I've stayed at this hotel many times now and will probably stay many more. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Butch, Yiannis and Stratos. I was pleased to see they now have a little cat feeding/watering station at the hotel so that the strays don't need to bother the guests - it would be good to learn that they expand this into helping with neutering too! My room was cleaned regularly, towels replaced when I needed them, comfortable bed, functional air conditioning and everything in working order. The location of the hotel is excellent, in the centre of town but just far enough off the main street to be peaceful in the evening.

The food let the hotel down a bit this time. I've always been happy with the quality and variety of food at this hotel, but it wasn't quite up to the usual standard this year. The hot food wasn't particularly hot and wasn't as flavourful or enjoyable as in previous years.

We stayed 2 beautiful weeks in this nice hotel which situated in the middle of the city of Hersonissos and very close to the beaches. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The receptionist guy was great and professional when we arrived in this hotel. ELLI the next day receptionist was superb as she is a very valuable member of this hotel staff. She was even very hardworking at the dinner and every single day she came to us asking " How are you? How was your day? etc. she is very professional and she is the most friendly staff in this hotel. The breakfast and dinner both was buffet, TBH the meals and food was very delicious and close to our country tastes. For my friend favourite was the Macedonian pork. The hotel was very clean and well organized. IVANKA was the cleaning lady in our floor who was very friendly and helpful despite she could not speak any word of English. Around this hotel you can find lots of shops, bars, restaurants as well.

Sometimes the dining area was very busy as they have just limited amount of tables so some of guests needed to queuing for dinner which starts from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Mornings usually this is not a problem. Parking place are very limited around the hotel as this hotel situated in a little by-road.

I had a beautiful and smily welcome, the property also exceeded my expectations. I booked a Standard Double or Twin Room with Balcony and received a free upgrade to a Superior Double or Twin Room with balcony, the free breakfast was also great and fresh. The swimming pool is also nice, though the sea water was still warmer at this time of year., so I went to the sea. The hotel is in a quiet street away from the noisy bars, so you can have a guaranteed good sleep, the bed was also quite comfortable and the room was cleaned every day. I did not have dinner, but it looked quite nice. The hotel is also gay friendly. For 31€ per night one cannot really ask for more, I recommend this hotel for everyone. That was one fine hotel. It provided all the comforts that one luxurious hotel provides to its customers, but also it offered the customer who could appreciate it one exceptional level of emotional comfort and space which you do not find easily in other hotels in Greece. At this point, I want to make one particular mention for the young lady at the reception of the hotel. She was excellent. She gave me one spacious and comfortable room from the get go and resolved every request I had during my stay at that hotel impeccably. In addition, the food was delicious and had variety particularly in the evenings. Congratulations to the manager of the hotel for running one fine establishment like that.

Perfectly managed hotel: the highly motivated staff makes the difference. They are open minded and everyone knows what to do. Big compliments for the well organized and high quality buffets and also the attention they pay to their guest’s needs. Housekeeping, front desk, Barkeeper, kitchen, service: 11 out of 10 points.

At this price level it would be unfair to even mention something here. Rooms are simple but perfectly cleaned and well dimensioned.

I had made a request which was met without hesitation from the hotel staff. The hotel was very clean and the cleaning staff - particular Suzanne were truly lovely suppling extra towels etc when requested. The hotel was the perfect distance from the strip with a very handy atm, pharmacy, corner shop, bars and restaurants no more than a 60 second walk away but far enough that you cannot hear any excess noise at night from it. Alex the kitchens head chef had an amazing breakfast menu prepared each morning and was very friendly. Yannis the bar tender was very kind, welcoming and friendly each day towards us as well. Butch the hotel receptionist was also very friendly and had a decent knowledge of the area/bus routes etc. There was a problem with the aircon one of the nights but it was fixed the next day and worked a perfectly for the rest of the duration of our stay. Overall we had a great experience staying in this hotel. I would highly recommend staying here and I would gladly return.

The windows in the stairway being open causing mosquitoes to enter the building - not a major issue but a point to mention.

Super frendly staff. They clean the room everyday and the sheets and towels every 4th day. The food was good and different from day to day.

The bathroom- it was small and water was running from another bathroom (not ours) and it was collecting under the toilet. The money vault was locked and we could'nt use it. The TV cable didn't fit in the TV so we couldn't watch tv.

We loved it. It’s very cosy, the room was big, had a lot of space and the food is really good. Me and my partner both recommend taking the deal with breakfast and dinner. We loved the location, it’s in the center of Hersonissos, close to bus stations, shops, beaches etc. The staff is so so friendly and welcoming, helpful. We will be back for sure.

We returned from Central Hersonissos yesterday, we were a group of 10 middle aged ladies celebrating various friends birthday . The staff were absolutely amazing . Big shout to Gentjan for all his lovely cocktails, shots , and all his local information, Butch and the other reception staff couldn’t have been any friendlier. The hotel is in a great location , breakfast is great and the price was so good . Thank you to all staff, we had the best holiday !
