The room was very nice with a fantastic view of the sea and also very clean. The staff was very friendly and also helped out with organizing ATV rental. The pool was fantastic also. The hotel location is quiet and peaceful as it's a little bit off the Parikia center.

For most a car should be the option for commuting to the Parikia center as the hotel is a about 15-minute walk from the center and about a 25-minute walk from the ferry port. But if walking is not a problem for you then there is a more quiet path near the sea which can be used for commuting to the Parikia center.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are lovely. The rooms are a good size and very clean. We had one with a balcony and it had fab views out across the bay. The hotel ordered in lunch one day for us and it was reasonably priced and delicious. The pool is bigger than a lot of Greek pools and towels are provided. they have an extensive cocktail menu and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. breakfast runs till 11 which is nice because you can get a lie in and not miss out 😁

There was a lot of door slamming but that was other guests and not the hotels fault. Its a 15min walk along an unpaved road to the town or a €20 taxi so that should be factored in for people with limited physical abilities or people traveling alone

Nice hotel that delivered all of the basics so hard to find fault. Lovely pool and good breakfast.

General vibe seems to be on quiet and calm. Problem with that is that it lacked atmosphere and staff were polite but seems to be going through the motions. Pool area lacked enough sun beds and on one night, just as we headed to our rooms to get ready to go out, the hotel had no water from 6pm to 8pm. I understand the water problem is a general issues and can arise but the offer of a free bottle or 2 of water would have been a nice touch, but again the staff need to be trained to understand the importance of customer service.

The staff was very nice. This gave us a very good first impression. When we checked in, the receptionist showed us around and told us everything we needed to know. We were early, so she let us store the luggage and relax by the pool/common areas. There is always someone in the reception if you need help/tips. They have fresh towels you can use by the pool. The hotel is beautiful, with good AC (in the rooms also), a great pool with nice sunbeds, a bar, and nice nature around. The room was also great. The big balcony was one of the best things. It came with a gorgeous view. We also had the sink outside of the bathroom, which was genius. I could do my make-up without disrupting my boyfriends "toiletbreak" (no need to say more). The fridge was rather spacious, so we could store drinks etc. They clean and change towels every day. Overall we are very happy with our stay! Recommended!

Youre doing great, here some details to continue working on. Small details can make the difference for a great stay. Some focus for improvement: - Room Door openning system not working properly - Bathroon next to the pool must be clean and with available toilet paper at all times. - Sandals offered at the room for the guests are made of paper, meaning they are breaking when you try to put them on. -Coffee machine available in the buffet area for breakfast gives very bad coffee. Several guests had to go to buy the coffee in the bar area instead.

A big big plus of this hotel: the view! All rooms are front-up towards the sea. That is amazing of course. You wake up in the morning and you have this nice set-up. The hotel itself got renovated from an older building and is now really a nice place to go. The price-benefit ratio works perfect for what you get. All areas are maintained nicely, the rooms are clean, the beds are cozy and comfortable. The Wi-Fi is working well and the air-condition is quiet. The spacious shower is really nice. You also have enough space for your amenities. The breakfast: really great! For such a small hotel it is huge and really nicely presented. Nothing really to complain about except the awful coffee. We recommend this place for sure.

You have to pay extra for the coffee from the bar. That should be changed since nowadays you are used to get a good coffee quality all over the world at breakfast for free, but not this instant-coffee from the 70s-tourism time. These machines are awful. Another minor issue might be the lack of sound-proofed rooms. Since there are still the old doors in place, you cannot be sure not to hear the other guest arriving and moving up and down in the rooms. Since I take ear-plugs at night time for me it was okay, but keep that in mind.

The rooms were nice, and bed as well. Very comfortable. The view from our balcony was superb. Especially at sunset. The breakfast was also very good with tasty eggs, cooked veggies and homemade pastries.

The toilet was a bit smelly from time to time. We were having the ventilation open all the time. The sink is not in the toilet but out in the room. So that’s something to get used to.
