside of the breakfast room, I gave up and went to a brunch store nearby. Wouldn't expect that from a 5* hotel. My point of view is that you should be able to navigate through such conditions and accommodate your clients either with no full occupancy or full capacity.

- The hotel does live up to its rating of 5-star with their service alone. Wonderful and extremely helpful staff. - They arranged a breakfast box, well packed, for me as I had to check-out before breakfast. Ensured I was ready by giving me a wake-up call as requested and had a taxi ready for me without having to wait even a minute. - The bathroom was well equipped with any and every toiletries one might need. - The room while comfortable could use a remodeling/renovation. - the hotel has a gym and a spa. - The location is excellent. It is in the heart of the city with numerous cafes and restaurants within walking distance.

- The view of the amphitheater is partial. It makes no sense to book a room especially for this view.

Location was central and easily found from other neighborhoods. Breakfast was a great buffet. A real plus was Parthena at the front desk--she impressed my whole family. She knew everything and was SO helpful.

Only thing I can think of is the woodwork in the bathroom was splintered at the bottom, like the room had flooded at some point. Very minor. The horiatiki salad I got from room service wasn’t great--tomatoes weren’t ripe.

Everytime I choose to stay in Divani hotel in Larissa city, I am really pleased and thankful for staff's behaviour. They are all so kind and helpful. They are always willing to resolve every little issue, reception staff is excellent, restaurant-room service staff is so nice, cleaning staff is so polite. Congratulations!

I would propose to consider turning your pool to a heated one for winter. It would make the accommodation even better.

We had one of the best, if not the best room in the hotel. It was a corner room on the 5th floor with a huge balcony that overlooked the Greek-Roman Theater and had a view of the St. Achilles Greek Orthodox Basilica. The room had a large desk for two people and outlets for computers so both of us could work simultaneously without a problem. The breakfast was included and absolutely great. One had a wide variety of choices and great service as well. The desk clerks were very helpful and friendly.

We should have stayed longer.

Its location, kind and helpful staff and its cleanliness. I thank them for upgrading me to the full suite which I enjoyed very much

The Buffet Breakfast could have had some additional hot choices to the menu. I found the food cold Also, it would have been nice to have a small table and chair in the balcony to sit.

Stayed at the Divani for a conference that was also organized at the hotel. The hotel was great, the rooms very clean and the staff very nice as well.

Housekeeping knocked at my door before 9am on two different days. The wifi on the 2nd floor was very slow, often disconnecting, which made it impossible to work from my room (it was fine in the lobby, conference rooms and restaurant).

Location is very good, close to cafes, shops. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom while a good size could do with an update ( shower over a very small and narrow bathtub). Breakfast was very good with lots to choose from.

The breakfast only had coffee in a boiler as the standard and the orange juice was a synthetic one - not what you would expect in a five star hotel. The sauna in the spa did not work.

The property is in a great spot near good restaurants and shops . The view we had over the ampi theatre ruins was amazing . Hotel was beautifully decorated inside and stylish indoor pool was great

The room was nice but small . Our balcony was huge however . Bed could have been better I would not rate the bedding very highly Otherwise all was great
