Amazing vila in Oia neighborhood, close to the windmills and facing the sunset. Big acomodariam for 5 persons, with very comfy bed, complete kitchen, living/dining room, balcony with a perfect view and gorgeous “cave pool”, which is heated. George takes care of everything himself and brought us our breakfast in the morning. They also kept our luggage after checkout. I definetely recommend.

We loved all! The bad part was to leave. (Maybe earlier breakfast could be nice, but the Island ran out of electricity by the morning so we understand.)

We stayed at Helios Villa. The view from its terrace was magnificent. You don’t have to book a table at restaurant to see the world’s most beautiful sunset. You just need to be at the villa at sunset time. You can also enjoy the view from its private pool which we like the most. George, the owner of this villa is always helpful and offered me great services. In Santorini, it’s not easy to find a public taxi. You just need to call George and he will arrange a transfer in 5-10minutes.

However, you need you understand that it’s located at the edge of Oia, which means you need to go up and down stairs for 5-10minutes to blue domes where most of shops/restaurants are located. We had little kids but we had to leave our buggy at the villa owing to a lot of stairs. Our kids got tired every time we went for lunch/dinner.

Probably the best cave pool in Santorini. Amazing view and a good privacy (what is rare when you are in the middle of Oia). The house is also big, 2 bathrooms, 2 rooms and great leavingrooms. For those who seeks a great place to rest, with amazing view and the classic Santorini scenery (white cave house) with out give up privacy, I belive that's the right place.

There was no issues in my stay related to the facility. Just be aware of the existence of many steps - you are in Santorini, they are everywhere. However the property helps with luggage and everything to make it easier.

Our first time in Santorini and the place was amazing!! Fantastic sunset views sitting in your private jacuzzi. Suite is situated very close to another major Oia landmark - the windmills (also visible clearly from your balcony!). To top it all, George took care of us from the moment we landed in Santorini until we left. Super responsive and very accomodating with every request we made during our stay. George had great recommendations for activities and restaurants as well which made this such a memorable experience!!

Every thing about the property were great. Very special thanks to George who made our stay so comfortable, George helped us ordering food, knowing the area and the best time to visit the attractions. He made sure that my special need child feel really comfortable and safe in the suite. He served the breakfast as our convenient time in the morning. Very easy communication with him.I will love to go back there again The sunset view was great.

George the manager was AMAZING this was our favorite stay throughout our entire Greece vacation it was so clean, the beds were so incredibly comfortable. The breakfast that was brought every morning was so yummy the view and sunset were absolutely stunning but above all else the customer service was unparalleled. Huge thanks to George for making our stay so unforgettable

The view was great and it was great to have privacy in Oia, the balcony and the heated pool were great, breakfast was okay. They work with a good and reasonably priced restaurant that you could order food from and they can deliver to your room! Amazing option, I wish I had known in advance as we had a table booked in a nearby restaurant. We should have just stayed in a room enjoying the view! The host was kind and great with helping with the luggage when we left the property

We were not told in advance where the host would wait for us, we had some Wi-Fi issues so we wasted a lot of time to discuss meeting the host before the keys were handed over. We were waiting at the villa entrance and they were waiting in the parking lot they forgot to tell us about! Just make sure you have gps coordinates and know where to park etc and discuss where you will meet at least a day before you arrive so you don’t waste your time and only contact them to confirm what time you will arrive at an arranged spot

Literally everything, the location, the set up, the view is unbeatable. George, the manager was exceptional and helped us with all of our needs, wants, and then some. if you choose this place, you will not regret it. We had a situation where we booked a caldera cruise NOT through George and they somehow missed us at pick up. George very quickly got us a ride to the port and communicated with everyone behind the scenes to make sure the caldera would wait for us. He will literally bend over backwards to make sure your stay is exceptional. We will be back!

George was very hospitable and accommodating to anything we needed as well as recommendations for quality restaurants. The Cave swimming and spa pool is definitely the highlight at this property as it’s unique and very spacious. The apartment also has two massive living rooms and two toilets which was a plus factor for a family. We will return for sure ☺️

The property was AMAZING, had the most amazing views, sunsets, cleanliness, sq footage, location in the grand scheme of things, etc. Loved the plunge pool!! All that said, it wouldn't have been as amazing if it weren't for our host, George, who was about as understanding, accommodating, considerate, generous, etc., as they come. Whether it was just tourism related guidance, taking care of the property, arranging our sumptuous breakfast at a time of our choosing or other meals, helping with luggage, transportation, etc., George was either right around there or a quick call away, and that is one of the biggest reasons we'll be back! Thank you George for taking care of me and my family, and even the property (as if it were your own)!

Nothing negative at all really! Maybe a suggestion, in the plunge pool or somewhere in that area, to display the depth of the water. Maybe it was there and we didn't notice but that is the only thing I can think of.
