we booked impearled the rooms was ok not that big but when we arrived they upgraded us to the Villa and its was super Huge. View was breath taking from our balconey, we alos had a hot tub in our balconey , it was paradises . Overall it was a pleasant experience. Excellent staff and service. They really made a difference in our trip. 😊 -Very nice beachfront and sea. It doesn't get as much wind as some of the other beaches in the island. But there are certainly not enough beach chairs or simply beach space to accommodate everyone... - Pool bar food was tasty but a little on the pricey side. Same goes for the cocktails.But these are to be expected in Mykonos. - Breakfast was nice nothing phenomenal but quite okay. - Hotel room was comfortable and was nicely serviced multiple times a day by the housekeeping staff. The toilet door was a glass mirror that was probably supposed to be opaque when closed but it was seethrough at certain angles😝 something went wrong I guess. - The free shuttle to the town center was quite useful. It takes half an hour to arrive to the drop off after which a 10-15 min walk to the center is necessary. But it works and no need to rent a car or driving in the winding and narrow dangerous roads of Mykonos. Quite a lot of guests use it. Can be a bit hectic to get a spot.

The only problem is that there are not enough beach chairs to accommodate guests from multiple branches of the hotel. The beach chairs are very closely stacked, which we did not expect from such an expensive hotel it felt a bit more like a cheaper resort where you have to wake up early and fight for space, stressful. We chose to sunbathe by the pool area, which is quite nice, and walk down to the beach when we wanted to swim. A buggy between the hotel and the beach would be nice. Even though the walk is indeed short it is quite steep. The gym is nice but small mainly there are not enough cardio machines. The ones available need maintenance. There are other equipment available but in the mornings there was a line for the cardio.

The view was amazing, it was close to the beach with shuttle services to Mykonos downtown.

The reception didn’t treat us very well. they are not flexible and do not communicate like they are a 5 star hotel. They should be more nice and handle customers with care as we payed great amounts of money for this stay!

Best hotel I have ever been to. Every inch of this hotel is beautiful and well kept. Staff is very helpful. The whole resort is one of a kind. Pools are clean, and the room is cleaned twice a day. The entire hotel smells good. Breakfast is amazing. Not even one bad word to say after four entire days. Will definitely recommend visiting this hotel at any cost. Once in a lifetime experience. This is a genuine recommendation.

The only thing I didn't like is that they raised the bar so high it would be very hard to enjoy any other vacation.

Thanks to all the truly wonderful staff who made our stay so fabulous! Every single staff member was kind, helpful, and warm. The resort is in a fantastic location, just a few steps from the beach, and offers a shuttle service to the old town and back. We loved our room with a direct sea view, and all the facilities in the room were great, they even bought us a free kettle and tea, the only downside to the room is the sleeping quality, unfortunately the bed mattress was in a bad shape, we asked for it to be replaced but the other mattress was just the same broken mattress. Except the mattress issue we loved everything. The room was clean and well maintained and the cleaning staff comes twice a day, which was surprising and nice. Breakfast was amazing, we always came early to make sure to get a table right next to the view. The staff members were lovely! They made sure our baby finds what to eat and well fed, thank you! The reception staff were very very nice and friendly, especially with our baby, at the last day our daughter even hugged them goodbye, and generally all the hotel members were just the best! At the pool bar, doormen, bellboys, cleaning staff thank you all for heartwarming hospitality. Facilities were great too, spa appointments were easy to get, pool is awesome- beautiful infinity pool with exceptional view. The hotel decor is stunning, the location is right near the beach, the hotel offers free beach beds and umbrellas, the beach is clean and beautiful. Couldn’t ask for a better vacation.

Bed mattress needs to be replaced. And maybe add more shuttle options during day time. A private ride will cost you 50€.

Large clean elegant very helpful staff beautiful inside beautiful pool wonderful outdoor restaurants just awesome in every way free shuttle one block down to the beach and back and free shuttle to the city of Mykonos to shop and explore and a real spa with great staff

Loved absolutely everything

Got upgraded to the myconian villas collection. the hospitality of the staff and the GR manager Georges was outstanding ! Also was able to late checkout without additional fees which is really really nice.
