Great location, and walking distance to the port, making it easy to visit other islands. Also walking distance to a lot of shopping centers and restaurants. Nice pool and bar.

Can't blame them for nature, but it seems like the plants outside attract a lot of roaches. Good thing, I didn't see a single one inside. The biggest disappointment for me was that the room was not at all set up in the same way as the photographs they post online specifically on Instagram. I received a completely plain room with absolutely no decor or accent pieces. White sheets and three white pillows on the bed, and that's it. If you look at the photographs, the room is advertised as having art on the walls, plants in the room, additional throw blankets and pillows, additional seating. I got absolutely none of that. The room felt cold and impersonal, like a cell.

I liked the relaxed and contemporary atmosphere and decor of the Bwa Chik Hotel. Our room was functional, clean and the staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was included and that was useful for us. The pool was great too especially on a hot day (everyday!)

Nothing major. I would have liked a kettle and tea/coffe things in the room. There is more to like than not to like.

I was surprised that the only design item was the lamp and the bed in the bathroom. That was into the same energy as the entrance/reception.

The bathroom was basic, not as beautiful as the pictures shown. I believe we could do better in terms of expectations or clearly say that you need to book the same exact room that are on the booking page.

The location near the Pier. Easy access for food and just a safe location to take a stroll.

The wifi was horrible!!! My son does online school and this greatly affected him in getting his schoolwork done .

The staff were particularly helpful and good.

Tiny rooms, awkward plug locations, tiny toilet cubicle, awful tub/shower, had to climb into tub in order to plug in appliance, no elevator, bed up steep, narrow stairs. Way more expensive (double) than our other hotels. We are seniors and this was extremely difficult.

The ladies at the breakfast buffet were friendly and very helpful! The breakfast buffet choice was good. I particularly appreciated the fruit buffet that was fresh every single day of my stay. The hotel and the rooms were very clean, the A/C worked perfectly. Very good location for this part of the island.

Disclaimer: None of these were deal breakers but definitely areas for improvement. STAFF: The lady that greeted me when I first arrived at the front desk seemed bothered as I interrupted whatever work she was doing on the computer. She helped with my request to store my luggage until check-in time, but wasn't particularly friendly; it seemed as if she was doing me a favor... The young lady that was there later in the day was much more helpful and friendly. WIFI: The WIFI did not work AT ALL at my end of the building. I reported the problem and they were aware of it; they explained that my room was far away from the access point, so they proposed a solution by offering me to move rooms. It was my choice not to move rooms: I did not want to pack and unpack again as I somewhat managed with my 4G connection. However, if you need solid WIFI please make sure you mention this at check-in. The hotel should address this issue by installing more access points; otherwise they should clearly warn customers that they may not have a reliable WIFI connection. PARKING: There is limited parking on the premises, you may have to find parking on the street, which at certain times can be challenging.
