The location of the hotel is very good, a good base to explore the city from. Plenty of shops, restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The hotel is also attached to a massive mall, where you can spend the whole day if it’s a rainy day. The staff were extremely attentive, very approachable and professional. The room was clean and quiet. All toiletries, towels etc were supplied. Compliments to the cleaning staff who were also very attentive. The bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast provided was also very good with plenty of options. The chef preparing the eggs was the best, perfectly done to order and good customer facing manners (he was the only one with good English). Check in and check out was a breeze. We stop over at Hong Kong frequently and I think we have found our new home for our stays in Hong Kong!

At breakfast they should ensure that the customer facing staff have a good command of English. Bellboys were overly keen to help in the lobby. I’m not sure if it was for tips or not, but felt a bit uncomfortable having to run away with our luggages from them (observed the same with other customers too). Not sure why a deposit was asked for when checking in since they didn’t have anything in the minibars in the rooms. The lighting in the room was not good, it was very dark in the rooms. A lack in hangers in the bathroom. These are minor issues and wouldn’t stop me from staying here again.

It is situated very close to 2 MTR stations i.e. Austin on the brown line and Tsim Sha Tsui on the red line. Hotel leads straight into the Harbour Plaza which has 711, City Super linked to it. City Super has a lovely food section with seating. Across the street from Habour Plaza is the Silvercord Arcade which also has stores and other food options. In terms of the rooms, we arrived very early and the room type we had booked was not available. We were able to upgrade to a suite to get a room earlier which was much appreciated given our long flight to Hong Kong. The upgrade to a suite was well worth it as the suite was spacious and we had a lovely view of the harbour.

Whilst the rooms were serviced everyday and coffee pods replaced, we noticed that the carpets in the lounge area was not vacuumed everyday. This was not serious.

Awesome location! Great check-in and check-out experience. Special thanks to the super kind and professional Duty Manager (sorry didn't manage to catch his name) who checked me in, and Tony, Jack and Edmund from Concierge who were so kind to help us with our luggages when we checked out. Superb housekeeping team on my floor too as I had to use laundry service this time. Excellent team and great location, as always!

Happened to coincide with the winter holidays in China, so my neighbours were super noisy and kids there were ill-behaved (banging in and out of door, wailing and just overall, noisy). Luckily I'm an early-riser but it is still very unpleasant when they come back at night around 10pm.

I loved the location. It was right in the mall. Everything we wanted to purchase was within reach. The rooms were a good size. We did not feel cramped at all.

We were just wondering why this hotel did not provide a full-sized mirror. Also, they did not provide a dressing mirror. It was difficult to apply make up. It would have been nicer if there were a ramp so that we could just roll our luggage instead of carrying it up a flight of stairs to get to the lobby.

Excellent location especially with a wheelchair member in the family. Very clean and very helpful staff. Previously, I stayed at many hotels in Hongkong, but this was exceptional. I will recommend it for anyone and will use it for my future stays.

Two things: 1. Corridors: although air purifiers are spread, but you can still smell humidity. It's a harbour hotel and can't get rid 100% of humidity, but adding a nice smell could help. 2. Beds: a little bit soft and springy for me. Maybe others will like it.

Excellent breakfast, great quality & variety. Spacious rooms, fully equipped (they even provided an umbrella for the rainy days).

A short list of movies could be added to the available TV program (which mainly included sports and news). The description of the view should be "partial view of the harbor" or something like this, so that you clearly understand what you are getting when booking.

Big rooms compare to hotels in HK. Great breakfast, perfect location near MTR, the boardwalk, Nathan road.. absolutely great

We were a couple and 1 child and we had 2 beds in the rooms the same size. So the bed my husband and I shared was not really a double bed, was a bit smaller. But it was very comfortable:)

Location is perfect, there's a good mix between luxury and local foods and stalls. A close walk to the MRT as well. For coffee drinkers, the mall opposite has a good coffee place for a quick fix before you start the day. The hotel staff were welcoming and exceptional, amenities was great and clean.

The checking in could be faster as there's often a queue. And pillows in the room were too soft.

The rooms are big and very well equiped. The staff is very nice. Location is central and convinient. The hotel has a nice gym (you find everything that you need) and a wonderful resterand where you can have a super buffet for breakfast.

I don't like the fact that there is carpet everywhere.

Everything is ok , very nice experience, high recommended for family, room large, bed very comfortable, room clean . Staff very friendly. Great location in the heart of Business center. Near to transport and harbor.
