Stunning decor and location. Breakfast very good.

It was pricey and the extra cost was for the bells and whistles ( too much attention to booking you in with cocktail’s/soft drink and being escorted to your room to show you all the buttons to press in room/bathroom) We would have stayed passed our daughters wedding and finished our stay at the Mimosa Beach hotel Argasi which was equally excellent at a much lower cost

Overall we had a great experience. Very comfortable resort with lovely pools, pool bar, restaurants, and comfortable rooms. We spent a full day lounging at the resort and sitting by the pool and it was a really nice experience. The breakfast buffet was definitely a hit with our group too. The resort is a short 5-min walk to the beach, so that's a huge plus beyond the pool and onsite accommodations.

Some of the staff is a bit pushy or overly attentive. I think they're trying to provide the best experience, but it's not always helpful. In addition, we found that when we did need staff (like getting more drinks at the pool/coffee at breakfast) it took effort to get them to come over to us. So an inconsistent experience depending on where we were/what we were doing.

There is an extensive buffet breakfast which is unusual for Greece. The staff were very friendly and obliging. The pool area is fantastic if that is what you are looking for in Greece. Tsilivi Beach is a short stroll and the beach has multiple beach bars which are serviced. Tsilivi itself was disappointing as the island has been overtaken by English tourists which has unfortunately changed the scenery and ambiance. If you want a more authentic Greek experience, I would recommend Vasilikos - better beaches and better tavernas to eat.

The prices for drinks around the pool area.

For the price you pay, this hotel is fabulous. The rooms were extremely comfortable and clean. The pools were fabulous. The pool bar and the restaurants were all great too, with lovely food and drink. However, the best thing about the hotel was the staff. From the receptionists, through to the cleaning staff, the bar staff and the catering staff - every one of them were great!

When we arrived they surprised us by telling us our room had been upgraded. The room was massive, and had everything in there that we could ask for. There was even a outdoor spa and we had a large balcony that viewed over the pool area. Our bed was super comfortable, and the room had lots of little additional things like conditioner and body lotion which was nice because a lot of the hotels we stayed in only supplied Shampoo. The facilities of the venue were amazing too, the pools looked very impressive, we just didn't get to test them as we had a very short stay in Zakynthos. The breakfast... WOW! It was one of my favourites for our Europe trip. I mean they had so much variety, and the crepe station!! Amazing. I don't think it could have been any better. Staff were very lovely and always pleasant to deal with - thank you for our incredible stay.

The hotel was a bit hard to find with google maps, but once we found it, we were all good. That we didn't stay longer haha!

The room a bit dull, and the balcony in ground floor of our junior suite was disappointing view to mainly a wall. No activities for the children as was mistakebly written in the website

The exceptionally well trained and incredibly friendly staff made our stay so much more enjoyable. They’ve been very attentive and helpful throughout our stay and we even ended up befriending some of them. Big shoutout to everyone working the pool bar: you’re great people and we hope to see you again someday. The facilities were great and the food was really good and diverse. There were still things we didn’t get to try from both the included breakfast and the a la carte restaurant during an almost two weeks stay. Lesante is the place where everyone will do their best to ensure you’re well looked after and that you enjoy your stay to the fullest.

All staff was very professional, friendly and helpful. They were very polite and proactive will all our requests. Hospitality was at the highest level, which I haven't experienced for a long time using other hotels in Europe. Food was excellent and always fresh with many option for vegetarians and vegans. Variety of dishes was unbelievable.

Car rental at the hotel was very expensive and not worth to pay.

there are many aspects just great about this hotel: first , you feel welcomed from the moment you arrive second, the pools are very modern and beautiful, the sunbeds are very comfortable nearby the sea 🌊 third, the food is variegated, fresh and very tasty , I mean the whole food the last but not the least , the pool bar offers great cocktails It's a 5 stars hotel, without any doubt 😉

Amazing hotel, beautiful pool area and great facilities, what made the hotel stand out the most was how great the staff were, who went above and beyond to help us get the most from our stay. We were denied on our flight for not submitting our boarding passes on time TUI so we returned to the hotel unsure whether we would be allowed to wait around uncharged until a flight we rebooked for later that day, they welcomed us back with opened arms which really meant so much. And allowed us to continue using there facilities. Would always stay here again :)
