Complete Value for Money. Room and in-room amenities was good. Breakfast was great as in it had the right amount of spread, with a change in menu every other day, which was good for people staying a bit longer. Location was quite central, most places to visit were withing 3 kms, so walking wasn't an option, but a short drive was okay. Property has 3 restaurants unfortunately they seemed quite pricey. Staff and Service was good, they were extremely responsive and amiable.

Mattress was a bit too soft. Bed size was a tad bit small for two. Provision for keeping and opening your luggage was inadequate but since room size is large enough, it was alright. The closet inside was poorly designed - this included a safe.

How helpful the staff were , as I entered from the front the staff in the front welcomed me, good eye contact smiled and immediately took over from my driver with laguage. As I was walking towards the reception immediately eye contact and smiles from the staff .Mahak or Manak was excellent she checked me in . The front Bell person was awesome he took me to my room and explained the facilities. Overall you have awesome staff. Mr khan who made my room awesome . Thank you all

There was nothing I didn’t like , everything was was good, I wish I had more time to spend at the hotel and enjoy your facilities your room dining menu.

So much choice of food was good, however if you limit the choice of food and alternate would be better. I found the food daily was same every day with no changes. Hence suggest change / alternate which will provide different choice We built up relationship with Nagindra who is the head Waiter looked after us well and suggested some good choice of Lunch and Dinner

Choice of food by reducing the variety of food cooked same everyday. suggest alternate which then provides daily new choices for all the guest.

Location was great and the rooms were well designed and a decent size. Overall nice property.

The staff behaviour was okay not too courteous neither rude. Service was very slow both in the restaurant - had to ask for tea three times before being served and cold water took a long time coming. For the concierge the service was ridiculously slow. I had to call twice and it still took 20 minutes. The food also was quite average not as per expected standard. The elevator needs upgrading as the buttons are so worn out (photo attached) that one needs to press hard and multiple times for it to work.

Great choice of breakfast, unfortunately i am not a heavy breakfast eater so I only stuck to simple fruit and coffee. but we were look after by the head waiter Mr Nagindra Great guy :) WE also had a chat with your Chef Mr Gurmeet (not sure if I spelt his name correct) the chef is excellent and the variety of food or any special request all met. 10/10 Love to meet the Chef again

Outside window which needs bit attention by cleaning. The windows are so filthy and unable to see past the dust. I do hope something can be done by our next visit

The location is good, a short walk to the Sabarmati Riverfront, but the road between the two is quite busy. We could go for walks at the riverfront in the morning but not the evening. We had meals at all three restaurants and found them excellent. The staff was courteous and helpful.

We had a great experience at Fortune Landmark, Ahmedabad. ITC brand of hotels are known for their Hospitality and their very tasty food. The whole team were very friendly and made us feel welcome. From the reception desk to their food was excellent as usual. Mr Manak Tyagi, Food and Beverages Manager was very helpful and suggested we try out their Earthen Oven restaurant. I thank him for that. It is a gem of a find and we are sure to visit the restaurant again and recommend it to our friends and family. It reminded me of ITC's Bukhara restaurant (ITC Mughal in Agra). Food remains ITCs strong point and this was reflected in their Lunch and Breakfast buffet. I have stayed at Marriott, Hilton and Radisson (overseas) however when I compare the Breakfast menu, ITC always wins hands down. I have stayed in ITC Grand bay, ITC Rajputana, ITC Mughal and they have never failed to wow me with their food. ITC Fortune Landmark was no exception to this case. Chef Suresh Khanna (celebrity head chef) was very attentive. The food taste was as usual excellent and according to our taste. We were so pleased with the food that we have decided to try it once a month at least.

There was no bathrobe or bathroom slippers (the disposable cotton ones)

The Dahi ke kebabs here have brought us to this hotel for over a decade. This time, as I was alone, I couldn't finish the serving. The chef , very sweetly, came over to ask if the taste was up to the mark!! ...and brought me a dessert too. Such personal attention to guests is remarkable. The rasmalai too. My compliments to Mr Jha, the chef, and to the housekeeping and front desk staff.

Dhoklas, at least in Gujarat, deserve their accompanying chutneys at the breakfast buffet.

Very friendly staff in a very good ambience. Visiting the hotel after many years and the change was very visible and likeable. They graded me to business room, which was well laid out. The breakfast spread was great and very appropriate. The resturant Tawa on the ninth floor is worth a visit. But go there as couple or with friends.

The WiFi was big disappointment. It would disappear every now and then. Even though somebody came to set it immediately on complaining, it didn't solve the problem. I had to resort to my own arrangement

Great service received from Bharat in reception and also Devi i think her name was. Looked after our needs nothing was an issue, even organised a take away breakfast for our last day as we needed to leave for the airport very early. Folk on the from also helped us with an UBER we organised. really great experience all round
