We had a great stay! The staff are very friendly and helpful and the pool area is great. The breakfast was also very good, hot a cold choices. There aren't silly amounts of choices, but enough variety to keep you happy. Fresh figs were growing all around the hotel and were put out as part of the breakfast, delish. The location is good. Close to the main city beach (5 mins walk) and a supermarket. There is also a bus stop nearby that takes you to the nicer beaches 20 mins south of the hotel. The main town is a 15-20 walk, but quite a nice walk if you go along the beach boardwalk.

The family room / triple room needs updating. It was comfortable and clean but is clearly in need of some TLC. The honeymoon suite that we saw was in much better condition and was more modern. The only other gripe was the pool opening time. I am sure there is a good reason for it but I don't understand why the pool isn't open until 11am. I appreciate it can't be too early as people are sleeping, but surely 10am would be better.

The Pool is perfect! The Breakfast was great! The LOCATION is minutes from the beach and everything you need to see ! Restaurants are walking distance! CLEAN hotel ..... very Clean! The Staff is 10 out of 10 So accommodating So informative So kind So sincere Loved everything about this beautiful Hotel ! The owners are local... and are hands on! You will be treated very well!

helpful staff. comfortable room. nice position on outskirts of town so quiet and plenty of greenery around. very convenient for big sandy beach ( with lots of good restaurants) a big supermarket, out door cinema, and bus stops for other beaches/tours

for part if our stay there was a group staying who had breakfast early, we soon learnt to delay breakfast until they had gone, so that there was somewhere nice to sit and the food could be replenished. gym was hidden away in basement and didn’t look very used

Wonderful, very helpful and super friendly staff. It was a pleasure to meet the family to whom the hotel belongs - everybody was very nice, answered all our questions and helped out with everything! Our room was spacious and clean. The smimming pool was also very nice. At the breakfast we could taste home-made jams and various cakes prepared by the hotel staff with the fruits grown by them in their garden, highly appreciated. The location is a bit further from the center/port, but it's a matter of a 10-15 minutes walk by the beach. All in all we enjoyed our stay a lot, Naxos is amazing as well as this hotel. Highly recommended!!

This is a wonderful family run hotel. In particular Evangia, Stamatoula, Maria and Kiriachi went out of their way to help us with airport shuttles, arranging COVID tests for us in resort and car hire. The sheets and towels are changed and the rooms cleaned every day. The pool area is lovely and sunbeds plentiful. Lovely mix of international travellers from Germany, Holland, France and the U.S and U.K.. Brilliant location which is very quiet and peaceful but only a 10 minute walk to the bustle of the beach and town. This is the second time I have stayed at this lovely hotel and it won't be the last. Love it. x

Having to come home.

We really enjoyed my time here in Astir: the staff was really welcoming and friendly, always giving suggestions and useful information that could make my holiday a beautiful experience. Maria was very warm and provided a fantastic customer service. We really appreciate also the kindness of the girls at the reception. What we also appreciate of the hotel was the room, always tidy and very comfortable. The swimming pool was a great service that is provided and is a good place where you can relax after a day at the beach (that is only 5 min walk) or around the island. the breakfast was good and my global experience at the hotel was great!

Fantastic breakfast, facility is beautiful. Nice pool. Staff(Maria and her mom-owner) were very helpful and kind. They recommended restaurants/reservations (always spot on) places to visit and took great care of us. I would book the hotel again. Naxos is a gem of an island with really good food and a laid back vibe.

Our ‘family’ room was too small for 4 people. We had barely enough room to move around the beds. In retrospect booking should have suggested 2 rooms as this was a double crammed with 2 additional beds. We had no room for one medium suitcase each. I would have loved to give this hotel 5* but took one away for the size of the room.

very friendly staff that welcomed us with tips and suggestions about Naxos. They also lended us towels and umbrella for the beach. The bedroom was also very comfortable and quiet.

You are required to leave the room keys at the reception every time you leave the hotel, a bit annoying as some rooms are not close to the reception. The juices served on the breakfast could be better, they were very artificial.

The staff was exceptionally helpful. From day one, they went out of their way to accommodate our wishes, gave us recommendations about what to do, and answered to every single of our wishes. The last day, they let us use the pool, shower and towels even after we checked out. The rooms were spotless clean. The breakfast was great.

We finished the conditioner and the room coffee and they were not replaced. Once we asked though, the staff immediately gave us everything.
