Our room was cool. We didn't need to use A/C at all. Cleaned daily. Clean towels etc. The beach is a 5 minute walk if you don't wanna explore on a particular day. Cosy atmosphere, polite owners. Pantelis and Katerina are always there to take care of your wants and needs. About a 10-minute walk to the port and bus station. You can take boats to Antiparos or cheap local busses to Naousa and all other places of the island like Golden Beach for a swim or just to explore. There are also boat trips and bus tours of the island available with great guides, if you can it's a must. Beautiful promenade for night walks. Restaurants, cafes, and bars within walking distance. When you get to the main road, turn right and keep walking. There are many beach bars/ restaurants to choose from for a swim. Best, maybe Ammos, for sure Paralia. Sets of beach beds and umbrellas from 15 to 30 euros. Ideal place if you want a calm atmosphere that doesn't break the bank. If you want a busier nightlife there are local busses till 3:30 in the morning coming and going to Naousa. All in all it was a fabulous holiday for us. No complaints.

Peter the owner is very friendly and invited me for lunch with other guests one of the days which was really nice. The hotel is close to the beach and lots of restaurants. The room was a good size and was cleaned everyday. The other members of staff were delightful too, would recommend.

Only found out on the day i was leaving that the breakfast wasn’t included in the price, I think this should be clearer on the main page. It was €7.50 a day.

The hosts couldn’t do enough from the minute we arrived We were offered a pick up from the port but as it was only a 10 minute walk decided to walk and nothing was too much trouble Towels were initially changed every day which we said we didn’t need and everything was spotless

Location is pretty good, as it is just behind 2 beaches. It takes 10-15 minutes to the center of Parikia on foot. Bed was comfy and big. It's okay value for what you pay, no big issues. Wi-Fi is good.

It's not a hotel per se - there is no reception and you bring the key with you wherever you go. A/C was old (although it could help), and the room had a smell - not too bad, just a smell of rusty.

We had the best time ever. It started with the easiest and quickest checkin I’ve ever had. The room was clean and equipped with everything you need. Location is walkable and different cafes around the corner. Staff is always available if you need anything even at night. All in all we just wann say Mr. Sydney we had the best time staying at yours and thank you for everything!

The location is ideally close to the port, the Livadia beach and the restaurants/nightlife. We were on foot and had no problem to access whatever store or cuisine we wanted. For the property itself, although it shows its age, it’s well taken care of and loved. The room was alright, the bathroom was spacious and with hot water any time of the day and the cleaning service was impeccable! The terrace was cleaned everyday, while the room was also swiped and the linens changed as well. The towels are plenty and nice, it’d like them a bit fluffier tho. The mattresses were perfect, firm and soft enough for a good night’s rest. Loved the pillows, truly comfortable and soft. The A/C worked well, the TV was clear and had all local Greek channels and the fridge kept our food and drinks cold. The hotel also features a small library with books in different languages so that was nice too! Last but not least, the owners are exceptionally polite, helpful and discreet. We spent half of our stay in our room/the terrace and had a great experience - while they were more than happy to provide us whatever we extra needed such as cutlery, extra towels etc. We really enjoyed our holidays!

Family run small scale hotel. Excellent location. Super friendly staff and service. Makes you feel at home and at ease. 3 min from beach and restaurants, 10 min from port by foot. Loved it! Thanks Peter for warm hospitality.

Good location. Everything is nearby, beach, restaurant, bread shop, etc. The port ferry and the bus station to the other towns are only 10 mins away by walk. The room is correct. The housekeeping cleans everyday. The price is reasonable.

We had only a problem with our a/c in the room. It worked not well, and sometimes it stopped itself. We were in July. The weather is very hot. The owner was kind to come to check with us. Thank you anyway.

Super clean, friendly owners and cleaning lady, room had small table outside which was nice, perfect location (10 min walk to port) , nice street goes straight to the beach, wi fi was ok

For me was not an issue but shower doesn't have very hot water , it is warm enough for comfortable shower. No hot water in the morning but not too cold. Room has aircon but need to ask control to owner which i forgot. Bathroom was ok size and didnt flood the room when showering

Amazingly friendly staff, big room, reception on TV able to watch the Olympics
