Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. Only the WiFi service on 3rd floor play a bit funny role sometimes....

The staff where polite, helpful and extremely accomodating. We arrived at 6:30am via overnight train, madam at reception noticed the kids were exhausted and immediately offered a spare room whilst our room was yet to be vacated and cleaned. This made all the difference to us as the kids got some needed sleep, the staff continued to be helpful throughput our stay. Room and bathroom was cleen, bathroom had bath and a shower, room has kettle, lcd TV and a mini fridge. Had full body massage for 4 which was great, they also have swimming pool in basement. I would recommend the hotel.

They were decorating the exterior while we were there, did not really impact our stay. In all we were happy with Hotel facilities, location to Nakki Lake and staff.

Best part was the cleanliness, hotel was very neat and clean and well organized. The staff was very polite and cooperative, i faced no problems at all during my stay. Kudos to the team of Hotel Mount Regency.

Only one thing and very important thing i.e. the locks at the door are not very reliable, the keys do not fit in properly and you do not get that sense of security even after the room is locked. Please improve on this point

The lady at the reception (probably the owner) was very helpful and responsive. Same was the case with the other staff. The rooms and toilets were reasonably clean. The restaurant staff ensured that all food was made to order. The location and view from the room was good. It was good value for money.

Some of the furniture is quite old. They need to be replaced. Some repair work is also required in the room and toilet we stayed in. The restaurant doesn’t have any windows. It takes some time to get used to the stuffy feeling. There is no lift to the restaurant. The stairs are quite steep. It was a bit uncomfortable for my aged mother.

The property is beautiful and cozy, rooms are spacious and bathrooms are very well maintained. Our stay was an absolute pleasure. Starting with being greeted by Joy, the resident doggo and followed by the friendly face of Ms. Sangeeta, we received a warm welcome. There's a lift on the property and depending on your choice of room, you'll get a cute little balcony. The service is amazing and we had absolutely no complaints. Highly recommended!

Location is central to Nakki lake and other main attractions. Staff is helpful . Property is old so some dampness is observed but they are cleaning continuously. Small garden for in premises. Had buffet breakfast but with limited options .

Bathroom amenities like hook had dust and was not that cleaned . They can improve here.

Good breakfast, though variety was not as expected but still good variety, yummy & good. Co-operative Staff, immediately responded to any queries or complaints. Clean, tidy & spacious rooms. Bathrooms were also clean & spacious. Nice Location, very near (~1 km) to Nakki Lake, walking distance. Bus depot, market etc. are very near. In fact a few eating points are just outside the hotel where you can have nice food at reasonable price, so no dependency on Hotel.

Swimming Pool was not operational. Breakfast could have some more items. Rates were also on upper side. No boundary of the premises which, I think is a safety risk.

Location, food, spacious room and balcony view were excellent. The restaurant staff was prompt and courteous. The vehicle for site seeing and drop to Abu road station was arranged by the hotel without hassle at genuine rates.

Owner is so good and cooperative. She has nice command on the property. I respect her commitment in spite of her disability.
