Convenient location close to the airport. Stayed here the night before an early flight. Appreciated the map with restaurants close by and the free airport transfer. As others have noted, there aren’t any staff on site but messages were returned promptly and the check-in process was smooth with the lock box. I arrived in the day light and as a solo traveller I’m not sure how comfortable I would feel arriving in the dark.

There are no lights between the elevator and the room door, so it’s very dark if the sun is down - be prepared to use your phone flashlight. The lighting in the room is harsh and the light switches are in inconvenient spots from the bed.

Picture was a little misleading- the GK airport suites is actually the 5th floor of an office building that has been converted into 3 suites. There is no reception so no chance for luggage drop while you wait to check in. (you get the key from a lock box) Other than that, it was very clean, safe and bed was comfy. Communication was good. The little town was nice with several little shops and cafes.

Wish it had a microwave for heating up my children's meals. A luggage rack was also expected, and lack of one made it hard to do the final packing before our flight.

Since the Athens airport is so far outside the city, there seem to be few hotels in close proximity to the airport. Apartments like this, a few kilometers from the airport, seem to be the best option, if you need to stay close to the airport. The hotels in the airport area seem to be a lot more expensive than apartments, so we chose this one, and were generally very pleased with it. The apartment was very large and clean, and within walking distance to some mini-marts and restaurants. The shuttle to the airport in the morning was perfect --- on time, and very friendly. Overall, very good choice it you need a reasonably priced accommodation near the Athens airport.

It was a little problematic (and unusual) that they would not send you the access codes for the apartment until the day of your arrival, once the apartment was ready for occupancy. We don't use mobile phones, so we had to stop enroute, while driving back to Athens, to go online and get the access codes.

The booking process to the airport transfer was seamless! We stayed 2 separate nights and we had no issues at all. It was very easy to communicate with GK Suites staff even though they are not physically in the building. The airport transfers were on time the 4 times we had to be in/out of Athens Airport. Location was perfect! Airport was less than 10 minutes away and if you have some time to walk around, the area of Markopoulo has a really nice downtown, quiet and safe neighborhood and we found the best souvlaki place in all of our stay in Greece! The rooms are so spacious and the staff provide you with thorough instructions on how to access everything inside the suites. It comes with good coffee too along with plates and utensils. Just an overall amazing stay for a short airport transfer reprieve.

Could use a microwave and/or stove as we had to bring food in due to our late/early flight but otherwise, no trouble at all.

We wanted a place close to the airport to sleep for one night before flying home and found GK Airport Suites a perfect place for it. The free airport pickup was very good - the drivers were very punctual. The communication was excellent throughout from the start to finish. We arrived at night and did not see the reception area but the instructions given to us via Booking.com messages were sufficient.

If you are a woman travelling alone or an elderly couple arriving in the dark, the fact that there is no physical reception desk/area (there may be one but we did not see it) could put you off or make it a bit inconvenient. We were fine with it as we were two female friends travelling together.

the shuttle bus for the airport it’s super convenient! The place was big, clean, with a coffee machine, mini kitchen and a sleepers witch was very useful. Perfect for a long connection flight

I received an envelope with a key and a guidance letter about the room from the driver, when I came to to room with a baby the first thing I wanted to do is to shower a baby and put her to sleep, but there was no hot water. I opened a guidance letter and started to seek for the switch for a boiler, it was supposed to be somewhere in a kitchen area, but nothing was there… so I washed a baby with a water from a kettle and later discovered that a guidance letter was for a different apartment, and I found a switch but in a different area, so check the number of the apartment in the instruction before you go crazy with a search))) and later I found an instruction framed next to the door

The place is very nice , comfortable and clean. Beautiful view on the mountains, useful kitchen and warm clean shower, very good bed. The staff were very helpful and picked us up from the airport at 23.00. Lovely place to relax 😀

VERY spacious rooms. The beds are not that comfortable but we were there just for the night. They only had a box spring without a mattress on top. Transportation to and from the airport was excellent. Our room had 2 sofa beds as well as a queen bed. Someone was in touch with us through what's app as to our arrival time and to meet us to check in. There was not a manned front desk.

Shower was just had a hand held. Our other room had a normal shower.

If you need a ride to the airport in the early morning, this is the place to stay. It's a bit weird since it's an old office building and there is no hotel staff. You are in the place by yourself. Since it's a converted office space, the room was huge, with an attached kitchen. Our ride to the airport arrived a few minutes early at 6:00 am and it only takes about 10 minutes to get there.

We did have to wait about 45 min at the airport for the shuttle to take us to the property, since they were picking up another party as well. Also, a word of caution about the local tavern down the street from the hotel. We asked for food and they didn't have a menu, but offered us soup and salad. Two bowls of soup, one greek salad, one beer, and one soda = our most expensive meal of the whole trip, 47 euros. So embarrassing to get fleeced like that. Get food at the mini-mart or find a place with a menu!

Great service for an airport hotel. Really efficient and easy to manage. Fabulous integration online/email/text with the facilities. Helped us very quickly when we lost something and they located it and arranged it to be returned. We shared our flight details and they arranged all transfers with perfect timings

Being an airport hotel it is quite isolated… but thanks to the details in the room we found a fabulous place for dinner.
