I really liked Hotel Dorottya. The staff was very helpful and very kind. The room was very comfortable with big space. The location was near by everything, small cofee places and restaurant. Very close to train and buss station. I had a pleasant stay,thank you very much! I will definetly come back! :)

Great price/value ratio. The breakfast was OK, nothing special, just OK. The room was as expected, the bathroom clean ad well prepared. Staff was helpful, but not the friendliest I’ve ever seen, but were not rude, however some of them could smile more. As the biggest surprise, they had the fastest wifi so far (100mbps down), or there were no users other than me :)

The bed was terrible, couldn’t sleep at all. It was too soft and small for me. A/C didn’t work. Only 4 TV channels to watch and only one is non-hungarian. The other 3 are the famous “royal” channels. Wifi unsecured, su not recommended for non pros.

Having lived 13 years in this area, I return twice a year. Your kitchen and restaurant is fantastic. Three times, I enjoyed my lunch. I have followed Szilárd, your Master Chef, for a number of years. Your Front Desk Staff and Restaurant Service Staf were very welcoming and competent. Thank you!

In my only breakfast, the Ciga sweet bread was horrible, very tough. I did mention it to the Service Lady. All the other offerings on the buffet were good.

Beautiful hotel in the historic building, reminded me of the "Hotel Budapest" movie. Helpful personel.

Everythig was pretty good except some smell from the bathrroom pipes, but it happens in historic buildings and ventilation worked well - not a big deal.

Location is great, staff is very lovely and very responsive. Room was fantastic, spacious. Parking was easy to find. Wifi and aircon worked great too.

The breakfast was a little low quality, tasted a bit cheap (frankfurters, cold cuts and cheese).

Well situated for my needs,Freindly helpful Receptionist on check in and throughout my stay. I decided to have a meal in the a Hotel restaurant and the food was sublime a traditional Hungarian Dish The waiting on staff were very attentive and excellent customer service This was my second visit to the Hotel and will be my first choice if in that part of Hungary 🇭🇺 again

the air conditioning was not working, air exchange had that fried onions smell … not good qnd one window does not lock… look I still give this hotel 10/10 because this did not affect my stay as much

The cleanliness... Cleaning crew had a hard time coming to clean when our door sign was "green" (to clean the room)

The staff is very he helpful and it's a lovely hotel.

We would have liked hot water for tea in the room. The outside traffic is very noisy nearly all night.
