The hotel was in an exceptional location with sea view rooms having a superb balcony onto the square. Lovely room , the bathroom a little small however adequate. The staff and service levels were exceptional. Nothing was too much and the decor of the hotel was lovely. Thessaloniki was a lovely city so a beautiful hotel in a lovely city

Indoor swimming pool was too shallow to allow any real swimming and no jacuzzi. Sauna and gym were small . Good to have an appointment system as spa felt personal . The cost of the massages was exorbitant and no surprise that not used much given there were better value massages suites in the city

The question is what did I not like? I liked everything!! The hotel was recently renovated and the renovation was very successful. The view from the room was breathtaking and so was the view from the top floor where I had breakfast, many lunches and dinners. The personnel was very polite and very helpful. All personnel. The food was excellent. The location superb!!

If there is something I did not like as much, was the size of my otherwise wonderful room. It was a bit small. However, I still spent hours in there working and it was comfortable and the view was amazing!

We had a pleasant stay at Electra Palace. The rooms were clean and the bathroom was gorgeous with marble and great quality amenities! Breakfast was great too as was the restaurant's menu , small menu but the quality of the food was very good. The personel was very helpful and were smiling all the time. Overall we liked our stay at Electra Palace.

The outdoor pool is too small. The gym too small with no machines whatsoever. The Spa was good but was next to the indoor pool so it was very noisy because of kids using it. We didn't manage to relax while having our treatment.

The location of the hotel is perfect.You are right where you need to be in the heart of everything.It is close to shops beautiful restaurants,street food and amenities.You just walk out and it is all there. The staff at the hotel are exceptional The only downside was the size of the room or more importantly the size of the wardrobe for two people. There were eight coathangers between two of you.I asked for extra and they gave me ten but all my clothes were squashed and creased andI lived out of the suitcase.We were shown another room but it was the same..We were staying in a deluxe room but had to have the suitcase flat on the floor for storage.

As already mentioned .The room was described as deluxe but the wardrobe only had eight coat hangers and there were very few drawers.I lived out of a suitcase for five days. The staff were attentive and showed us another room but it was the same.

The location is exceptional right in the heart of the city, with everything right on your doorstep. The breakfast was lovely, with a selection of everything you could want. The room was lovely, spacious and clean. I did find the pillows extremely uncomfortable though, but I’m used to a special memory foam pillow. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The pillows. The Wi-Fi was a bit hit and miss. The pool area was a bit small but we didn’t have any problems getting a sun bed when we wanted one.

The classic room views a wall. Literally, viewwise it's a prison. When I complain about it, I get this:"well, it's the classic room, sir...". So know this, the classic room has no view of the beautiful square or the city. I thought I would at least see some street or so, I was wrong. If you intend to spend time in the hotel, beware of the classic room. It seems it just for peasants like me. When you book the classic room you are like a refugee in staff's eyes. There's no parking available and it's mentioned in the description. But let me update you on the cost. If you drive 2 blocks to an underground parking you'll pay €18, if the staff drives your, car you'll pay €25 per day for parking.

We had stayed at Electra Palace 2x before COVID and liked it. They completely overhauled it and it is now GORGEOUS. The rooms are smart and updated it in every way from smart cards to catch the elevator to a rain shower my husband declared as “the best shower EVER.” It’s the kids favorite breakfast anywhere we’ve stayed in Greece (plentiful, lots of choices, beautiful rooftop views). You’re right in Aristotelou square and on the water, so ideal location, We really liked staying here before. We LOVED it this time.

Nothing! We are only sad we couldn’t stay longer. It’s not cheap, but you definitely get what you pay for and then some.

We stayed with my mum for the Christmas holidays and absolutely loved it! The hotel room view was exceptional, the size of the room incredible, extremely clean, very modern and the best part was the friendly staff across reception, breakfast, room service and all the other amenities of the hotel. On Christmas day we enjoyed an amazing buffet on the restaurant that is based on the terrace of the hotel with live music. It was incredible! When we checked out, they even offered us to stay a bit more and enjoy some coffee and deserts in a very nice area near the reception.

One thing that was kind of disappointing for us was the amenities of the pool. It feels like the whole hotel has been taken care of greatly, but the part of the pool felt a bit old and not as up-to-date with the rest of the facilities.

The hotel is located on Aristotelous Square, a step from the boardwalk and from Tsimiski st., within a short walking distance from the White Tower and from Ladadika. The view of the square and the sea from our room was fantastic, but even if you don’t take a room with a sea view, you can enjoy the view every morning when eating an excellent breakfast at the restaurant located on the 7th floor. Our room was spotless, and the service was great. Alexia, the guest relations manager, was remarkable. She was more than happy to recommend and make for us reservations at the best restaurants. The hotel and all its staff were a part of our wonderful experience in Thessaloniki. I am already looking forward to my next visit there.

The Staff and their way of communication with us, the guests, was tremendous…they have fulfilled all of our requests within 5 min , which wasn’t the case in other hotels in Salonica ( Solun ) where we stayed at. Rooftop restorant is fantastic! Cleanliness was great which makes this hotel real 5 star hotel. We’ll be back soon for sure.

USB power socket near the bed wasn’t proper since it didn’t fully charge my phone. I believe they will check and solve this issue. Breakfast time is not so happily organized ( by our personal points of view ) since the coffee, juices and water must be wait to be bring by waiters from the bar. But foor wad delicios!
