The breakfast was amazing. Staff were very helpful and showed me how to make a coffee that was half espresso and half cappuccino - amazing. Abi on the front desk went out of her way to be helpful - nothing was too much trouble.

Nothing it was our second stay and it just keeps getting better. First room the bed was hard but second room was perfect.

Lack of parking space (or with extra charge for this service) in a city center hotel, with regulated space for the local residences makes staying very uncomfortable…..

The bed was super comfy, nice quality sheets and pillows, firm mattress, we had a very good night sleep. The breakfast was also tasty with lots of options. Free parking near the hotel.

We felt the bathroom could be improved. There was rust where the tub meets the wall, which doesn’t make for a good shower experience.

The bed was very hard and we didn’t have our bathroom soaps toilet paper replenished. We had to ask which was a bit disappointing.

Well sized room,. comfortable and clean. The staff is quite friendly. They were kind to postpone our checkout time.

Great food, breakfast was exceptional. Clean, big, modern room. Parking provided nearby at 5 euros/day. We would stay here again without any hesitation.

Although it's something rather personal, the ceil smoke alarm from the bedroom had a red light that blinked. I woke up several times during the night.

We got upgraded to deluxe suite by hotel on their own. Everything was clean. Bed was really comfortable. Room was on 5th floor so we could see good part of the city center from the terrace. Breakfast was served by servers, guests were not allowed to touch buffet table, which I welcomed. Food variety could be better, but it was enough to start the day at least.

Hotel doesn't have their own parking but you get into underground garage that is just across the street. Garage is narrow so you have to be careful not to scratch your car. Shower didn't have curtains so water was splattering all over (glass panel that is installed is really small). Air conditioners (both) were not working. I've reported this to the reception but nothing has been done about it. This was not a big issue as the building has really good insulation so it wasn't too hot in the room (outisde temp. was around 29C). Terrace is barely enough for two to sit on chairs, but unfortunately they were occupied by the aircon split-system external units.

Right in the center of the city and near the pedestrian zone with restaurants and bars. Excellent breakfast. Very professional and polite staff.
