The beach is nice shallow for a long-long distance. It is rocky for a few painful steps but it gets sandy in the water. A/C is quick and powerful.

The courtyard gets unbelievably hot. Food was great but most of the desert options were mousse with no texture. The outside pool bar does not open at advertised time. Lot of smokers. Small bathroom, nowhere to put cosmetics, shower curtain sticks on you while showering. I’m listing a lot of negatives but my stay was great overall.

Great food with lots of choice- loved the Greek yogurt, fruit, nuts and fresh pancakes every morning! Lots of meat and veg options available for lunch and dinner and melon and watermelon for all meals. Snack bar availability was welcomed too! And the water fountains were so nice to have! The hotel should aim to offer more umbrellas or shaded space.

Fresh orange juice would have been great! All juices were not fresh.

Good location near the beach and restaurants. Tsivili is a nice place to stay and nearby several hotspots of the isle. It’s a 4 star hotel but some things are outdated in the rooms. Also not so much creativity in the food .. the afternoon snacks were every day same pizza fries and gyros. Staff is super friendly but sometimes with too few people to keep the buffet at the restaurant clean.

On the beach, lovely sea view room, room was cleaned daily, lovely pools, comfortable beds and whilst we preferred softer pillows, this was not too much trouble for them and we got them. I

maybe just the fact that the beach had seaweed on it and could have been cleared

Pool hours were too early

We notified the hotel that we were going to have a late arrival and if it was possible to keep some dinner for us. Two plates of cold food was left in the room before our arrival and it was delicious! The swimming pools and beach access are lovely, however the selection of food presented every meal is the cherry on top. The variation and taste is incredible, and my compliments to the Chefs and staff in the restaurant. The service is smooth and you can see how hard and as a team they work. Impressive! Housekeeping left us with more than enough of shower gel/shampoo, soaps, towels so we did not ever had to request for more. They also advise you of their green choice of reusing towels and pool towels which is a great addition and environmental beneficial for all.

Check in experience, also there was no acknowledgement of the birthday celebration. A small card would have been nice. Other guests keep leaving their towels or pool staff to 'reserve' the pool beds which is annoying and not at all the hotel's fault, just remember to be respectful to others and to the staff.

Hotel was clean, great facilities, and not far from local shops and bars. The beach and sea is just right outside the hotel. Food was great with a large selection of fresh food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Hotel staff were very helpful, and Suzanne specifically helped with arranging the trip to Laganas for a trip out for us to see the sea turtles.

Our holiday was towards the end of the season (mid October) so there was no entertainment/ music around the pool during the day.
