This property is amazing! We stayed in a two bedroom Villa with a private pool. It was gorgeous! We also had a smaller bedroom with a twin bed. Each of the three rooms had a full bathroom (the smaller bedroom had a smaller bathroom, but still a full bath). The suite had a full kitchen, dining room, living room, outdoor patio with dining table, and a private outdoor pool. We were also close to the hotel pool, which was lovely. Breakfast was included in the rate, and it could be either delivered to the room or served at their super cute restaurant on the outdoor covered patio. The food was divine, but what stood out even more was the service. Renia took care of us every day, and she was such a delight. She is genuine and seems to truly enjoy connecting with the guests. Benjamin was also fantastic. He assisted us with dinner recommendations and reservations, and we loved his suggestions. We wish we had been able to take advantage of the in-room spa services they offer, but we wanted to spend time at the beach and in town. We did enjoy the hotel pool, though. It is well maintained and offers full bar service from their restaurant. Loved the floating bean bags! The hotel team was very accommodating with scheduling transfers for us (we wish we had asked about the local bus schedule - may have been cheaper). All in all, it was an incredible experience! lovely staff who very kindly upgraded our room as it was our honeymoon amazingly spacious room with lovely pool beautiful pool area - very relaxing great breakfast! and good food is quite a walk from Mykonos town and along roads that have 0 pavement, we did it once and decided not to again, would be fine if you were renting scooter etc but there is also a bus stop right outside the hotel opposite supermarket so we just jumped on this for $3 and went late into night so was absolutely fine - nicer to be a bit out of the town for peace and quiet too

the only thing we would suggest tweaking would be the breakfast! we were brought a whole array of food rather than a buffet and felt bad on the first morning because we couldn't fit it all in or didn't like particular parts and had had no idea what was coming (no menu or anything just got asked if we wanted eggs but didn't realise this was on top of pastries,fruit, yoghurt, cakes, bread!) - the next morning we asked for specific components (e.g. the eggs and pastries) that we wanted and would eat and wondered if people could select from a menu to save on waste?

The property is beautiful and just amazing all around from the design of the buildings to the landscaping! The rooms are elegant and upscale both in design and comfort! George at the restaurant was fantastic! We cannot say enough of his friendliness and hospitality! Staff were top notch! Nora the manager is a huge asset to the hotel and helped us with finding transportation, restaurants and answering all of our questions both prior to and during of visit! Wonderful trip! Hoping to go back!!

We wish coffee and waters were readily available at no cost after breakfast. Would like more food options.

Cannot recommend Portes Villas enough, we visited Mykonos as a group of 16 for a hen-do and booked 3 villas to stay. We really appreciated the welcome drinks on arrival and the pool and restaurant/bar area were beautiful. Our villas were spacious, clean and comfortable and we truly loved our stay. The breakfast spread had a large variety of options with the addition of a hot breakfast too. 30 mins walk to Mykonos town and 10 mins to a local supermarket so really good location. A beautiful place and thank you to the staff for making our stay special, would most certainly recommend to anyone!

Only suggestion for improvement would be to offer more milk with coffee at breakfast, however this is personal preference and we were topped up immediately when asked.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to share my experience with this one. The hospitality in portes suites was exceptional. I highly recommend this place for families and bachelors as well. The rooms are extremely clean and staff was very helpful and attentive. It’s a family owned business and honestly I was shocked on how polite and professional they were. Perfect pricing for the villas compared to other places on the villas. The location was near all the hotspots in town so that was a big plus too. 10/10 highly recommended

The level of service was truly impeccable. Everyone was truly nice and helpful. The took care of us and had great recommendations for the best restaurants and sights to visit. The breakfast service in the morning they presented the meals so nicely and gave us the option to eat at our villa outside on the patio. I really enjoyed my time at this villa. The living space was perfect for our group of 5. They also upgraded our suite which was not asked for they did it to be kind. The customer service was truly a great! I would totally recommend staying here if you have a chance.

We loved everything about the hotel. The girls at reception were amazing, always happy to help and offered very good tips about the different areas we could visit during the low season. We took at taxi from the port to the hotel. But you can also arrange this in advance with the hotel. The room was super clean, everything worked perfectly and the decor was so pretty. The outdoor areas also very clean, also the pictures don’t do justice … the place is very pretty! The area is very calm, quiet and felt safe. We walked to the city Center and took us around 20 min. You can see the windmills on the way down. Different supermarkets/shops around if needed. We had drinks at Little Venice one day and spend our evenings closer to the hotel after the long days. Two great restaurants we visited around the hotel are called “Tokyo Joe’s” & “O batí”. We will recommend!! Breakfast was also very good! Another recommendation is to rent a car! Even tho the place is close to the Center 20/30 min walk might not be great to walk on the way back after a big meal. We didn’t rent a car and spent loads of money on taxis (our bad though). Buses aren’t great in Mykonos. If you need taxis the hotel could help you out with this. They are just expensive around the island. Visited “Paraga” beach one of the days and spent the day there. The ladies at the hotel reception recommended us a restaurant called “tasos taverna” in paraga beach and we were delighted they did. We will recommend it as the local Greek food was great. I we are ever back to Mykonos definitely stay at this hotel again.

everything!! first our villas was spacious and perfect for a group of 4. having the autonomy of your pool while still being able to access the one of rhe hotel is great. second, the staff was amazing!! we felt home for our stay. elvira was amazing!, and her margaritas are the best! third, the location is perfect. you avoid all the traffic jam in all directions. just perfect!!!

We stayed in the 3 bedroom villa with 3 bathrooms. It had a 2 burner stove top and a small oven for making small meals. The living room was a good size and space was not an issue. The beds were amazing and the pillows were great as well. The showers in all the rooms were great with space for toiletries. This villa had a balcony and a "jetted" tub and we got use from both.

I incorrectly assumed the "jetted" tub was a hot tub and was sad to find out this was not the case. This hotel has a central location but also not walking distance to any of the main clubs/attractions. We rented ATVs and it wasn't an issue but just something to be aware of.

The room was stylish, had a wonderful view, and provided everything we needed. The staff was friendly and helped us organize massages and transportation to/from the airport. When it comes to the value of accommodations on Mykonos, don’t overlook Portes. You’re not on the beach but you’re within a short drive or 30-minute walk to some choice locations on the island.

Price of cocktails at the bar were very expensive. We would have ordered more drinks by the pool if they weren’t 18 euros a piece, because they were quite good, but the price was quite steep.
