The staff are absolutely great! They were very friendly, helpful and professional! The facilities are perfect, the rooms were very clean and the food at the hotel was great too! The pool was one of the greatest since it was super clean but not stinking chlorine at the same time. It is a family run business and you can see that from the staff trying to their bests.

When the kitchen is closed in certain hours, you really have to sort yourself because there are only 2 places around you can eat and there are no supermarkets, maybe small toast or quick sandwiches would be good idea to keep people fed in case if they miss the kitchen hours.

This is a beachfront family run hotel and it has its own soul and personality. They gave us a beautiful room overlooking the bay which is one of the most beautiful of all Mykonos. The staff is super friendly, they take care of the transport and help with anything. The owners are there in the property taking care of their guests so the hotel works perfectly well. There is good snorkeling which is loved we even saw an octopus!

There’s a restaurant in site which we did not like very much to be honest…but there is a very good taverna to eat right beside the hotel so you can easily spend a whole day without leaving the property.

The staff was incredible! They made me feel very welcomed and taken care of, along with answering every question I had and giving me great advice for Mykonos. The rooms were clean and quiet, and my bed was made every day by the cleaners. 10/10 recommend, have never stayed in a better hotel.

No conditioner, but that may be normal for the island

The staff were an extremely friendly and helpful family, the breakfasts were generous and delicious, the room and the insane view were top notch, and the squid we had for lunch on our FIRST day was so far the best we had a week into the trip, which should say something about the restaurant. Cocktails were also on point.

Very important - Panormos beach is pretty much the only place with no bus connection on the island, so get a mode of transportation if you don't wanna lose time and a fortune on taxis

Placed in a strategic position close to one of the most beautiful beaches of the island. Kindly staff who felt like home. Rooms cleaned every day by the staff. International breakfast with fresh, km 0 and handmade food. The hotel's restaurant is cheaper in respect to the other island's restaurants. The staff speaks many languages.

You need a scooter or a car or atv to go to the city even if the hotel is only 5 min away by car. The shuttle service is only to the airport.

The place was amazing excellent location, the beach was just down the stairs. The staff were very friendly and very helpful, the food was excellent and everyday there is a special from the chef , I recommend. This club is very clean and well kept. I loved the garden the plants the flowers everything was so flawless. I enjoyed this stunning place and I will be back again ! Compliments to the owner and staff ! Nothing, all was good

Food at the hotel is simply delicious!!! we did not want to try any other place (as good as that!). The view is amazing from the hotel terrace and as far as I saw, most of the rooms have a nice balcony with a view too! the room was spacious and clean with a small fridge to cool beverages. The staff is super friendly, they picked us at the airport and took us back, also helped us to rent a scooter directly from the hotel and even gave us advice to go to the local clinic due to an unexpected infection. This hotel is a great choice if you want to be in the "peaceful" side of the island (20min drive in scooter from the center). The hotel is nicely close to the beach (just a few steps down) and even walking you can reach to Panormos Beach which has an open area if you don´t want to stay at the beach club; if you want to visit other beaches or go to the center of the island you will need a scooter/car. There is a Beach club close to the hotel so most of the times you can expect to hear music, just during the morning or late night there´s complete silence, although the music was not too loud to bother us is relevant to mention It, at night we did not have any issues with the noise. You can buy water, snacks etc. directly at the hotel and prices are reasonable if you don´t want to drive to town. Prices of the restaurant are also reasonable.

The bed was not very comfortable and toiletries were ok although basic.

Very quick and easy check-in when arriving at night, approached by friendly receptionist. Rooms were spacious, lovely outdoor terrace and seating and stunning sea view!! Very clean and rooms were cleaned daily, thank you to the cleaners! I would definitely return to this hotel, it was worth the money, and breakfast was lovely too.

I felt dinner options could be improved in the restaurant, didnt feel like there was much choice. Besides this, nothing! Everything was perfect.
