Great owner/host (Pedro) who makes sure you are settled in and have nothing to worry about. If you want traditional Greek hospitality, great service and a friendly chat with good tips and advice where to go or where not to go - you are in good hands at Pansion Filoxenia. Right from the start (no fuss when checking in, super fast check in) and a super friendly welcome, you feel you can settle in and relax. Private parking available and also.. my car had an alarm flagging all the time and I asked if Pedro could tell what it was, he instantly checked under the hood and also called the rental company for me, talked to them in Greek, and made sure that they were notified and up to date about this, to resolve it asap. Pedro is also the guy who you can have a chat with, if you’re up for it. At the same time, the accomodation was very nice and spacious. It was clean and had a good airco and sea view, wide balcony and also kitchen with oven and cooking facilties. The bathroom was also ok, and so was the bed. I would definitely return here, next time I visit Lefkada. Also, the west coast is underrated, I don’t know why everyone goes to the easy coast to spend most of the time there, in tourist traps like Nydri, because north-west and west and south are more interesting then the east coast. This pansion is in a very nice town, and many of the scenic beaches and interesting small towns are all on a very short distance driving. If you book a studio in this pansion, you’ll have privacy and a good stay, a great host and a great location. Also, Pedro mentioned the restaurant thay was 3 doors down, (almost next door) and it was indeed a very nice restaurant. The lady works hard and they catch fish with their own boat every day. There is a beautiful garden in the back, where you can sit down and enjoy a nice meal. Next time I come to Lefkas, I will book a stay at pansion Filoxena again and I will also return to the restaurant that is just 3 doors down the road. Loved it!

I had a a great stay. Did not have anything that bothered me

We liked that it was pretty quiet, although you could hear loudly when the doors were slammed by other tourists. Pedro was very friendly. The building is by the main road. You have 2 cafes right next to the building. It was a pleasent stay. If you do not have big expectations it is perfect. For us, it was perfect because we only slept there, beign at the beach all day long.

We didn't like that they came to clean our room at 10 pm, we were in our pyjamas, eating on the balcony and even though we told them that we leave next day, they insisted to clean and change our sheets. We would have liked if they did they this sometime in the morning and maybe in the middle of the week when it made more sense to clean the room and change sheets and towels.

This beautiful hotel was very nice and clean with private parking and I loved that the property was only 10 minutes away from downtown and 10 minutes to great beaches. So nice having a couple of restaurants, coffee shop, and little market just within steps of the hotel. Petro the owner is very charming and full of character. Highly recommend.

Nothing I didn’t like.

everything was clean and nice, owner very helpful, cleaning was done every day and with attention to details, smart TV with internet, perfect location to explore the island, 4 mins driving to a perfect beach with pool also - the DECK, close to cheap and good restaurants (trust me:))))

We spent only a few days here, but we were completely satisfied. The owner was nice and always helpful. Our accommodation was a short distance from Lefkada, we went on a scooter and enjoyed the wonderful views. I highly recommend it.

The property was at an excellent location. It was near the city center and near the beaches. You had plenty of nearby beaches to visit
