Great place for a sunny week away. Lovely attentive staff. Pool was great. Quick walk to the local taverna. Car is needed if you want to travel around the island. Breakfast can be delivered from the local cafe which was good and plentiful.

Be careful if you take the smallest room (only one available when we booked). There are no cooking facilities like all the other rooms so if you want to eat hot food it's out into the local area to do so, or just do cold nibbles on the good sized (semi private) patio outside your door. Fridge is small so don't go mad buying a whole weeks food that needs to stay cold, shop every few days so you can fit it in!!

It was modern, clean and had all we needed on site.

Maybe provide more cooking utensils and condiments. Coffee and sugar would be good, a colander, a cheese grater, a tea towel, more washing up liquid, somewhere to put washed plates to dry. Ideally a small bottle of olive oil, salt and pepper, small plates, and bowls and large knife too. I can only compare to other places I have stayed either my family. In Paros and in Mykonos. We always choose apartments as we do like to have some home comforts and flexibility to cook if we want.

We're just back to the UK from a 9 day stay in both Santorini & Naxos as a couple + 3 year old toddler. The 3 nights we stayed in Santorini, we stayed at Santorini Villa's where Theadora was the best hostess. She helped us before we arrived by buying essentials from the shop for our son (communication was great via WhatsApp) .... followed by helping us navigate all the transfers we needed (including boats!!) and multiple car hires. She was on hand 24/7 and nothing was too much trouble for her. She was also lovely with our little boy Harrison. The accommodation was nice and clean and perfect for what we needed for our short stay. Super comfy bed and the additional indoor hot tub came in really handy, as the weather wasn't the hottest during our stay... Meaning we didn't get to use the pool as much as we would have wanted. Drinks were available to purchase as and when we needed (including really good morning coffees) ... And you could even pre-order breakfast - which we did on our last day, and it was absolutely gorgeous. Would recommend staying here - and Theodora, you really were amazing and made our stay so easy and hassle free. Thankyou!

Beautiful, clean villas that have clearly had thought put into their design to make them unique and special. The host Theodora was also exceptional, she was so friendly and helpful every day helping us organise where to go, where to eat and she couldn’t have done any more to make our stay wonderful. We also loved the location, it made it quieter and away from the tourist traps whilst still being walking distance from imervigoli which has an incredible sunset and restaurants on the cliffs!

The hotel staff were very helpful especially Marco who gave us all the info we needed to get around the island and plan our days efficiently! The hotel is actually beautiful and the hot tub in our cave like bathroom was a total winner!! The location is very close to Fira (5-10mins by car max) and not to far from Oia (15-20mins) but you definitely need a car to get around no matter where you are in Santorini.

There was some confusion regarding the breakfast as I had been told it was included in our booking but when we got there they said it wasn’t and blamed whoever sent me that message. It didn’t bother us too much though because the staff recommended a brunch place nearby called “confetti” which is 5 mins away and was so good that we went there literally every day! There’s no restaurant/food or room service available at the hotel so keep that in mind when planning your day.

Overall experience 100% excellent. We chose to stay here for our wedding night and it overpassed our expectations. Amazing hotel, one of the very few that you get to enjoy amazing view and services while being away of the hustle and bustle of the touristic parts of the island. All rooms seem to be very super nicely decorated, giving a sense of coziness, they have their own small yard and overall convey a sense of privacy which is important and not easy to find in Santorini. There is a great pool area and two rooms have their own private jacuzzi. We chose to live in the one which had the heated jacuzzi inside the room, Kallisti, which was totally worthy and made our stay soooo relaxing. We enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay for two more nights and we are definitely coming back next season. Customer service was top level as well, especially Theodora genuinely made sure that all of our needs were met.

Great views. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend a car as situated on a hill to the nearest supermarket or restaurant.

Our villa had a bed which sank in the middle. Also, it was not soundproof as described. You could hear everything from next door. The photo shows the link to the noise from next door, you couldn't get into the room or see anything, just hear all the noise through the wall.

now I know what is meant by a gem ... this hotel was just that. I believe it is a newly constructed building be a use it is very well thought out. the owner must be an exceptional artist or interior designer. everything from the towel hangers, light fixtures, taps, walls, furniture, laundry basket :)...etc were all meticulously arranged and matching. we had the 2 rooms suite which was very roomy and traditionally Greek. just amazing. the view was super nice. sunrise is beautiful. Thedora there is just one of a kind. she is genuinely nice, helpful and gave us the best recommendations for restaurants, places to see. mario also was so professional and just wanted to help us in any possible. the pool was a live saver after walking around the city....it is an infinity pool overlooking the sea. just amazing. defenitely highly recommended and would go there again. oh and on arrival they had 2 traditional hats and bags for us. nice touch

Staff was fantastic - especially Theodora. She helped us with many great restaurant and beach recommendations and went above and beyond. We felt taken care of. Unique design - love the cave like aesthetic.

The shower situation was not the best. Would have liked a shower that I didn't have to hold onto the head for. There was also mold at the wall of the shower - the drywall seemed to be deteriorating.

We loved everything about Santorini Villas. The staff were lovely and the hotel itself was very picturesque. Theodora gave us great reccomendations for restaurants and things to do nearby. Our bed was very comfortable and the room had sea views. We loved how the hotel was situated in a quiet location away from the crowds. We also really enjoyed using the pool area and lounge chairs.

The only downside to Santorini villas is that ideally, you would need to rent a car which we did but in my opinion it is worth staying here for the quiet and relaxing atmosphere.
