Beautiful deco and architecture! For the buffet breakfast and dinner, food was really good. The staff are very friendly. Good size 2 pools, not overpriced cocktails.

Screaming kids (thank gosh this happened only on our last day but I think staff should ask parents to control them…); not having showers next to the pool before people getting in.

The hotel is perfectly designed and located close to the main boardwalk of Herssonisoss (few minutes walk). The staff was really nice and caring for all of our requests.

The organisation of the facility was excellent and the pool beautiful. The dinner offered an extensive menu for all requirements.

The hotels overall look is nice. The rooms are clean and exactly what is promised on the photos. The staff is super nice. They are all very kind and helpful. It also has a gym. Two pools. And the views are cool too. Visually the hotel is delivering! And again: so so nice staff.

What we did not like so much is that the hotel is not really what it is marketing. It is not a relaxing boutique hotel with high quality experiences. We found out it is actually a all inclusive - all - you - can -eat hotel. So there is not really a restaurant just a all-you-can-eat-buffet for lunch and dinner. There is not even a real coffee machine on the premise. Just gas-Station style automate-coffee. On top of that there is a house-pop playlist blasting everyday at the pool. So reading relaxing not really the vibe.

The property was newly renovated and very nicely done overall.

The marketing of the hotel and the reality are very different. The name and marketing campaigns make it seem like relaxation, wellness and quiet are the main priority, so we were quite shocked when we arrived and realised there was very loud pop music playing on speakers near the main pool. It really jarred with what we thought we were getting and does not align with the marketing of the hotel.

We stayed for a week and loved this hotel. We did breakfast and dinner as part of our package and they allowed us to swap dinner with lunch on the days we wanted to eat out. We found that such an amazing bonus and one of the many reasons we would go back. The staff were exceptional from beginning to end and if there was anything we needed they sorted. The food was extremely tasty. It’s such a beautiful hotel and on Thursdays they have a live duo in the bar area which was amazing. Sunbeds are extremely comfy and fresh pool towels and room towels provided everyday! It’s extremely clean and well maintained and very chilled vibes, there were a quite a few families with kids but it was still great for couples and adults, the vibe suited all. I could carry on but I’d like to thank Yannis the resident manager and fortis the restaurant manager for their kindness and interaction during our stay. They make the effort with every single guest. Always checking if everything is good! The cocktails are good and we noticed the all inclusive drinks are also very good. Location is great it’s literally few mins walk to the main road! They actually have two public pools one big and a smaller more chilled intimate one.

None of these negatives impacted our stay, we would still come back so they are minor points but hopefully things they will improve on because it’s such a new hotel and they were forthcoming about wanting to take on feedback to improve! They could do with some more sun-beds around the pool it’s limited when hotel is busy, full length mirror in all the rooms (we didn’t have one but they got me one as soon as I mentioned it! Sounds petty otherwise you’d not see what you’d look like other than your head for a week) more options at meal times, what was there was amazing but def need more. It would also be great if they had a snack menu/ice creams or lunch menu for people who aren’t all inclusive. You cannot buy any food or snacks as there isn’t anything available other than meal times. They do have some sandwiches and cakes on the side for the all inclusive people to take but nothing else. Also more hangers as we only had 4 in our room for two of us. Not a lot of space for clothes, I led my clothes out on the sofa. Could do with a fan in the gym and more equipment. But these things are just little and the good outweighs all of these minor things!
