The property was great, very well thought out. Separate swimming areas for families and adults only. A lot of little bars a cafes. Rooms are very spacious and renovated. The beach is right outside the property with hotel umbrellas and chairs. Staff served drinks on the beach all day long. A lot of activities during the day (there is an app with listing updates each day). The hotel personnel were very nice and friendly, managers were accommodating. The lifeguard on the beach was amazing, really knew what he was doing.

Only one negative - public bathrooms really need renovations.

The hotel was very nice. Although it was a big resort, the room was exceptional large, and the services felt very personal. Tui had various activities and day tours, which added more adventure on the holiday. The indoor heated pool was excellent. We also had a taster massage, which was amazing, so I will recommend the spa

The evening entertainment wasn't the best. The live singers at the lounge bar could have been better. We enjoyed the 21:30 show, but that was the only event for teenagers and adults. They have a lot of outdoor Pool area, unfortunately we went on the still chill season, and as the pool was not heated, we couldn't enjoy the outdoor pool.

Loved the variety for families, beautiful family pool and also a splash / kiddie oriented pool at the back of the hotel Lovely room, perfect for our needs. Gorgeous view and perfect location. A la carte restaurants were great

Salt water pools meant we didn’t get to spend as much time in the nicer family pool as the salt irritated our daughter’s eyes despite wearing goggles. Breakfast options could have been better , the pastries for example tasted quite stale a lot of the time. It would have been lovely to have more fresh fruit available at breakfast such as melon watermelon etc

The best hotel close to Hersonissos. Rooms perfect for families also for couples and singles. Guest 90% British’s no Russian no Ukrainian so is great and no drama with with it👍

Nice beach, many swimming pools also adults area ewe where included with restaurants. Lovely animation for everyone. Very rich all inclusive including with drinks whatever you want. Hotel staff the best so nice and helpful. Rooms with see view great ( bedroom, living room and bathroom - bath + shower ) . Rooms preparing for night and 2 times cleaning per day .

Beautiful hotel with beautiful staff, the rooms were big and very clean. we took the all inclusive and there was a variety of food and restaurants. Alisa from customer relations welcomed us to our stay, she was informative, kind and patient . We had an amazing vacation, didn’t need to leave the hotel :)

The service at the snack bar was very bad, the cashier was rude and unpleasant.

The food, the staff and the rooms

Not to hav been given a £800 unexpected bill at the end. And then tui staff, wedding co ordinators and caldera staff clearly werent talking to each other which is why this happened. Left a sour taste after a fantastic holiday. Shame

The staff were very friendly and professional at all times. The food was very nice and very helpful when we had to use room service. I loved the fact that there was "Adults only" breakfast as well as dinner areas. The location was very convenient when you want to explore nearby areas. The spa treatments were also very very good and worth visiting.

The hotel is suited at the middle of a village and it can be bit tricky to find if you rent a car, especially as roads are not perfect.

Food was very good - buffet in particular was excellent with lots of different options. Our room was very comfortable. The evening entertainment was good - the team worked so hard for day and night and we particularly enjoyed the singer who had flown in especially. She had been suffering with her voice but put on an amazing performance and had everyone up dancing.

We had treatments at the spa but felt the staff weren’t clear on what they were offering us. We had been given an initial price for treatments which included a product and when we said it was too costly they offered us a discounted price but didn’t make clear that this new price didn’t include the product - this put a dampener on our treatments.

The resort was well maintained. The family room was spacious and each day the room was well cleaned. Swimming pools - The variety in swimming pools from Adult only to family pools / areas was great. The beach was right outside and was also great option for mixing it up. Restaurants- variety in restaurants within the complex meant you could experience various types of evening dinners. Entertainment staff during the day & evening were excellent. Great evening show Location is lovely., few nice eateries and beach bars nearby. Plenty of watersports.

Suggestion - Family pool area - maybe a suggestion to incorporate a table with the umbrella similar to the Adult area for glasses etc.

Beautiful room, brand new. Italian and Greek restaurants and main restaurant were very good, kids pool and other pools were very nice. Excellent staff.

The hotel is marketed as a great hotel for kids but we found the hours of dinner and kids activities to be off. Dinner at main restaurant started at 630 and others at 7. 6 would be better, even 530 for main restaurant when it's a long active vacation day, little kids are tired. Young kids activities started at 8pm, even under 3, which seems crazy to me. Kids club opens at 10am, though many kids are up at 6am already so 8am or even 9 would make more sense.
