From the moment we booked Nisea and received a personal message with Alex and Anastasia welcoming us, we knew our stay would be memorable. Anastasia and Alex were there to welcome us and for our whole stay, our gracious hosts did everything they could to make it a great stay. Our breakfast was amazing and eating near the pool area is a great way to start your day. Our room had an amazing view and the sunsets and sunrises were wonderful. There is a beautiful small pebble beach a 10 minute walk away and it's wonderful to swim in. Anastasia and Alex organised a great boat trip for us and made recommendations on the best beaches and little tips to make the most of our days. We were sad to leave, however, grateful for the kindness shown to us by amazing hosts.

The staff were very accomodating. The pool was beautiful. Location was excellent - not too far from Pythagorio 2.5km by car still quiet enough to be relaxing without the hustle & bustle.

They need to update a few things in the rooms. Including shower head was broken. Also a big thing that was not mentioned (maybe it should be upon booking) was the fact in the middle of summer we couldn’t have the aircon on during the day whilst we were out. By the time we came back to the room the room was sooooo hot that it was hard to sleep as we were sweating so much. Also internet connection was hit & miss.

This beautiful Grecian property overlooks the Aegean Sea . This entire property is run by a local family . They are a gorgeous family who take care of all guests and welcome you as if you are part of their own. The room we stayed in was a rustic newly renovated room with hints of Grecian touches . The master bedroom has a balcony that has breathtaking views of Samos . We had a kitchenette in the main area with 3 beds for my kids - plenty of room . We had breakfast by the pool every morning . The property is a short drive from the town and also a short drive to a beautiful beach and a short work to a beautiful beach just below the property.

Very large ,comfortable, and well equipped room with a lovely sea view ,with Turkey visible over the water. Handy bar onsite serving drinks and snacks, plus a dish of the day daily. Didn't use the pool, but it looked fab. Very helpful staff. All in all ,a very good base to explore the area, or just chill by the pool and read a book.

No blackout blinds on the windows Fortunately, we had hired a car at the airport anyway, but otherwise, you would be relying on a taxi to get to/from Pythagorio for anything. It's not a criticism, but just so those booking are aware. The hotel can organise car hire btw.

We were already expecting a nice hotel because of the pictures but in real life, the hotel and the atmosphere exceeded our expectations. It is a recently renovated, very clean hotel with a fascinating sea view! It is managed by a young, lovely and super super helpful couple. They speak very good English, and are very quick at replying! They also give amazing advice about the nice beaches and villages to visit if you are not sure what to do! We really enjoyed the area and the beach nearby which is only 3-5 minutes. The hotel is located a bit further to the centre, so a car rental would be of use especially if you are planning to visit the different spots on the island. Definitely we would all love to go there again!

A really well run boutique style hotel. A lovely quiet and semi rural location with great walks from the hotel. Alex and Anastatia and Olga were all welcoming, friendly and professional. The whole place is immaculate. Very comfortable beds. Lovely views to the sea and Turkey beyond. We enjoyed "Mamas Plate" each evening for supper. A real good find and definitely will return at some point. Thanks for a great start to our first visit to Samos Graham and Mark

Would have liked a couple of hooks in the bathroom and a shelf. Floor gets very wet however careful you are with a good shower.

Hospitality. Both Anastasia and Alex are very friendly and warm people. Clean. Sea view with Turkey behind is great. Our room was big enough for 3 person.. There is a pool which we did not use at all but it looks nice especially for kids. There is a quite and empty pebbels beach at a walking distance which has no facilities. It is what it is you see at the pictures. Definitly this hotel is the top choice for our next visit.

Our room had an old bathroom. But as I am informed, they are renewing the hotel every year step by step. I am sure it will be brand new at our next visit. The narrow steepy road is a little bit tricky but you get use to it. It is only a short drive from the main road.

Nisea Hotel is the perfect place for your stay in Samos! 😍✨ The hotel is located in a quiet spot very close to the coast, with a breathtaking view of the Turkish coastline, just a few minutes away from Pythagoreio by car. With a car, you can easily get to the best spots on the island. The hosts, Anastasia & Alex, are amazing. They will help you out with anything you need, from tips about Samos to more practical things (e.g., booking a taxi to the airport). The apartments are spacious and fully renovated in a lovely style. They get lightly cleaned every day by the staff, who does a great job! The swimming pool is great to relax before or after your day, while enjoying a nice coffee or drink from the bar. Breakfast is abundant & delicious!

The WiFi is sometimes a bit slow, but no big issue for us as we were on holidays.

Everything. The location with island’s best sea view, the swimming pool, excellent breakfast, enough space within the appartements, the style of the accommodation, the restaurants menu with every day a different mama’s plate for dinner. And best, the friendly staff with Alex and Anastacia.

There was really nothing to not like. One small thing that can be improved: the bathroom was a bit out dated. But everything worked fine and it was very clean so no issue for us.

Even though we stayed here for one night, it was worth it. It is close to both Pythagorion and Psili Ammos. Both have really nice beaches. The hotel itself is really nice and clean. They are pet friendly as well. During check-in, Alex offered us a refreshing lemonade which is a really nice welcome offer. The weather was so hot it helped us cool off. I can say we had a really nice stay and had zero issues during our stay. The room we were given is quite big and renovated. It was clean and there was plenty of space. We didn't have a feeling of lacking space.
