Fantastic location and really good communication from the owners via the app. Room was lovely and good size with great air con. Facilities were perfect. I would stay here again, definitely.

Sometimes you could hear some noise/walking around from people on the floor above or the cleaner. Also not necessarily something we didn't like but would be good to have more amenities (toilet roll) left in the room at one time. We would often consider going out to buy our own as it was only refilled every 2 days with limited amounts. When the cleaner did visit it would be good to sweep the floor, or leave a brush in the room for us to sweep the floor which we would have happily done. We visited the beach every day and it was hard to not bring some sand/dirt back into the room, and as we stayed a week the floor was never swept up so it got quite dirty in the end. Very minor things but would just add that extra touch!

Due to a late arrival at Preveza/Lefkada Airport, we had a one-night layover in Preveza on our way to Paxos. After some searching, we stumbled upon the gem that is the Sofita Hotel. This hotel is perfectly situated just a few steps from the marina and surrounded by all the small but cozy restaurants. It is still quiet enough for a traveling family of four. We arrived late, but this small boutique hotel was extremely friendly both online and in person, and had no problem accommodating us. We highly recommend the Sofita Hotel to anyone looking to experience Preveza.

It was my first visit in Preveza and I was surprised in a positive way. A very nice apartment decorated with great taste. Artisanal soaps were left as an welcoming gift for us. We really appreciated the thought. Everything was new, sparkling clean and the apartment has very comfortable beds. Fast internet connection. The apartment is perfectly located in the old city, next to the shops, restaurants and the sea. Would love to be back again.

Being located in the old city a public parking is less than 5 min walk from the hotel as the old city is only for pedestrians, but that was not a problem for us.

Fantastic location with everything nearby, very cute and well decorated and very helpful and polite stuff.

I was unfamiliar with the area and I didn't know it was not accessible by car. The nearest parking is a 7 minute walk away. It's not the end of the world, but in that heat, I'd like to have known and be prepared because I kept driving in circles. Google maps does not cover the area perfectly and thinks you can drive there.

The receptionist was excellent: friendly, knowledgeable, and he bent over backwards to be helpful. Nicely designed hotel and excellent location

The sea view our room was advertised as having could only be seen through a narrow window by kneeling on the bed! It was a good view, though!! We would have preferred to open the windows rather than use air con but there were two extractor fans putting out smells from a restaurant. Nothing they could do about that

The location was perfect, the design and quality was good, the room was a good size, the hosts were very welcoming

When you opened the window there was always a smell of food, not the hotel's fault, but still there; The hose from the shower was broken at the end and the water pressure droped if you did not hold it in a certain way; Would be a nice touch to clean the room and replace amenities on daily basis

It is a fantastic property in an excellent location. Very nicely appointed, super comfortable bed with everything you could need.. surrounded by amazing cafes and restaurants. Our hosts provided clear instructions and we available for any queries. Do visit their gorgeous shop attached to the hotel.. we found some beautiful gifts. Highly recommend.

A wonderful attic-like room very comfy and cosy. The bed was awesome, and the little windows with a view to the marina. Perfect wi-fi, perfect air-conditioning, kitchen and nice bathroom. Immediatelly inside the city center so this is very convenient too. The host help us with everything, phoned us for any information we need. A lovely experience!

we have stayed here a number of times. the decor is just beautiful. the bed is really comfortable. good kitchen area. it’s really clean. nice personal touches. excellent location.

on this occasion, the shower enclosure leaked into the bathroom. I left a message to inform the owner. I’m confident that this will be fixed before the next guest.

The rooms were very nice and very clean. We loved the little kitchen. The staff was helpful and friendly. The location was perfect - close to everything that we needed.

The only complaint and it's a very small one is that there was no close place to pull the car up and unload. But the staff helped carry our suitcases out to the road when we checked out and that was awesome.
