Everything! The bar and restaurant staff were so friendly, especially Andy, he looked after us so well. The pool and surrounding area were spotless. The room was spacious with a great size balcony, the walls were extremely sound proof, bed was comfy, the lunch food was really good and a great price and then in the evening the drink deals were great

The security guard harassed us, he followed us up to our room not believing we were staying together had to show our passport, told us we were getting kicked out, we had to ask reception to ask him to leave us alone. Also the bathroom if left for awhile would have a bad smell coming from the drain

The property was good, basic with all the needed amenities - hairdryer, fridge etc. Rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard. Air conditioning was free which is a massive plus for me! The staff here are absolutely 10/10, everyone was so so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much. They really did make our stay!

This is probably just a me thing but the beds were pretty uncomfortable, I have got a bit of a sore back. But we were given extra pillows and blankets within minutes of asking! It is a bit of a walk to the main strip, a taxi each way is €10. We did the walk once a day there and back, and paid for our evening trip in a taxi. I don’t think the distance is a deal breaker but something to keep in mind!

We have stayed at this hotel many times over the last few years. Always find the staff and family that run the hotel to be friendly, helpful and polite. Always make you feel welcome with a smile. The rooms in the hotel have been updated, and as always kept clean by the staff. Cleanliness seems to be a great importance to the owners, if you are up early enough, you can see the staff cleaning the pool area, ready for the day. The bar area was revamped a couple of years ago, but looks as good now as it did when first done, again exceptionally clean.

There was nothing not to like, the hotel attractions repeat visitors year after year. Which must show that they are doing something right.

The hotel is great! Very friendly staff. I really enjoyed the pool. The rooms are cozy and clean. Great air conditioning system. The food was delicious. If you know nothing or want advice, you can always contact the staff, they will definitely help you! 15 minutes walk to the beach. Car rental 4 minutes walk. I am very happy to have chosen this hotel! I recommend visiting here. While visiting there, don't forget to sent heartwarming wishes from Lukas.

There wasn’t anything I really disliked.

Really great value for this price. All the staff was very kind - including at the bar. Good location for the airport, but to stay longer better to rent a car or any other kind of vehicle.

The air conditioning was quite noisy and there would be a need to have a bit better level of cleanliness. These were not critical, but with a small effort would be much more feeling and result at the end.

It’s a family owned hotel and the staff are so lovely! They accommodated to our needs and were just so friendly throughout our stay! Our room as spacious and so was the balcony, it’s clean, the pool is great and the aesthetics are nice! Would definitely stay here again!?

The only downside was the wifi connection isn’t great but this is the only thing I can fault! Perfect stay otherwise

The wifi wasn't working properly but I don't think that should be a problem on a holiday.😊 We couldn't close the toilet door properly,had to lift it so could fit the latch.

Staff were really helpful and friendly. Food and drink was delicious. Good prices for food and drink. Rooms were spacious, clean and beds were comfortable. Pool was clean. Good number of sun beds. Let us keep our suitcases by reception and chill in cafe area whikst we waited for our transfer. Very happy with our experience!

The shower was a little bit awkward as the shower head was really high up but still manageable

I absolutely recommend this hotel. Great place and amazing staff. The room was modern, spacious and clean as well, the balcony is nice too. The pool is also great. However I would outline the staff, they are really welcoming and friendly, I appreciate it a lot. They are always ready to help or give suggestions what to see. I think they’re the friendliest staff I’ve ever met with. You have several choices for breakfast, food is good and the portions are enough too. To reach the downtown or the beach you need to walk a little, but in exhange the location is calm.

The staff were so friendly and would always ask about what we were up to and give us suggestions. The food was cheap - only €3 for a Gyro! Very big pool with lots of seating areas and the sun covers the area for most of the day. Rooms were tidied daily.

Sadly the internet is not great and only really works in the common area (bar, pool). You are next to a main road so is a little bit noisy but didn’t bother us too much.
