It had all we wanted and more for a one night stay. The room is very well equipped and spacious. Free parking outside. The building is far from the high way (no too far) which was a nice change after sleeping in noisy motels on our road trip. Good value for money! We received clear instrucions on how to get to the room and the staff/ owner was very responsive.

The smell but I imagine it is hard to get rid of it and it is not a disaster. Also, you cannot have it all especially in such a good price.

Owner or the man who is running everything around the reservation is polite and ready to help. He left us the key with instructions in case of late check in. Very nice! Parking is free and private behind the gate. Almost everything is automated, so you don't have contact with the staff. Room was not big but it had everything we needed. Room has a fridge also and a kettle. Wifi was good.

too far from the center

I was a guest in the M70 Apartment 4–5 times already, and I always found the accommodation very modern, quiet and clean. The location is great, ideal for families, the city centre is within a walking distance, but you can also take the tram to get to the city faster. There is an Aldi within 5 minutes walk, which is open every day. I found the private and closed parking very safe and comfortable.

Pros: - quite spacious and rather clean rooms - fridge and AC in the room - flexible check-in (even for last minute calls) - parking spot available for free - quiet neighbourhood - we liked the call-to-gate automation :)

Cons: - rooms on the upper floors get really hot in summer, if AC is out (like one of ours) - you're in trouble - the door "beeps" are ridiculously loud - it might be an issue at night - bathrooms could be a little bit better arranged, also they need some basic maintenance - room service tried to enter our room in the morning using their own key - no knocking, etc.; since it may be due to the fact of late booking made one day before, we didn't address the issue eventually

Excellent staff Big rooms, good bed, we had few rooms'.. the apartment and standard room Both are good. Apartment also had a small usefull kitchen . Inside closed gate huge private parking. Good value for money. 5-10 mins walk from aldi supermarket.

No frills apart hotel at a very very affordable price. No breakfast and a bit tricky for parking, but clean and comfy.

Parking was a bit tight, but there was a full house. There were 2 teabags for us 2 for a 2-night stay. Neighbourhood is so-so but walking distance to city centre.

we got an upgrade, an apartment instead of double room. thanks! The apartment is spacious, 20 minutes walk from city center. Free parking lot in the inner yard. BUT…

…there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, the bathroom door was leaking, therefore it was full of water afterwards. the dishes were not clean. wifi connection isn’t available in the apartment.

A very nice hotel. Close to the center. Air conditioning in the rooms. Kitchenette great. The most important thing is that the car was safe in the closed parking lot. Smoking area on the car park close to hotel .

I didn't like the access road to the hotel, but the owner has no influence on that.

It was clean, there were outside blinds on the windows so we had complete darkness, the facilities were great. Even though we were the only ppl checking in that day, the host made sure to be there and have everything set up.
