I really liked the swimming pool with the spa just in the next building with the free access. The buffet breakfast and dinner was good, nothing special but well made. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I missed something from the roof terrace, it has great potential but somehow quite neglected. Although I really liked to be up there. In the room at the shower the water was coming out, it was poorly built. The cable TV channel selection has been chosen in a weird way. No playground for kids or even TV channels. Unfortunate to not have a beach nearby to reach the Balaton on foot. But that is not the hotel's fault, obviously. The reception area should suggest better that this is a hotel and that place is the reception of it.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast and dinner was very well made, and had a nice variety. One of the pools was empty nearly every day, the wellness section is not too big, but there were times during the day when we had it all to ourselves. The hotel is in a good location, and overall clean and inviting.

The arrival was a bit funny, we couldn't see the Hotel's dedicated parking space and entrance from the car. (We did find both on foot though.)

Location was favorable for a congress. Rooms are clean, non-smoking, comfortable bed, desk for preparing presentations. I appreciated the breakfast and dinner included in my reservation. The staff is super friendly. There are always some athletes staying in this Sport Hotel and there's an adjacent pools the guests have access to, but I had no time to check them out. Pools looked clean and tidy otherwise. Despite the presence of a bunch of young athletes, there were no problems with sleeping in the room.

I liked that the hotel is new and quite clean, it has a big parking and a great green area to walk with a dog. I am also very thankful for staying with a dog! 🐶

There is almost NO INTERNET CONNECTION!!! The internet was 1 from 10. I didn’t like the breakfast at all. It was meager and poor. Also there was a railway station near.

Staffs were amazing, really. They are young and super helpful. The kitchen is really good. Pet friendly hotel.

The hotel's name on its wall is a rusty invisible sign…. challenging to recognise when you arrive. It is a bad design. A techno party in the roof bar is a bad idea in a family hotel.

The only thing I did not like was the bed ( mattrace was very soft,not good for my back) and the pillows could be better quality. And I can also mention weird smell in the room.

Location is great, rooms are nice and comfy, beds are comfy, stuff is super helpful, breakfast was great, spa was great. Mostly everything was great except the dog hairs in the room.

In the room there were dog hairs all over the sofa.
