Great place to stay, close to the beach with convenient shores for swimming, close to the main street with lots of action. The employees are especially kind and helpful, there is a private parking where you can leave your car in peace (There is not much space for free parking around, so this is a big plus). In the yard there is table tennis, billiards, table football and a place with free coffee and tea.

It feels like the building is a bit old and could use a facade renovation, but it makes for an interesting vibe

I will be for sure going with my family again. Food facilities: A shared fridge, a lot of dishes & microwave were excellent if you needed to eat at the hotel. Dishes were cleaned for you. We had access to warm drinks (coffee, chocolate, etc...) included. Nice facilities with lots of activities (PingPong, Billard) also couches to enjoy the garden. Room was super clean. Smart TV, Couch on the room, big closet & cute lamps. Distances: The Villa is 5 min away of the busy area (restaurants, lake, etc), Around 8 min walk away from the Water Tower. 5 min away from the train station. A shopping mall and a supermarket are 8 min away. The staff was SO nice, the girl gave us a tour of the property and was super amicable. Just dreamy, at night outside on the terrace with full moon.

It is pet friendly and the pets are allowed to run freely on the property. If you have any phobias or are really scared of animals take that into account. During my stay, there was a guest with 4-5 dogs. Since I am scared of dogs sometimes it made it a bit difficult to walk around the hotel, yet as soon the staff and guest noticed I was kinda scared, they closed the area so I can move freely. Thank you!!!

It’s close to everything really. Both the beach and the train station which were the most important to me.

Inside the main house the stairs are old as can be and therefore super noisy. Since my room was close to the stairs it was rather annoying and my friend and I woke up several times throughout the night due to other people walking up and down while talking in the middle of the night.

Nice, clean rooms, soft bed, fresh linen. Large bathroom, hot water. Everything was great. Close to the main beach of Siófok.

Dog poop everywhere. I also travel with dog ​​myself, but I always make sure to clean up the poop after my dog. Maybe it just bothers me

Very good location and good facilities: pingpong table, barbeque place etc.

The bathroom was not that clean - something sticked into the wall and the furniture is quite old ( but it suits to the whole interiore) There was no hair dryer

Location is very nice,few minutes walk to the lake, very nice hosts even if we arrived sooner, tea and cofee on the house

The room was rather small so the A/C was blowing in our heads

the accomodation in very good location, if you want to be close to party street :) The best atmosphere for funny weekend off. Nice rooms. Lot of space.

Toiltes definitely need to be changed. they are very old, making wierd noise and do not work properly.

The location was very good and room was clean. there was also a nice balcony .

Bed was not much comfortable because it made so much sound in every move.

It’s a very good option for a family if you appreciate a lively vacation resort. Kids loved the free hot chocolate, the table tennis and the billiard. The grownups appreciated the outside facilities (garden and the resort terrace) to spend time together outside the room.

The area is a bit too lively and crowded for me. It looks like Covid-19 disappeared from here, never existed ;)

We celebrated a Bacherlors Party and the accomodation was perfect. Close to the beach, close to the bars and restaurants. Would recomend it for sure to everybody.
