Very friendly staff, clean rooms and pool.

I wasn’t aware that they locked the gates at night and it took me awhile to find a way in. Turned out to not be a huge issue, but guests should be advised of this when they check in.

I had one of the duplex rooms which is a room on the main floor facing the pool area. It was very nice with an outdoor bathroom and coconut shower. They have 2 pools which are beautiful and covered with sail shades so you can be in the pool at anytime and find shade. Very close to the beach but not directly on the beach.

Value not great considering I paid the same for a 5 star hotel in Antigua. Although the staff is very nice the quality of service did not match the price I paid. I realize that it is the most expensive time of the year. Also, very hard to lock patio doors which are the entrance to your room and my safe wasn’t working. I didn’t feel at any point that it was unsafe, though.

Beautiful property! By far the most beautiful and perfectly located hotel in el Paredon. Lovely pool, and easy beach access. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They provided beach and surf amenities and assisted us in scheduling surf lessons, all very seamlessly. The food was good, with a solid menu. The rooms were small, with a simple, cool vibe. The AC in the room was a lifesaver, as it was very hot during our stay. Our room had a private plunge pool , which we only used once because both pools at the facility are beautiful and were very quiet during most of our stay.

I’m not sure what happened here, but we had no housekeeping service during our three day stay. The first day we thought it was just an oversight and it wasn’t a problem, but then the second day still no housekeeping. We were leaving the following day so by then it was a moot point, but it was disappointing for sure. In hindsight, we should have said something on day one.

The food and location are absolutely amazing. The staff could be a bit friendlier. The room is perfect. They even supply a beach bag with two beach towels for you to take to the beach. There is a hammock at the front of the room which is a nice touch. The onsite restaurant is very convenient and yummy.

When we arrived, the water did not work on the whole property. It was fixed within a few hours. There is no hot water for showering. The bathroom locks from the outside of the room which poses a security risk as someone could climb over the wall and be inside your room very easily.

The facility is well kept. The swimming pool was clean and the water temperature was perfect. The room and bathroom were clean. The A/C worked great. Lush vegetation results in great privacy to the rooms.

The glass door from the room to the bathroom should have window coverings to prevent sunlight in the room very early in the morning. The very large mirror leaning on the room wall could pose a tripping risk and should perhaps be mounted on the wall (I am unsure if it was affixed to the wall)

The property has 2 large pools, and staff were wonderful. Great location.

Lost power often, wasn't the whole area just them. Food was expensive. Bathroom was totally outside/open air. I don't mind the shower outside but prefer my toilet inside.

The hotel was a perfect getaway for me and my spouse. The concept of the rooms with the pool and private pool on the roof was beautiful. The staff treated you like family they were available for anything you needed. I fully recommend if you are with family or a couple to book this great hotel.

Beautifully located amidst lush blossoming bushes and palm trees with the sound of ocean waves soothing you into sweet dreams and parrots squawking you good morning. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the ambiance is perfectly relaxing, the breakfast is delicious - it is so easy to lose the sense of time here.

Very charming small hotel. Master suites with roof top are enormous with a very large and comfortable bed. The “caldo de mariscos “ served at the restaurant is so good! Staff is very kind.

Great location, lovely room by super clean pool. Restaurant over bar with views, breezes, and good food. The place is quiet and very well cared for.
