A good place to stay in an excellent location. Everything was good or excellent: nice staff, clean and comfortable room, and generally a pleasant place to return to after being out and about exploring Hong Kong.

The rate we paid didn't represent great value for money.

The location is great, right above the pacific mall. The subway station is right there. lots of restaurants around. The hotel room is clean, and view is awesome. There was a little story happened at that time. My son played my husband's phone on the checkout day, and forgot to bring with him. We didn't realize untill we got to airport. We called the hotel, they sent staffs to check the room and found the phone. They kept the phone in the safe for us till when went back to HONGKONG for ten days.

The hotel was very busy, always long queues at reception and crowded at breakfast. Staff managed it well though.

I was shocked to learn that after paying for 2 Deluxe Rooms for 4 nights on this trip (ie. 8 nights in total) which cost me close to SGD5K, I was told I am not eligible for any Marriott Bonvoy points. Reason being that Marriott does not award Bonvoy points for any bookings via 3rd party online apps such as Booking.com. Really surprised and extremely frustrated to say the least.

Great location - easy walk to Admiralty MTR station. Direct access to Pacific Place shopping mall. Good facilities - gym, sauna, pool, massage, etc. Fresh fruit bowl in the room. Comfortable bed.

I would have liked a choice of different types of pillows - all the four pillows on my bed were much too soft and using two together made them to high. Some hotels offer guests the choice of low, medium, high loft pillows and also with different types of fillings.

The room was huge and had an impressive corner view. Comfortable for family of 4. They accommodated my child who is 15. Other hotels would require 2 rooms for us. Also, the bar/ restaurant staff was very friendly and attentive.

The pungent smell of food in the restaurant upon entering the hotel. The odor was all over and constant during our stay. Also, the room was old and old fashioned.

The room has everything you need to stay, including an iron. Convenient location next to the shopping center, within walking distance of the old seaport with the historic ferry. The starting point of the funicular to Victoria Peak is located next to the hotel. Breakfast meets the expectations for this hotel.

Noisy air conditioning in the room. The specific smell of cosmetics does not fully correspond to personal preferences.

Great location. Great for shopping. Comfortable bed. Good aircon. quiet room. Fresh fruits provided. plenty of USB charging points. good shower and bath and new shampoo replacement every morning. small fridge just right for keeping juice and fruits. Reception helpful with extension of stay.

Swimming pool quite crowded even after 9pm. Restaurant very crowded in evenings for buffet dinner, but still provide good al la carte. Reception can be busy in the mornings of weekends. Difficult to find taxi at entrance, need to walk 100 m to taxi stand of shopping mall.
