Room was a good size, comfortable bed, amazing private pool. Infinity pool downstairs was exceptional. Breakfast was fantastic, staff was very professional and friendly. Great location with Lindos Town only couple of minutes drive away from the hotel. We had a wonderful time.

No iron available in every room. We had to ask for one and what was brought to us was not 5 star worthy. No kettle in a room, not sure why there is tea available if there is no kettle. Staff wasn't dressed up to the standard of the hotel. Perhaps they also had to use that iron we were given ;)

The hotel itself is great: rooms are clean, pools are nicely maintained, beautiful views and the buffet is very tasty. We had breakfast and dinner included, it’s the first time when we liked buffet-style meals. Just note that drinks at dinner aren’t included. Tea/coffee is included in breakfast.

Unfortunately, the location… it’s far from everything and you need to travel by taxi, even if you go to Lindos which is like 5 min drive away (14 euros each way). We wouldn’t care about the remoteness if there would be some entertainment in the hotel. We strongly feel like you need to add some entertainment at night, not just a quiet music played by a dj. It was boring. Very boring. And another thing is we got the room at the top and the transfer was awaiting only UP and in 3 out of 5 cases… we had to walk which is not a big deal for us as we are young but it could be a disaster for someone less mobile.

The staff are amazing especially Marianna. She was so welcoming. Also an amazing woman who did drinks orders in the morning. She was super efficient. In terms of location it is perfect. There is plenty sun beds, a lot down at the beach. We loved swimming in the sea. We also hired a boat. The food is really good. Would recommend the Italian- best pasta I’ve had. Breakfast is great. The hotel facilities are great. Staff are very attentive. The staff were super fast bringing drinks to you on sun beds. Extremely professional and going above and beyond. If it wasn’t for the great staff the trip wouldn’t have been as good. It was very clear staff worked very hard. Plenty of friendly cats around the hotel. We loved as animal people. The swimming pool is a bit cold but nice.

a beautful hotel sat on the hillside .. golf buggies ready to take you up to the rooms or die. to beach/car park at any time of day .. staff were extremely helpful and friendly and go above and beyond to make your stay exceptional. beds, pillows and room was pure comfort and luxury (we had a junior swim up) facilities and location supply everything you need , restaurants serves fresh delicious food and breakfast buffet is one of the best we have experienced. Entertainment each evening is good also low key creating even more of a relaxed destination. we have only just returned home and are ready planning to return vers soon ..

if i was to be very fussy the coffee service at breakfast is a little slow often delivering luke warm drink but the frappe are excellent

Beautiful views, close to Lindos, clean rooms.

The staff should look after the guests more at the pool. The service is quite poor considering the value you pay for the hotel. There should be more waiters walking around the main pool serving guests for drinks, and not having the quests go inside to get drinks themselves. Also, there needs to be more a black out curtain put into the bathroom. The room layout is thought about poorly. There are room curtains in the bedroom however the windows in the bathroom are not convered and sun is shining bright in the room by 6am! Overall, the pool was amazing.

We booked a room with a private pool during our stay. The room itself was beautiful and it was great having a private pool, the room feels very modern and it has a very comfortable bed. There is a large breakfast selection on the morning so there's plenty to choose from including an omelette station and a full dessert section, you can have cake for breakfast if you like. The staff are also very happy to help with anything you need or any excursions you'd like to plan e.g. Symi Island day trip.

I wouldn't normally comment like this in a review and I'm only picking at things because it is a 5 star hotel and we paid over £2000 for the hotel stay alone (June 2023). There was one day where the shower gel in the room hadn't been refilled so I had to call reception and it took 30 minutes for housekeeping to come. There was also empty glasses outside the room next to us for over a day which I thought was odd.

My friend and I loved our stay here. Make sure to book a room with sea view to get to watch the sunrise every morning from bed. We also had a private pool (all the rooms up the hillside have these) which gave us additional privacy throughout the week and was definitely worth a marginally higher price. Super close to Lindos and St Pauls Bay (5-10 min taxi) where we ate out and explored every evening. Had dinner at the hotel one night at the Asian restaurant - fabulous food although our most expensive meal the entire trip.

We were a bit disappointed that the gym didn't open until 10AM and could find staff a little too direct to the point of rudeness at times. We put up the do not disturb sign every morning as our private terrace got morning sun and we preferred to spend the mid-morning there tanning, and still we could have cleaning staff yelling over from the neighbouring room asking if we wanted to clean now or knocking on our door and coming in anyways. There was also sometimes a random man walking along the pool edge throughout the day - so didn't feel comfortable changing at all times in the room.

Lovely hotel, the staff is very pleasant The pool was huge and beautiful overlooking the beach The room was clean and of a good standard The breakfast was good And the location was nice because we had a car and drove only about 10 minutes to the white city and the recommended beaches of Lindos It was a good experience and we would love to come back to vacation there.

There are not enough beds in the pool, so we had to pay 80 euros per couple for a terrace with a couple of beds. Although it came with 2 foods, fruit and a drink, it is recommended to provide an appropriate amount of beds, it would have upgraded the experience. In addition, there was no possibility of a massage because the place was full, so I had to have a massage on the beach. But the hotel is really lovely and apart from what I mentioned it was perfect.

Everything! I have to confess that after reading a few bad comments I was a bit (a lot!) afraid of what we were going to find. But I have to say that everything was fantastic. We really didn't understand all the bad judgment that we have read. The room with the private pool (totally recommend it), the amazing food, the night entertainment and the staff! All fantastic! Mr. Thanos the F & B Manager is one of the most nice and professional staff we have met (although everyone was amazing) and made us feel right at home. We could see the staff is tirelessly working to keep everyone happy. Something that you would expect on a 5 star hotel to be honest, however, they do go the extra mile. There was no bad smell anywhere on the hotel, no construction site - and we confess we ended up looking and searching to find what the hell everyone was complaining about, and even then - we found nothing. We even arrived super late - a lot of hours passed dinner time - for check in and a nice dinner was arranged for us (we did purchase half board) and arrived 10 min after we got to our room. Which was great! We just have to suggest to other new guests that If you're a light sleeper just arrange something to cover your eyes because when the sunrise happens the room does get a lot of light. Especially the ones with Seaview. That didn't bother us but that was the only bad comment we could understand may impact some people. For the fact that's not exactly in Lindos (we also read that comment a lot) - I guess it depends on the type of tourists one is - we have rented a car, because we find it the best way to get to know the island (and most of the cars on the road ARE rented so I guess loads of tourists there thought the same way), and by car your less than 5 minutes away from Lindos city center. But to be honest, we looked this hotel up and its very obvious it's not on Lindos city center. I guess if anyone goes to Maps they will see the distance.

Nothing! Everything was fantastic and we have to confess that after reading a few bad comments what we searched for what people had said and we found nothing bad.

31st of May we booked the Thalatta fine dining restaurant for our anniversary it was absolutely fabulous, not forgetting the staff they couldn't do enough for you. We booked deluxe junior suite with Seaview the room was fabulous very comfortable stunning views.

When you pay nearly €4,000 for 9 nights I expect to get free coffee for the coffee machine which I find a little unacceptable, when you first check-in you'll get two complimentary coffees after that it's €2 for each pod for the coffee machine.
