Very nice hotel, in the heart of Gyula. The rooms are spacious, very nice decorated, all very clean. The bathroom is provided with toiletries, hairdryer and it's spacious and clean. There is a Komló restaurant too, where the guests cand have breakfast (and lunch or dinner). They serve a very tasty breakfast!

We had a Booking upgrade and should receive a room with balcony but instead we received a room without balcony. We didn't complain to the reception but it would have been nice to receive what we agreed with Booking. One side of the bed was squeaking and we let them know at the reception. They told us they take care of it but in the evening, we find the bed in the same situation, so they didn't fix it.

Very good hotel, 4* superior., big rooms, great food - stayed there for 2 nights & we had different type of food every day. Live music for dinner in the evening & personnel very attentive to guests. The only downside is that the hotel is a bit far from the thermal baths (15min by foot), nevertheless situated right on the city promenade, so very good location. The city itself is small, walking to the bath & enjoying the thermal baths & the castle is pretty much all that you can do. Try the ice-cream on the city promenade!

The hotel is very central in a good area. They offer paid parking at a fee, for us it was weekend so parking on the street happenes to be free. The reception lady was very effective and nice. The room big and clean (deluxe suite), all good with it. Price quality ratio quite good. We had a comfortable sleep. Breakfast had many dishes, good quality.

We caught the rush hour at breakfast maybe because it was very crowded, confused people and the space for buffet is very small, queue at coffee, not nice experience.

location was very good. Near restaurants and a nice walking area. it was very quiet and the food at the hotel restaurant was very good. Had a/c unlike a lot of places in Europe and it was lovely.

Toilet seat broke upon first use and toilet paper is very difficult to get out of dispenser.

Wonderful staff. Even we arrived late evening they where there to help. Comfortable beds.

The fact that misguiding guests by adding pictures of aqua park...like belongs to the hotel is wrong. Very wrong. That was one of the reasons i booked the hotel and drive 90 more minutes for the aqua park as a last summer surprise to my son. Anyway never again. Lesson learned

Beautiful decor , very polite and helpful staff and the location. I would definitely stay there again.

The bed in the room is very uncomfortable and too short (!)

The food!!! Usually I don`t take half board but the dinners here were also fantastic! The location in the city was also perfect.

The Room A201 the shower head was broken and not fixed though I asked a few times at the reception. I could not turn the TV to the bed so the big TV was useless this way.

*limited vegetarian options for dinner *on arrived the staff asked us to pay for the room, this was already paid. On the check out, the staff asked us to pay the conversion fee to Ft, although the room had paid one week before via booking.com, we lost 20 mins on departure for them to understand this issue

The desk under the tv had fingerprint on it. The ceiling in the bedroom had a hole and the room was actaualy in the attic of the building
