I stayed at the hotel from June 28th to July 8th and was totally amazed. First of all, the professionalism of personnel, they all speak fluently English, German, Greek (of course) and occasionally other languages. I would like to thank all of them and especially Katerina who gave me the best room ever with the sea view, and always assisted in anything I asked for. All personnel is super friendly and it feels like you are a special guest. The hotel location is beautiful but a bit tough to get to from Heraklion by city bus. The driver missed the stop Sfakaki (you should tell him in advance where to stop and also remind). I traveled alone and didn't have a transfer, on the way back I had to order a private taxi which was a bit pricey. But other tourists especially from Germany had transfers (big bus that picked them up) depending on their tour agency agreements I guess. The room was very neat and clean, the ladies change towels once per 3 days and wash the floor every day that I didn't see in other hotels (that's bravo!). The sea was sometimes warm and sometimes cool depending on the wind direction. You should watch the color of the flag on the beach - green and yellow is OK with some waves, red - storm, you can't swim, the guard usually signals about that. But anyway the sea is wonderful. The food was good, I had HB, and I liked the dinners more because of meals variety. The drinks are served at separate price. There is a supermarket just 4 minutes walk from the hotel where you can find EVERYTHING from fresh fruits to women hygiene goods and children toys. Usually I bought white wine at the supermarket, one bottle 0.75l only 6 euro (White Sail), very delicious. And local beer is also nice. The beach bar offers delicious food also, I loved tuna salad and gyros pita (7 and 4 euros respectively). The beach is nice but the deckchair and the umbrella costs 5 euro per person.

The owners and staff were so caring and super friendly and the beautiful Blonde lady chef from the main resturant was amazing , plus gorgeous friendly Maria made us excited to meet her at breakfasts and/or dinners 😁

The room was comfortable, clean, spacious and with a beautiful sea view. The hotel location is great, directly on the beach. Dinner was great most of the time

the hotel terrace on the beach was closed most of the time and when it was not, the drinks available were very few and of modest quality. it gives me the impression that the sewage stank on the beach, near the hotel, which makes it very unpleasant. the pool table is in a hall converted into a warehouse, which was not very pleasant and comfortable.

Lovely hotel beside the beach. Our room was in a block just up the road from the main hotel which was quieter and perfect for us, there was also plenty of spaces to park our car on the street. Fabulous sea view when dining on the terrace and staff very friendly & helpful..

Unfortunately our air con wasn't working during our stay , this didn't worry us too much as we were out and about during the day and thankfully the evenings were cooler (could be a problem in high season). Breakfast & dinner a bit disappointing with very little fruit and desserts.

The guy from the staff was super nice, ac in our room did not work so he provided us with even better room. The dinner was good.

The front beach had stones and you have to pay for the sunbeds.

The location is amazing, next to the most beautiful City in creta and in front of the Sea

I mean it needs a bit of renovation but it would be just the bathroom, the old curtains could be replaced but the rest was on the good side

The room was really great, beach front with bath tub and aircon. The location was accessible and there is even supermarket which is 300m walking only witj ATM machine.

I wonder why the hotel is not 5 star because the facilities and staff were really attentive and nice but then I realize the bed in our room is quite hard and the breakfast is sometimes not good or a lot.

The location of the hotel is great, right on the beach. The pool is small but cute. The room was specious and had everything you need for a holiday. The room could use a tocuh up. The front desk staff was very helpful and polite. We had half board included and the food was tasty but options for dinner were limited. The girl in the restaurant was rude and annoyed for no obvious reasons, but that didnt bother us as much. It was great value for money. We would recommend and visit again.

The hotel was very nice and the staff was very helpful. Exactly like on the photos,pools were amazing and the beach was nice as well. But the best compliments for the staff 👏👏👏

Breakfast was amazing and fully equipped. Anything that can come to your mind you can find it for Breakfast. But the dinner was a bit on the low side. Not too much choices.Food was still good but not too full like Breakfast.

Nice hotel on a beautiful place, kind and helpful staff. The bathroom should be renovated, but the room was good and clean. Food was OK, but not too varied for children. I enjoyed the stay here, would definitely recommend. :)
