I liked it all was a short break and it everything we needed..from pastry bar to wine bar Greek restaurant was amazing

People reserving sunbeds very early in morning and not by pool side until late. I would recommend signs and patrol as this becomes unfair on other guest. Please also be careful on reviews I understand people are entitled to their own opinion but this place was simple gorgeous

Very good location, closed to airport, nice beach, nice pools and relax zone with comfy sofas around, very tasty coctails, great choice of drinks. Choice of food and quality in main restaurant very good. It is worth to visit greek restaurant a la carte. Great organization of shuttle bus to Rhodes town, just 15 minutes to go there, late departures from downtown to hotel back. Fully satisfied with our stay in Electra Palace! It was great week of holiday at this part of island!

Only the bed quality, it was not very comfy, but maybe just for my back)), everything met our expectations of staying at this resort!

Sometimes the main restaurant can get pretty crowded and it feels like there’s not enough staff to handle all the people (get cutlery ready, etc.). The gym could be better equipped - if you want to run, there’s only one treadmill, and it doesn’t work.

Huge resort with great activities and facilities. Excellent helpful staff, resort located on the beach foreshore. A variety of musical entertainment on offer at night. Hotel transfers available to the Rhodes Castle central town and a daily car hire available at great rates.

Just cannot fault the facilities at Electra Palace, Rhodes. Very professional service matching the best in my experience of travelling.

The staff are amazing!! The facilities are great. There are so many places to sit, lie, eat and chill. Family spots, adult chill areas. Places in the sun and shade, even beds in the water. The beach facilities are fantastic. The Greek restaurant was delicious. The buffet had a great choice, with some lovely salads. The bakery was delicious. All the drinks are named brands not just local options. The Hotel shop has everything you need at a great price. There is a daily bus into old town which I recommend taking advantage of. The staff are so incredibly helpful and kind. We had a wonderful stay.

Our stay at Electra Palace in rhodes was exeptional. We arrived early when the hotel just opened and got to meet the amazing staff there, we were stuneed by the high cleaning standards and the magic that the staff creates daily. The All inclusive features includes many options for high quality cocktails and mocktails, local soft drinks and 3 meals a day, all are great and fit anyones needs. Other features: About 5 bars total, Outside Jacuzzi with sea view, Bakery with baverages and food around the day every night they hosted a show for the guests, most of them were truly amazing and fun to watch. The meals were outstanding, we ate at the greek restaurant and the italian restaurant, both were great. We also ate at the main resturant and the amount of available options there was just incredible. Summary: Food: 10 Staff: 10 Facility:10 Rooms: 9 Cleanliness: 10

The hotel’s location is excellent - just a step from the ocean, also the restaurants and bars are very good, nice selection of food and drinks. The cleaning staff and receptionists are extremely kind and helpful. Lots of sunbeds available, nice pools, well-working air conditioning (a little bit noisy but not that bad). Good value for the price.

All in all, there were just a few little problems, nothing really bad. For the breakfast, they serve tap water and they probably delute the orange juice with tap water too, which made me sick for 2 days (do not drink tap water - ask for bottled water always!). The hotel organizes transportation to Rhodes town for a very good price, but the bus is almost always full and it’s hard to reserve a seat - they should arrange more buses.

Thank you Electra for wonderful holiday. I had the best time ever. - Amenities in the place are amazing.room beautiful, the cleaning ladies are doing amazing job and they all are so nice. Very polite . Rooms had great fridge, tv that you can screen cast , kettle and some tea/coffee. Bath robes are included and slippers . Very good lock safe for your valuables. Beach is so close and neat and tidy. Pool is amazing. Lots of spaces and beds to choose from. It get busy close in the day but everyone can find the place. Food was incredible- the main buffet delivers to so many choices. I loved the different themes every evening like - Asian evening, greek traditional and Italian and more. Many vegan options of wonderful fresh fruit and vegetables and salad , good amount of buffet variety too.  Dessert section is absolutely amazing and everyone must try it I tried some deserts I've never tried before it was so tasty. Italian restaurant was amazing, wanted to say many thanks to one of the hosts -Leonidas , he was so professional and welcoming. We crossed paths with him few times in all food areas and he's just the nicest person. I really enjoyed the SPA area. The sauna and Hammam is for free and it was such a great add on  experience for me and my partner , we went every day. I also had 3 spa treatments. 2 Cretan massages with Kostas. He was amazing , I asked for massage to be intense and deep tissue and he delivered. Very professional and attentive to detail and personal needa. My 1st session was so good that after the first I booked another 2. If you like sports recovery and deep tissue and tension release -Kostas is your man , he will fix you. My 3rd session was with Katerina and it was a nice, deep tissue intense massage and it gave me so much relief and I really enjoyed it. So relaxing 😎 The team in the SPA area are such nice ladies they will help you with anything. Amazing experience.

The hotel interior and exterior is really nice and stylish. Beach beds that were really comfortable. Nice cocktails. Overall we are satisfied with our stay and recommend this hotel.

The food quality and variety of food could be improved. It is weird that beach towels are changed really late, so if you want to go sunbathe earlier, it will be tricky. Also our holidays were ruined by a very rude manager who shouted at me and was really arrogant. Our bed was stolen by other guests (after 9 a.m. only after this time you can leave your stuff on the bed) so I asked this manager for help, but he told me that I cannot even leave my stuff for a few minutes because it will be taken. Also I was told to look around and watch that there are enough loungers, not the beds. So basically, you have to stay all day long on the bed and guard it. We think that bed and loungers system could be improved.

The hotel is luxurious, very clean and well maintained. The reception staff is welcoming and helpful. The food at the italian restaurant is very tasty and fresh, the greek restaurant is a must - very special experience. The wine bar is very good as well, we liked the food there very much, the young lady who served us there was very nice. Big clean pool, great cocktails.

No sunbeds available, I guess people woke up at 6 AM to reserve them. The ladies at the bakery are very bitter and unpleasant (not the young girl who was there, she was nice). Same as the lady at the ice cream place - not nice at all, we heard many guests say that. The food in the main restaurant is OK, nothing special. At the bar some of the staff is nice and some not. Evening entertainment could be much better, quite boring and it's a shame as there is no where else to go if you don't have a car.
