The staff at the hotel were very friendly from cleaning staff to the bar staff to reception all very friendly including pre arrival contact. The room was very clean and then cleaned daily. Air con and safe included in the price. Staff were more than happy to organise taxi / massage whilst we stayed as well as giving meal recommendations for local authentic Greek tavernas / cuisine. There is a laundry room, a proper shower and toilet by the pool which we used on the day of departure which was great due to late flight which came in the cost (or you could pay to keep your room).

nothing. the hotel was great. the hotel is an 8 minute walk to the beach but this is not the fault of the hotel

Lovely hotel with excellent facilities . Staff were lovely and when my nephew lost his watch they kept it for him as we were returning a week later . Breakfast is very good and changes daily . We had an apartment and also a studio and both were a good size and very comfortable . Pool area is very relaxing and food menu has plenty of choices . Only a short stroll to beach and local restaurants .

Most importantly, the stuff is very understanding and helpful; we had to reschedule our stay due to personal reasons and the hotel did everything they could to make this happen, with no extra cost whatsoever. The breakfasts were very nice and the rooms cleaned daily. The swimming pool is also very nice, where we actually spent most of our time.

If we're to be super-duper picky, there could be a better selection of cereals or yogurts for kids for breakfast.

Excellent place for stay with family. All you need is on the place. Grocery shop, bus stop and the beach are nearby. Nice and friendly staff, fantastic breakfasts, clean rooms, great and spacious apartments with huge balcony.

Only one thing swimming pool maybe could be heated while the sun doesn't give a proper warm up for it, otherwise it's a bit to cold to swim.

Very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff in a quiet family hotel. We appreciated having our own cooking facilities but also the option of having breakfast at the restaurant if we wanted. The air conditioning was very efficient. 3 min walk from bus stop to Rhodes or airport; 2 mins from supermarket.

Room very nice, we had split level studio, had all we needed, kettle, toaster, fridge, we only had breakfast in our room so facilities we're enough for us. Very clean, fresh towels, all staff very friendly very polite, food at bar was lovely too, reasonably priced. Pool area was very nice, chilled atmosphere, supermarket very close too.

Nothing we liked everything.

We loved this family run hotel. Everyone has been so lovely and chatty with us. Nothing is too much trouble, the hotel is lovely and the beds are SO comfy

The room was clean and comfortable, there is a minimarket 2 minutes from the hotel and bus station to Rhodes city 5 minutes away. Very friendly staff and Very nice and affordable breakfast. The pool is a bit small but there are plenty of sunbeds and the kids had a great time.

Quite far from the waterpark and the nice beaches in the east cost.

We have stayed here before as it’s perfect for families. The breakfast is very good , the pool area is very relaxing and it’s only a short walk to the beach and local restaurants . The bedrooms are a good size and very comfortable

The room was clean, very comfortable and the staff, every staff member I encountered, from the valet to check-in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help.They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable.Thank you) I highly recommend this hotel :)
