Beautiful location, great property, amazing breakfast, super kind and helpful staff. The hotel is situated next to two beautiful beaches with a couple of restaurants and some beach clubs. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel that can easily take you into town each hour. The hotel can also quickly arrange for you to rent a scooter or an ATV, which will be dropped off to you at the hotel. The breakfast is delicious; there are so many options (scrambled eggs, fried eggs, bacon, sausage, Greek yogurt, an assortment of fruit, local meats and cheeses, waffles, assorted pastries, fresh squeezed OJ, etc.). The staff there is so kind and helpful and can assist you with whatever you need. Despite the local beach clubs nearby, it is still surprisingly calm and quiet.

Modern, bright and light. Beautiful pool area with large sunbeds and various seating areas. Pool very clean and good size. Outdoor bar / cafe was lovely too. You have sea views from the pool area and it’s only 3 mins down to Paraga beach, which is lovely unspoilt with good taverna. The rooms were comfy, lovely to have a balcony, modern bathroom, WiFi and tea/coffee facilities. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was served until 10:30 and you could eat it outside or in a bright sun room. 2-3 tavernas and beaches in walking distance for exploring and dinner. Bus stop right outside hotel for Mykonos town.

Smoking was allowed in the indoor sun room during breakfast which was really off-putting and made us cough and eyes water. I would have preferred if staff only put ash trays on the outside tables and encouraged guests to smoke outdoors and not where people are eating indoors.

- Location is amazing! Next to the wonderful Paraga beach with 2 beach clubs (Kalua, SantAnna), Paradise Beach (10 mins walk). the bus stop go to the old town (20 mins drive) is just by the hotel entrance - Scorpio‘s club is 10 mins walk! - The personnel is SUPER friendly and helpful. We feel like home ❤️ - Breakfast is good. Lunch and dinner options are also available, otherwise you can go to a Tasos tavern on the beach (3 mins) or to the beach clubs - We had a sea view room, and the view was beautiful, especially sunset!

- if you have a sea view room (Scorpio‘s and beach clubs are part of the view), be ready for a music until the midnight or so. Ear plugs can help, or simply go and dance )) From October 1st all the clubs are closed, so you can enjoy the relaxed vacation - the tap water is quite salty. I do not know if it is everywhere on Mykonos or not. Just be aware. For a short stay it was not a problem for us

This hotel stands out among the surrounding hotels as it is family run and the staff and owners are helpful and welcoming and create a wonderful atmosphere. I visited with my family (2 kids under 10) and we felt very welcome and taken care off. The pool and dining areas have amazing views of the ocean and provide a beautiful place to relax. Many other hotels in the surrounding area do not allow children and in Zephyros we found a haven that provided beauty and comfort for the adults and a fun relaxed and welcoming space for our children.

Zephyros sits atop two beautiful bays that have been completely cluttered with hotels, restaurants and clubs. This is not a fault of the hotel but a function of the economic development of Mykonos into a 'hyper' touristy party destination. The beaches are basically non existent and just covered in beach beds and umbrellas. Club music starts filling the air starting at 5pm, being carried all the way up to Zephyros. It pained me to see this beautiful island being destroyed by development and disrespectful tourists. The beauty is still somewhat visible despite all the development, which just shows how absolutely stunning it must have been before.

We spoke to Tina before coming to the property who was extremely helpful, she catered to us staying an extra night and adding a third person to our booking. Tina also arranged for our airport transfers, free of charge. Tina, Valerie and all other staff were very friendly and kind to us. Breakfast was included and was very very good! Great coffee, eggs, pastries, greek yogurt. The pool was also very lovely to sit around during the day. I couldn't recommend this hotel more, it was a fabulous stay, and I would definitely come back again!!!!

Very friendly staff and beautiful hotel - close to Soho House which is why we stayed. Amazing complimentary pick up from port and return to airport - which in Mykonos is a huge bonus and made it all stress free - lovely welcome drink and greta fresh orange juice in the morning!

This is not the fault of the hotel but being sandwiched in between 2 massive nightclubs which seem far enough away -we were kept t up all night until 6am with banging loud club music - it spoilt our stay and maybe complimentary ear plugs would be a bonus!

Comfortable, compact and clean. Nice views of the ocean and close to a beach and access to public transport. Good quality breakfast.

Overall a good property and we felt comfortable. Would’ve been great to have a heated pool as we couldn’t enjoy the beaches too much due to windy and cool weather. It was a little inconvenient to not have public transport to Paraga after 1900 (Monday 16th October onwards).

Everything. Room amazing. pool lovely. It’s not massive though. (the sea is two minutes walk down the road) Plenty of space around it and different tiered areas with lots of shaded lounging if you want it. The photos do not do it justice. the pool area is one of the biggest and nicest I’ve seen at a hotel this size. A small gym, even darts and ping pong areas near pool. there is a jacuzzi. staff amazing and very helpful. breakfast fantastic. The restaurant had reasonably priced meals but we always had other plans. buses into town were regular. Cab between 20-30 euros in the day. We haggled to 20 but they were not that happy about it. the local area has clubs and restaurants. Paradise beach a walk away or the bus. unfortunately it’s really expensive in Mykonos with Covid, Ukraine and the euros worth to currency’s like the pound as well as it’s always been an expensive island but you could do a lot worse than stay here. to top it all the owner takes a hands on approach so always ready there for questions that may arise.

First of all, the location is perfect. Paraga beach is right in front and less than 5 mins walk. There you can visit beach clubs like Kalua, Sorpios, and Pinky beach, as well as some cafes and shops (more like mini markets). The bus station is literally across the street. We took taxi to Chora (Mykonos town) but the bus can take you for a very low price. The hotel itself is beautiful. The areas are very clean. The breakfast was OK, it was buffet with just what we needed (e.g., eggs, toast, fresh juice, coffee, fruit, etc.). We also had dinner a couple of times at the hotel restaurant and the food was also good. The fried feta is my new favorite thing! Our room had a great view of both the pool and the beach. Also had a/c, TV, hot water in the shower, and mini fridge. Tons of hangers in the closet for clothes. The bed was very comfortable. Overall, it was a quiet hotel. We went in September for our honeymoon, and we were lucky enough to not have crazy partiers, it was more of an older crowd or couples (ages 35+). The staff were wonderful. They all went above and beyond. They bent over backwards to get everyone what they needed. Especially, Aphrodite (sorry if i misspelled) who was outstanding and always had a smile on her face. Armando and Vasilis were fantastic! Pelayía (sorry if misspelling) also got everyone what they asked for, but we always got the impression that she did was annoyed. In summary, our experience was amazing. I would definitely come back and would definitely recommend to others.

Beautiful local hotel with great location right on the beautiful beach with many parties around. Staff were so nice and generous and attentive, like a family:) rooms are spacious. Great food and views for breakfast and lunch
