The staff are friendly and helpful, reasonable price

The facilities are limited, swimming pool close at five in the afternoon and gym under construction; location is not convenient for general tourists unless one has something to do in the area like me

Convenient location, close to subway, lots of food

Modern hotel room with most of the essentials such as tea, cups, kettle, fridge, towels etc. (no soap). Room was clean, housekeeping was daily if needed. Good high rise views. Filtered water bottle top up in each hallway. Room was cold (mid February) but staff happily provided a portable oil radiator with no fuss that solved the problem. 7-Eleven and Welcome 5-10 minute walk away.

Location was good and bad. It takes time (approx 45 mins) using public transport to reach most attractions. But busses and MRT stations is only 10-15 minute walk from hotel and you only need to take one bus line to get from the airport. Price was rather high but visiting Hong Kong around CNY meant there wasn’t much else left to chose. Not many eateries around. Pool like all other hotels in Hong Kong during winter was Closed. Room had all the essentials but soap, no hand soap being provided was rather strange.

What stood out the most was the lovely cleaning lady who we would bump into every morning and she'd kindly ask if we'd our room cleaned and if we don't, she makes sure we are well stocked, empty bins and clean towels. Check in was standard and smooth for a hotel. Pillow was too low, so I asked for an extra one and it arrived quick. Really appreciated the water bottle filling stations! Kettler and hairdryer were useful

Nothing big. My towel had a hole in it. Pillows were not my favourite, looks plush but sinks low. Curtains were not easy to open and close, and couldn't get it to close properly so was woken by morning light. Beds were too close to the wall so was difficult to plug my charger, with the adapter.

The room was very clean, we appreciated the water that was supplied daily. We also couldn't hear our neighbors which was nice and the TV had a good variety of channels. The location was also very close to the metro station and to other restaurants.

The bed was very hard and the pillows were very soft. I also would've liked hand soap to be supplied, instead of having to go into the shower to get soap each time I want to wash my hands. If the hotel is worried about the soap being stolen, then they should have the same setting that they have for the body wash/shampoo and install it on the sink counter.

Our 14-hr flight arrived very early in the morning and the staff was able to accommodate us with a room that morning which was a blessing!! The staff - front desk, housekeepers, doormen, engineers - were all awesome & very attentive. The hotel is very clean. The room itself was larger than expected and very nice (we had a room with a queen bed & a sofa bed in the main room). The water bottles were larger than what other hotels provide, which allowed for extra water after making coffee & tea in the room, and was replenished daily by housekeeping! The staff at the breakfast restaurant were also great! The buffet food was good - not as elaborate as other big hotels, but good and tasty. This hotel is in an industrial area though minutes to malls, Kwun Tong MTR, multiple bus stops. Restaurants are everywhere - even within the block of this location. A building a couple doors down has restaurants on every floor!! I definitely recommend this hotel.

We like the facilities of the hotel, in particular, the air conditioner and the shower system. The room size fits us well. The staff is friendly and efficient. The room has been kept clean during our stay.

The location is quite far away from the mtr station and it takes us more than 12 minutes of walking to the station. In addition, there are no cloth cleaning shops nearby.

Room was comfy and spacious. Shower was nice. Hotel was close to public transport. Buffet breakfast was amazing and delicious. Overall very pleasant with the stay.

Unfortunately gym was under maintenance when we stayed. We would have liked to use the Pool but opening hours didn't suit our itinerary. Would have been nice if it was open earlier. Universal plug or usb charging would have been nice too but reception gave us an adapter so that was very kind. Bathroom had some plumbing issues.but that was sorted after calling reception.

The room was very clean.The maid came in every morning to make up the room and put in clean towels.The breakfast was good,a nice selection of food.

The location of the hotel is around 1hr to the centre of Hong Kong by the mrt and is very busy at all times.If you want to go to Hong Kong island you can catch the ferry to North Point which is quicker than catching the mrt.The ferry terminal is about 10 minutes walk away from the hotel.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Dorsett Kwun Tong. The staff are accommodating and friendly. Housekeeping makes sure your room is taken care of every day. The location is accessible. We loved it so much that we extended our stay.

The only thing that could be improved is the soundproofing of the rooms. Although this didn't bother us much, we could hear people in the corridor.
